Eva s birthday break Positive: Everything lodge was clean and home from home. Big hot tub. Good setting peaceful and relaxing. Negative: Everyhing perfect.

Positive: The location was outstanding, very quiet and out of the way. Very handy to get to everywhere where we wanted to go. Negative: The property requires some tlc, there was a couple of issues with some bulbs not working, USB socket not working, little things like that. The week was glorious and very hot, maybe a couple of fans or consider installing air con would be beneficial.

Great Getaway Positive: Great location and well presented lodge 👍🏻Hotel rub was a big bonus aswell Negative: Sofa bed was a bit naff from a mattress perspective, better to sleep on the sofa of need be.

Wonderful, relaxing stay Positive: Fab location for visiting Flamingoland. Hot tub was great. Peaceful location. Negative: Hot tub was very hot when we arrived so had to wait for it to cool down.

Amazing and peaceful Positive: Got nothing but great things to say about the lodge. The pitch of the lodge is perfect, it's tucked away in the corner so not massively over-looked. Very clean and well equip with everything you'll need for a stay there. Felt like home as it was decorated with nice accessories and had everything on hand. The park is very quiet and peaceful which is just what you want for a relaxing break. Negative: Nothing to say negative.

A lovely stay to enjoy and relax with family. Positive: The property was located on a lovely site, the views were gorgeous and close to local amenities. Negative: No issues with the property.

Nice couple of nights away close to flamingo land. Chill out time ! Positive: It was nice and quiet , plenty of green for the children to play cricket etc ! Fairly specious with a good decking area and hot tub ! Negative: NA

Fantastic stay and perfect base for Flamingo Land Positive: Beautiful cabin! it's position on the site is perfect, lots of outdoor space at the back. The decor, fixtures/fittings lovely and modern, hot tub is fantastic, nice seating area which gets sun all day (discovered the cushions for outdoor furniture under beds) We used this cabin as a base for Flamingo land which was only 9 mins drive away so ideal, the site is very quite with nothing on there apart from the lodges but we knew that. Its very peaceful, hardly seen anyone on site apart from a few dog walkers. Negative: Fans would be a great addition. There are extra blankets and duvets for cold weather but no fans for when it's hot. We stayed during the bank hol heatwave 32 degrees so the heat was extremely uncomfortable for us all but especially the children trying to sleep. Take your own if it's going to be hot!

My reservation was cancelled by the host on the day of check-in—at 16:15, even though check-in was 16:00 and I had booked over a month in advance. This left me without accommodation while already travelling. The late cancellation had a wider impact, as I had planned and paid for activities nearby (including a spa booking and dinner reservation) tied to this stay. With such short notice, it wasn’t possible to rearrange everything, resulting in additional disruption and expense. Communication after the cancellation was limited, and no meaningful assistance or alternatives were offered. While I understand unforeseen issues can happen, cancelling after the check-in time creates significant stress and inconvenience. I would advise future guests to consider reliability carefully, especially if their trip includes time-sensitive or non-refundable plans.
