Id say it was ok. Positive: The property was located half way between the beach and a local pub ( The Kemp) The Kemp was a great pub, lovely staff and really great food so great location. On arrival into the flat it was super clean and had fresh bedding and towels and the kitchen was well equipped with plates etc. It was good for a weekend stay as a one off. Negative: We were given to wrong key code to get in so had to call. Although it says about parking, parking is an issue as it is super limited and the pay for parking is very expensive. No WIFI as described so NO TV at all. Also not sure why it says mini bar in the description as there isnt one. Definately need to read THE SMALL PRINT as its mis leading. I felt a bit mis sold if I'm honest

Had a great time wish I had decided to stay longer

We had a fabulous time thank you. Clean, well equipped and ideally located for the seafront, shopping centre and The Lanes. Would definitely recommend the accommodation and would return.

Perfect!! Positive: Stayed for 2 nights as we'd been let down by another property at the very last minute and luckily this one was free on the day. Stunning apartment with so many thoughtful touches. Absolutely everything you need and a really smooth entry/arrival. Location was great with everything around you , eateries, co-op for quick essentials and a short walk to main centre. Considered paying through the for parking but we took the risk and waited. Parking was £8 on seafront for 4hrs and local streets around £4 for the same but were free from 8pm-9am. You can also park in Buzz Bingo which we did for a day. All in all cost us around £30 compared to online prices ranging from £55-£70. It's definitely a 'Yes' from me!! 😁 Negative: The hob didn't get hot but that may have been me as everything was digital and i'm impatient, they offered to send maintenance but it wasn't urgent for us so we just informed them. Another negative was that we couldn't stay longer 😪

Fantastic location, walkable to the promenade & Brighton but also on the bus route for multiple buses going in every direction. Being away from Brighton meant it was very peaceful with only the seagulls making noise. Kemp town high street has some really lovely independent shops to explore & lots of cafes too. Apartment was very comfortable & well equipped. We had everything we needed. One thing to note is the bathroom is quite small with two steps down into in as you step inside. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Brighton. Much preferred this to staying in the centre of Brighton.

Boven verwachting goed Positive: De grote van het appartement, hoe schoon het was, de inrichting en de buurt. Negative: Niks van het appartement viel tegen. Enige waar je rekening mee moet houden, is dat je niet voor de deur lang kan parkeren. Er zit een 2 uur max op. Ze geven wel goede alternatieven waar je kan parkeren.

Leuk en schoon appartement, overal dichtbij. Positive: Schoon en stijlvol ingericht appartement. Dichtbij zee en centrum, met superleuk ontbijttentje in de straat. Fijn dat er twee ventilatoren waren, want de woonkamer werd best warm met hele dag de zon erop. Handig ook met verloopstekker. Kleine badkamer maar met lekkere douche en alles wat je nodig hebt. Negative: Beetje rommelige straat, maar daar heb je verder geen last van. Parkeren was best wat verder, maar ging ook prima aan zee (eind van de straat).

Lovely flat in Kemptown, close to central Brighton. The flat is newly renovated and absolutely adorable. Will come back again!

Perfect flat for a weekend in Brighton

Quite a delightful apartment. Close enough for my liking. Positive: A lot of efforts put in to make this a welcoming place. White and really clean. Negative: I needed an extra hour but was denied in what I term unfriendly tone. Not the denial but the tone of the note was harsh. Please, check under the bed. Cleaning missed that space.

Beautiful flat. Anyone with mobility issues would have problems with the bathroom. Shower had nowhere to put shower gel or shampoo. Very small bathroom but very clean
