Great stay at cherry lodge. Perfect family stay with grandparents and kids. Positive: Really friendly staff to helped us when we arrived with codes etc. well organised and staff were really friendly Negative: Nothing

Nice.. expected a lot more… could have been really good if few things were looked into earlier… Positive: The big property was excellent and the whole atmosphere was very good but our cottage had few issues and so our stay was not exceptional..but overall the property was very nice.. Negative: Cherry lodge didn’t have working exhaust fans in the toilets and one of our toilets didn’t have working hot water valve.. so all 5 of us had to use one toilet for the whole stay.. even though it was highlighted on the day of check-in, we were told that there was nothing they could do about it.. this didn’t leave a good impression..

Surprisingly a £250 damage deposit was required but as respectable guests we paid the deposit assuming it would be retur Positive: The lodge it’s self was spacious and well decorated with everything you needed Negative: There were some very minor cleaning issues and we reported a dripping tap and the main shower head was leaking but we got no response until after we had checked out.
