Host & Stay | Croydon Road Abode — Guest Reviews

I was attending a wedding in Caterham, so this place suited me fine.

Needed temporary accommodation for my tenants while works were going on in their flat. Booked them in and provided access details to my agent to pass on to them. Tenants reported all was perfect. A great flat. Thank you.

Great accomodation and host

Got exactly what was shown with towels included

Great place and felt like home. Clean and airy.

We had such a wonderful time here. What an exciting surprise this home away from home has been for us. It was such a respite during a bout of intense traveling. The apartment was so quiet, easy to get to and we loved that there are two bathrooms! All of the places to eat and restaurants made our stay extra special. Everything we needed was nearby. Thank you for having us at your extra cozy place we absolutely loved our stay. ✨🪷✨

Great location

the place is OK. it does the job and meets the minimum requirements that you all probably need. Bed sheets are clean but do expect spider webs in the toilet (we've also seen a spider on the bed in the second room). Management is not helpful, we asked if it was possible to check in before 4pm, they told us they would have texted when apt was ready and never received any news - and we know that it was empty at least 30 min before, given we were sitting outside waiting). it's overall good, but do not expect the "superhost" experience

Positive: Lovely and light ground floor flat for upto 4 people. Great use of space. Well positioned in the town and a short walk from the station. Negative: On the whole it was very clean but the toilets needed scrubbing and one was very unpleasant. The management offered to sort this out and were responsive. A paint to freshen up would bring this back to a 4 star or 8/ 9 score

Our engineers had a great stay, the property is comfortable, clean and has all that is needed when staying away from home. The shower although on the small side was powerful and temperature was perfect. Would stay again if we're back in the area, thanks for hosting us.

Positive: Everything was clean and they provided everything we needed, the location was perfect and it was so cozy

Positive: A localização é muito boa. Negative: O apartamento estava com paredes sujas, janelas sujas e, principalmente, a cozinha não estava devidamente limpa.

Very nice and neat flat, with great location in Caterham. Definitely would stay here again.

Spent two nights here. Cosy, quiet and tidy flat. Good location close to shops, restaurants and transport. Could've been cleaner, but all in all, would recommend to others.

Weekend in Caterham Positive: Fabulous location right on the high street but very quiet.

Nice

Great place to stay, especially if you want to jump on a train into London. It is comfortable, clean and has everything you need for your stay.

Fantastic stay, again. We have stayed in Croydon Road, several times. Clean, good supplies, great communication. Easy check in, as all the info sent in advance of arrival, and good amenities close by.

Very responsive host and lovely clean accommodation, it was perfect for our short stay

Great little apartment in very central Caterham location. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Super responsive host. Recommended.

位置很好，也很安静，如果厨房能准备一些调料就更好了

The facility was in a very good tenantable condition, accessibility to services was excellent and host granted us exclusive possession and use of the facility and services therein. in fact we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again and again. we are grateful

Three of us stayed here , check in was great. Place was as described unfortunately dirty cutlery & floor. We were missing towels but got sorted asap , asked to check out late but was not possible at all unfortunately. Shower was cold after one use! Location was perfect
