Well equipped extremely comfortable cottage, ideally situated offering short walks to Weymouth town centre and a number of local beaches. We were sad to leave for home, could have stayed for much longer than our restful four night stay. Our dog was in heaven with many hours spent on the beach and in the sea. We all wish we were back there now! We all definitely recommend this holiday cottage.

Lovely cottage, clean and tidy and nicely decorated with all the amenities needed for our short break, approximately a 20-25 minute walk to Weymouth Harbour and 2 minutes from the dog friendly Castle Cove beach. Great communication from Charlie. Would highly recommend.

We all enjoyed the stay at Clearmount Cottage. Our fur babies loved the gardens as they were able to run around and also we didn’t have to worry about them as it’s all enclosed. Everything was clean and tidy and the location is perfect for travelling around the area and within walking distance of a lovely little cove. Only down fall is the very narrow lane leading up to the cottage, due to the weather being nice, cars were parked on the road and sometimes it was very difficult to get in and out. Would recommend reversing in if you have a larger car and/or travelling in 2 cars.

A great home, well appointed and maintained. Very dog friendly with enclosed front and back gardens. Ideal as a base for exploring the area on foot, with a 30 minute walk into the marina via Nothe gardens. Able to leave the cars parked up for the duration = just as well as the access is quite tight.

House is lovely and in a great location. Lovely and tidy and great for our pooch who had a lovely time with the toys provided. Really clean and cosy too. Only thing to mention is the road and driveway is very tight which we struggled slightly with our big car, but worth it.

Had a lovely 4 nights at the cottage. It was spotless and lovely front and back gardens. Fully equipped home with everything you need including for the dog. 5 min walk to castle cove beach which was lovely and dog friendly. 20 minute walk into Weymouth with lots of pubs and restaurants. Would highly recommend the cottage to stay if you were visiting Weymouth.

Great home cozy and a fabulous location that is so dog friendly Positive: Lovely property very well equipped great garden front and back and parking was the added bonus. Well catered for a dog friendly atmosphere Very clean and well laid out to accommodate everyone. All essentials were available too like oil/sauces/ shampoos etc 5 minute walk to a beach and 15 minute walk to the edge of weymouth. Great dog walk at the side of the property on the Rodwell trail. We will be staying again I’m sure 😊👍 Negative: Nothing

Had a great stay here over October half term. It’s a high quality clean and new renovation everything basically untouched and very well equipped. The app with all info was also really useful. Doggy loved the local beach and lots to do in the area. Weather was kind too that helped. overall great place, book it you won’t be disappointed.

We've just returned from the most wonderful stay here. I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough; the place is beautiful and is all laid out to such a high spec. The beds are extra comfortable and it quite simply feels like home from home (although it's much nicer than my own home!!) The attention to detail is astounding (a blanket for the dog, milk in the fridge etc) and the garden is an added bonus -absolutely gorgeous. It's in a lovely quiet location but close to the town centre and my favourite beach, Castle Cove. In addition it's spotlessly clean and the host is always quick to reply to any message, and really helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back and we are so glad we found it. Thank you!

Lovely well equipped family house and gardens. Positive: It was really well equipped. Great size for 5 or 6 people. Lovely decoration. Negative: One of the sofa’s was uncomfy. The access drive to the property was hard to pull in to and very narrow.

An excellent cottage with all the facilities and comfort we needed. Exactly as described. Access to parking is narrow and turning in was hampered by cars parked on side of road. Our car is medium sized but taking a large car may be problematic! 20 mins walk to the town - even our 8 year old grandson didn't complain about the walk!

Wonderful stay. Once you find the house and park the cars you can walk everywhere house was nice and comfortable and offered enough space for us 4 adults and 2 toddlers.

We had a really enjoyable stay, the house was perfect. It had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen has top of the range cooking facilities and plenty of utensils making it a pleasure to cook in. We had a fabulous meal in one of the restaurants recommended by our host. The house and garden is very quiet and peaceful with some lovely walks nearby and not too far from the town centre. I would highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting Weymouth.

This lovely cottage is bright, airy, and extremely clean. The decor is tasteful, and the garden is lovely. The Airbnb amenities list needs a few updates to be fully accurate. We arrived late after a long journey from the United States for a family event, only to find no body wash, shampoo, or conditioner in the bathrooms. Very frustrating. (Don't be fooled by the pet shampoo in the downstairs shower room!) And there's no microwave in the kitchen. However, these were minor issues, and the cottage worked out well for us.

Excellent 60th birthday weekend Even though the weather was awful, the cosy, beautifully maintained cottage easily accommodated 6 adults and a dog. It had everything we could ask for, was in a great location with parking for 3 cars and felt like a real home from home. IdeThoroughlylrecommend

Great Positive: The house was great - exactly what we needed and it is a lovely property. Negative: The drive leading to it is incredibly narrow and you have to be careful not to scrape your car, especially with where other cars can park on the road near the entrance.

I am a Weymouth regular so know the area well but this was a hidden gem - I didn’t even know the property existed it’s so private! It’s spotless and a home from home for us, if we’re allowed we will definitely be back (my dog destroyed 3 of the resident French Bulldog’s toys - I hope you liked the replacements….. sorry!).

