Great location really close to the Malvern hills so we were able to walk straight from the door to some great views. The apartment itself was perfectly comfortable and we all slept well. The kitchen was missing a few basic items we would have found useful (wooden spoon, ice cube tray, washing up liquid, kitchen roll and cling film). We were however given dishwasher tablets but sadly never found the dishwasher! The apartment was generally clean but the windows could have done with some attention, and to pull the blinds you had to stand on a chair!

Perfect stay Positive: Easy access and safe off road parking .Its location for the job we were there to do And so close to every shop and eatery you could want if you wanted it. Full kitchen utensils , relaxing living room and most of all both my bed and my work colleagues bed was spot on. We work all over the country so we get to try various. Negative: Can't think of anything !

Good base for 2 couples to visit & tour area Positive: Central location with shops, theatre and hills on the doorstep. Easy access to places of interest such as Upton on Severn, Cotswolds & Worcester. Easy place to navigate by car Negative: Could have had more printed information about apartment. (Misleading information in text as to location of internet passwords etc) Need to update to say router is against the wall opposite fireplace. Also how to operate the heated towel rail in bathroom - which is loose from wall. Shower curtain is not ideal to prevent overflow of water onto bathroom floor Pre-clean could have been better. (Food found under coffee table along with pair of slippers)

Pas de lit séparable en deux couchages, comme annoncé dans l’annonce. Pas de canapé lit comme annoncé dans l’annonce. Fourniture shampoing douche wc faible pour 4 personnes. Camion poubelle qui passe de très bonnes heure… Sinon propreté spartiate.

Good location and nice apartment Butt needs some work to make it legal. Positive: I liked the location which was in the town centre with parking included Negative: It does not have written instructions for guests, apparently there is a link to this (including the Wi-Fi code) but this is redacted by Booking.com so has never been received. The property would fail a health and safety inspection as it requires a key to lock the door from the inside (not a thumbscrew), there is condensation on the single glazed windows which is causing mould on the window frames, and the flooring, especially in the hall indicates that there may be holes in the floor below.

This is our second stay here. The first was very good but has improved and I would say now excellent!

Please read feedback Positive: The location was perfect Negative: Shared access, which would not meet fire regulations. Shower curtain had mould on the bottom, along with tiles in shower. Thick dust under bed of main bedroom. Cobwebs and thick dust to corners of all rooms. Uncomfortable bed to smaller room. Floor very dated and scruffy and creaking floors, which would annoy those living below. Woken up every morning at 6:30/7 by delivery drivers. The photos were lovely on host and stay, but very different when you get there! Broken key fob. The only positive was location. Needs a revamp. Host and Stay have been amazing and will hopefully act on my feedback and others.

Lovely apartment, great location.

This property was ideal for our stay, so close to the town and great location near the theatre. The floorboards are very squeaky in the bedroom and the key fob for the parking barrier is cracked and you worry it’s not going to work but then it does. The armchair by the window is lovely and a great spot to sit and people watch. We were very happy with our stay. I would say that the kitchen equipment needs updating, the baking tray and pan are very scratched. Also there was very much provided in the washing up department so we had to buy doe washing up liquid and a sponge. But we did enjoy staying here and would stay again.

Very pleasant, excellent location Positive: Location Negative: Oven needs a good clean inside and the bathroom shower needs a good bleach to clear all the black/orange mould that’s there. Also either bleach/wash or replace the now orange and black mould shower curtain.

Very disappointed with the entrance, bathroom was below standard and the noise each morning was not fair. Positive: Location was central. Negative: The entrance was dingy and felt like we were invading the neighbours privacy. A shared door entrance with a neighbour who repeatedly asked what day we were leaving. The shower curtain and shower area was a disgrace and I have photos to prove it. At night the noise from a nearby loading bay or supermarket distribution centre woke us up before 5am every morning. The key fob for the barrier to the car park was damaged and did not work properly.

Positive: Great location. Comfy beds. Plenty of off road parking.

Positive: Overall, it was pleasant. Clean, and the kitchen and facilities were very good. Negative: We booked for two people, but only got one pair of keys. And the wi-fi instructions were a little to be desired (it took me a while to figure out).

Okish but not impressed Positive: Location was great Negative: Walking into the accommodation in darkness; the light on the outside wasn't on and as we we entered the accommodation the light didn't work.not impressed as we paid £1000 for seven nights. Also the shower mat was dirty and mildew all around it as well as the bottom of the shower curtain.
