Clean and good value for money but needs more flexibility with check in or the ability to leave luggage Positive: Clean and good value for money Negative: Stairs were treacherous and felt unsafe. Only one mirror which was in the bathroom. No blind on the door so very bright early in the morning. No flexibility we were only there for 1 night so from check in at 4pm to check out at 10am, I requested an early check in as we were at an event that started at 1.30 but were told no. I asked if it was possible just to leave our luggage (one nights stay so minimal) and was told no. At that point if we had been entitled to a refund we would have cancelled

I didn't end up staying here - it was so dirty, and there was stains on all the towels, bedding and cushions, and black mold in the shower. I contacted the host, who said they couldn't help until the next day because the cleaners had gone home. After contacting Airbnb they agreed it was unacceptable and I left the property. It's a shame, because if it wasn't so dirty, it'd be a good place.

Positive: Very close to the town and theatre, very comfortable bed, nice and clean all round. Negative: Not their issue but the person upstairs is felt i was in with him as i could hear his snoring most the night. Only other gripe is a bright green light for the emergency exit light.

Positive: Location handy for railway station and town centre. Comfortable bedroom. Good kitchen facilities . Separate street access was good to use as a short cut to town. Negative: The bathroom was very small. No room to put anything. Toilet roll didn't have a place so kept falling on the floor. Shower door is awkward to move to get to switch the shower on. It smelt a bit musty being in the basement and the steps were a little hard to get down. Needs a 2nd bed slde table as balancing the kettle on the bin.!

Decent stay near city centre Positive: Size of the room, microwave, fridge, bathroom was nice Negative: Bed is hard as a rock, no soft pillows to choose, emergency exit light cannot be dimmed so all night you are stuck in a bright green light, room door don't open fully and if you don't hold it it slams on you, water in shower is warm but you cannot go warmer.

Really helpful host. Great value for money. Place with clean (little cobwebs in some corners but who minds that?!) very nice size room and great having direct access to the yard. Would recommend for a value for money, functional stay.

Lovely place, would highly recommend

I sadly had a bad experience during my stay, the shower was not working. Positive: The place was clean. Negative: The maintenance team failed to arrive and solve my problem, the room was very cold even when the heater was on.

Would definitely stay there again 👍 Positive: Lovely a clean apartment Negative: Nothing

Great host 👍🏻