The property was very good. Tastefully decorated with lots of little touches in each room. Quiet location. The cottage was very well equipped with everything you would need plus more. Good location for exploring, Weymouth and surrounding villages. Everything provided for our dog, including toys, furniture covers and dog bed.

We had a great stay in Weymouth celebrating our friend's birthdays . Clearmount cottage is in a quiet peaceful location biut is close enough to walk into the town. All four of us in our group absolutely loved this amazing Cottage and if visiting the area again would only want to stay here. Thanks for hosting us , every room was spotless and we appreciated the little extra provisions that were provided - you did a great job.

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage during the Ironman Weymouth weekend in September. Great location, just 5 mins drive from the beach and pavilion. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay. The table tennis in the front garden was a fun addition! Thank you for being great hosts we would love to return in the future.

A very nice cottage for our family of 5 adults, 1 toddler and a dog. It had most of what we needed and an attractive garden.The beds were very comfortable and the two upstairs bedrooms were spacious. The bedroom downstairs is very small with very little storage. It is also right next to the kitchen, which isn’t ideal from the noise point of view. We loved our local beach and cafe, which is very near and perfect for toddler and dog.The bikes and table tennis were a plus. We enjoyed our stay there.

Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, schön und gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz direkt beim Grundstück war sehr sehr hilfreich. Wir konnten sogar auch Tischtennis spielen im Garten. Die Lage war ruhig aber das Meer und Restaurants zu fuss erreichbar.

Lovely place. Great location. Great response (mostly) from the team. Advertised 2 push bikes but one had two flat tyres that had been flat for some time (upset daughter) only mild complaint otherwise all was v good

The house was perfect. Very comfortable, clean, everything you could need. The house was very spacious for us. Very relaxing. Linen and towels very good quality (so often this is not the case). Plenty of space for clothes. Beds very comfortable. We had a lovely relaxing time, really liked the tiered garden, so many places to sit, we had breakfast on the top terrace. I have no criticism of the property, there is nothing I would change. Along the road from the property is a lovely small park with a coffee shop selling homemade cakes and good coffee, this overlooks the sea and is very peaceful. Great having the private parking. There is a lovely beach/cove within a 5-minute walk of the property. Enjoyed walks on the Rodwell Trail. There is a small Co-op Express within about 3-4 minute walk, very convenient, with a fish and chip shop opposite. Would advise people to read the visitors book for advice on restaurants and places to visit. We had a great time.

Relaxing hol in Weymouth. Positive: Great location, comfy beds, powerful shower, lovely front garden. Negative: Access to the drive is very tight, but manageable. The sofas could have been more comfortable, it lacked an armchair.

Lovely property, unique location, beautiful gardens

We spent 3 nights at this lovely home while exploring the Jurassic Coast. It’s amazingly quiet and peaceful for being in town. It’s also surrounded by trees that made us feel as if we were in a much more remote location. The garden is actually getting a bit too wild and could use a tidy up. Good parking. Everything was as represented. (We never figured out the microwave feature that was supposedly part of the oven.)

Beautiful home, very peaceful and quiet, we had a lovely stay while visiting family and would definitely stay again. Facilities were great, couldn't think of anything we needed that wasn't there! Communication was good including fantastic directions making it easy to find. Driveway was tight with our big car but manageable and great to have off road parking.

We had a lovely short break. The house had everything we needed from the well equipped kitchen, the comfy beds. the spacious lounge, the multiple seating options in the gardens and the table tennis table which was popular with our 9 year old. Everything is walkable or easily accessible by bus or taxi. Would recommend.

Lovely, homely cottage. Plenty of space for four adults, two children and our dog. We were lucky with the weather so were able to enjoy the well kept garden. A beach 5 minutes walk away was an added bonus. Couldn’t recommend more for families looking for somewhere to stay in Weymouth.

We had a great stay. The location was brilliant - just a short walk to the beach and a lovely walking trail! The house felt like a home. Peaceful yet not isolated.

Lovely house in a great location. Driveway tight but manageable. Lots of good little touches for things you would need, including a well provisoned kitchen.It was a bit cold with an odd heating system and the main bed was very squeaky which kept us up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come again

Wonderful 4 days. Hope to be back soon. Positive: Quiet location, convenient for beaches and harbour. Very comfortable. Appreciated all the extras - tea, coffee, milk and biscuits and use of bike and outdoor facilities. Good hot water and water pressure. Negative: Access to property is tight. Downstairs curtains a bit thin in height of summer. No bin bags for rubbish.

A lovely place to stay, nicely furnished and well equipped. A light living area. Plenty of outdoor space. Comfy beds, plenty of space, good bathroom facilities.

Lovely stay in Weymouth, very close to castle cove beach and only a quick walk into Weymouth

We really enjoyed our stay here. You’re a few minutes walk away from a hidden little beach and some beautiful gardens with views across the sea to Portland. It’s about 20minutes to walk to the harbour which was ideal for us too. The outdoor space at this air bnb was lovely also - big garden that’s private at the front and a lovely couple of terrace spots up the back. Home was like the pics show and the hosts are responsive.

Home from home What a beautiful property tucked away in a fantastic location. The gardens were equally as enjoyable as the house and we were lucky with the sunshine.Great access to Castle Cove beach, Sandsfoot Castle gardens, and the Rodwell Trail, all within a 5 minute walk.Thank you, we will definitely be back.
