We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s in an ideal location for all the main attractions in Liverpool (you don’t need a car). Great property for one or two couples. Modern, clean, well appointed and maintained. The host is available at all times if you have any questions. A very good choice if you prefer not to stay in an hotel. It gets a strong recommendation from us.

Loved it! Positive: Amazing little apartment stones throw away from the Albert Docks - had everything we needed to create a memorable stay with my partner. Furniture brand new, option to park and easy to operate temperature controls. An airbnb ill definitely be looking to stay at again :)

this was an excellent air bnb. I took my partner and her father to Liverpool for their first visit. the apartment was fantastic really clean and modern just a walk to albert dock. excellent amenities and any issues I had were resolved speedily. I plan on returning to Liverpool (I'm an Everton fan) and this will always be my first choice

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property in Liverpool. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the conference centre and the docks, which made everything so convenient. The place itself was spotless and really well presented, with super comfy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben die zwei Tage an der Hurst Street sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war für uns als Familie perfekt und bot alles, was wir gebaucht haben. Die Wohnung liegt ideal, um das Albert Dock mit all seinen coolen Cafés, Restaurants und Museen zu besuchen. Auch die Innenstadt liegt nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wir haben daher sehr viel von Liverpool sehen können. Die Kommunikation hat perfekt geklappt und die Antworten auf unsere Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Liverpool kommen, würden wir wieder hier wohnen wollen 👍

A great place to stay for a visit to Liverpool. The place is excellent and just as described - spotlessly clean and ideal for a family. Location is brilliant - walking distance to the docks, lots of attractions and the main shopping areas. So many restaurants to choose from and things to do. Place is easy to find, instructions top notch and the hosts communication ideal. Having a parking space for two cars right beside the property was perfect. We’d definitely return if visiting Liverpool in the future.

Host cancelled on the morning of travel. 2 alternatives offered but didn’t match spec of original booking. Said they would notify Airbnb but i had to, and Airbnb support said the host was not responding to them. So disappointed as we had birthday celebrations planned and theatre tickets booked.

Had a great stay! The flat was newly refurbished with brand-new appliances and all the little extras like a hairdryer provided. The fast WiFi was a plus, and having parking for two cars was a real bonus. Would definitely stay again! Thanks.

Location is good, nice and close to the docks and many restaurants and pubs. The place is nicely set up except the kitchen, we like to make meals in however the kitchen lacks some key essentials.Our primary issue was the reminders that if you break anything you will be charged. Also when you need something the host ignores you but they are quick to send notices of things that they want.I recommend taking a video of the suite when arrive and when you depart so that there are no misunderstandings.I would not stay at this suite again.

The host was very easy to communicate with, the guide book provided made check-in and locating the property simple. It looks as good as it does on the photos, and was clean and tidy. It is in a great location, right next to the centre but was still quiet. A wonderful place to stay.

Excellent facilities and location - great for a small group. Will be back. Positive: Location amazing. Central for everything and the property had almost everything you could need. There are steps to the property and a hand rail might be useful. Also better information regarding the parking spaces would be a bonus. Had to call for clarity but once I did, the person assisting me was amazing. Negative: More glasses needed and the blinds in the bedroom let in a lot of light.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 3. Upon arriving we had to call Airbnb as the parking was not clearly signposted , however this was quickly dealt with. The property was clean except for finding various black hairs around the rooms and bathroom. The location was good for being central and within walking distance of the shops etc, However we thought the surrounding area of the house was very dirty and quite rough. On the first night we were awakened by a loud noise which sounded like someone trying to bang down the front door, which obviously gave us a fright. However turned out to be next door flushing their toilet. They did this various times throughout the night on both nights. The shower door also leaks a lot! the floor was drenched after a shower. the property is modern and clean for the most part however For the price we wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.

Based on the photographs and location of the place as well as the amount I paid, I was expecting this property to have no issues. Unfortunately, it had plenty and I felt ripped off. 1- bathroom leaks every time you shower and floods water all over the floor 2- car Parking is tricky and not easy to understand the first time you do it as there isn’t any clear guidance; I had to phone a few times to get advice and it was raining after a 10 hour journey 3- stingy on shower gel and soap. Bear in mind this is a two bedroom apartment with the ability to sleep four adults. There were two tiny shower gel sachets for all of us and a tiny bar of soap. 4- locks: the bedroom doors don’t have locks on them and the upstairs bathroom door doesn’t lock 5- stains on the bed cover in the master bedroom

We raised issues during our 3 day stay. We resisted leaving a public review to allow time to respond. Apartment not ‘perfectly prepared’ (your words). Entrance paving slabs loose, one potentially dangerous. No handrail at entrance. All window blinds faulty Living room window wouldn’t open. Kitchen tap loose & drips Limited kitchen equipment for party of 4. Kitchen extractor fan flue doesn’t go anywhere! Major issue when cooking. Had to open front door to let out smoke from oven Downstairs toilet tap loose Shower leaks heavily. Floor flooded. Black mould present Water damage bottom of bathroom door frame. Radiator in bathroom loose Bathroom tape plumbed incorrectly. Tap works in opposite direction Only 1 thin pillow each 2 hand towels between four people 1 hand towel in kitchen no tea towel Dirty throw on one bed Positives: Welcome pack, location. Comfortable lounge Good communication until things went wrong. Ongoing complaint.

Had a really enjoyable stay. Well positioned to walk everywhere and comfortable enough to all relax in the lounge to unwind before bed. Instructions were clear and had a seamless arrival and departure.

We had a wonderful stay in Liverpool. The home is well appointed, bright, comfortable and spacious. Walking distance to all the main areas we visited. The Welcome Pack provided was very generous and much appreciated. We also valued the secure parking adjacent to the home. Communications with our host was very clear and timely. We would highly recommend this accomodation and will return to stay when next in Livewrpool.

We couldn’t get the heating to work. There were several phone conversations before the Host and Stay staff agreed to send someone from maintenance to fix it. If the agents knew more about the property they could have told us over the phone how to correct the heating. We had a parking ticket on our windscreen on the first morning even though we were parked in the allotted space. When I contacted Host and Stay they told me to contact the council to appeal the fine. I expected them to be more pro active as they were the ones who told us we had a parking space at the side of the property. We are now waiting to hear back from the council as we have challenged the parking ticket. It wasn’t helpful being told to get on with it ourselves! It was quite noisy at night due to being right by the YHA. The inside of the house was nice, clean and modern but the issues with no heating and then getting a parking ticket left a nasty taste in the mouth. I wouldn’t stay here again.

El departamento estaba muy bonito. Nos recibieron con unas botanas y unas avenas que te hacen sentir muy bien recibida. También había cápsulas de café El olor también muy agradable. Lo único que estuvo un poco incómodo fué que el tapón de la tina se atoró y el agua no se iba.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at the Chic Townhouse by the Docks in Liverpool. The location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk to the Albert Docks and within easy reach of all the main attractions. It’s also only about a 20-minute walk from the train station, which made arriving and getting around the city very convenient. The townhouse is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest after exploring the city. Overall, it’s the perfect place to stay for anyone wanting comfort, style, and a superb base to explore Liverpool. Highly recommended! Negative: -

Excellent location , very comfortable Positive: Location was excellent, everything in easy walking distance. Fairly quiet and nice area . Also having a local grocery store was very handy . Facilities were great , very comfortable Negative: The property wasn’t ready when we arrived , poor as it was a late check in then they are pushing you to leave be 10 AM for the cleaners that apparently come shortly after . Clearly not true and for me is the reason I knocked it down on the stars

Beautiful accomodation, great hosts, would highly recommend!! Positive: The property was beautiful, exactly like the photos, and it was spotlessly clean. Great location, across the road from the docks and only a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One. We had family staying in the Hampton by Hilton which is literally next door so that was a win. Check in & out was very easy as we just collected the keys from the lock box. Parking spaces for 2 cars next to the property was ideal. The hosts were great, very helpful and easy to contact. Lovely little touches like free coffee pods and snacks. We had the best weekend here and will definitely be our go to accommodation when we're next in Liverpool. Negative: Nothing, it was great!

Modern house in a great location Positive: Lovely modern town house in a great location. Comfortable beds. Good facilities. Excellent communication with owners. Negative: One slight issue was the bollard used for secure parking. This was damaged on arrival and made it difficult to unlock the padlock but managed eventually. This did not detract from the stay in the town house.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The location is right in the city centre but quiet, which is so rare to find. All the shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The host was really responsive and friendly, and so helpful with all our questions. We will definitely be coming back here every time we come to Liverpool!

We had an amazing time staying there. The property is spotless and brand new furniture and appliances and exactly like in the photos which we find very rare these days. The location is perfect only just 2 mins from Albert docks. The bed is comfortable and it’s also quiet. Couldn’t fault it we will definitely stay there again when we come back next time.
