Would recommend - clean, good location, excellent value for a group & really helpful host. Positive: We stayed as a group of 5 meeting for a weekend away. Clean and tidy, great location, great value for money. Parking available which is a big benefit. The host was really helpful, friendly and responsive.

Good stay enjoyed the apartment Positive: Mixed bag on this property, location is 30 minutes walk from the city centre, pictures onsite are true to the apartment you accommodate, there is a 24 hour help line an communication is very good, would consider staying again, tv in each room, fans was provided for the hot and car permit for one person, plenty of towels and shower was amazing after a hot weekend, fridge and other amenities in kitchen all clean and tidy Negative: This so where it gets complicated, they send you a form to state about damages my wavier is for damage and loss of up to 500 check your forms, when I went in to the property there was already some damage I took photos and town stamped before arrival including a broken mirror panel that was on the floor, one key was provided and when I called as there was a medical emergency (one girl had epilepsy and had a fit behind the door and it shut before the rest of party could gain access, I called the host to ask for another key as an emergency they said that we had both, we didn’t and to try calling my friend, she was out cold on the floor and was trying to avoid an ambulance possibly breaking down the door After an hour of back and fourth the ambulance arrived and my friend had become conscious again and opened the door, the next day an message arrived about charging for missing keys I think not under the booking,com terms and conditions property’s can not slap feed on to consumers after purchase if it hasn’t been highlighted already before sale, then more messages arrived about damages etc, lucky this was already recorded via myself, also advise take a video of the condition the house on upon arrive and once when you leave Cleaning wise most places where very clean others where not, bedding when stripped was covered in stains and hair and pillows are a bit yellow and stained, some areas had lots of dust, kitchen and living room was very good but no washing up liquid provided to wash up when leaving so purchased it myself, only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 days The intercom for some of the apartments are hooked up wrong we was in D and anyone in C keep buzzing up to us and vise versa when I was using the intercom for D is was ringing though to E

Enjoyable weekend with friends Positive: The location was good and the flat was comfy. Negative: I was given the wrong door code so couldn’t get in, and was stood on the step for quite some time looking like I was trying to break in when I’d just been using the code I’d been given. The flat wasn’t super clean, and the beds in particular were covered in hairs when we stripped the sheets before we left. There also wasn’t enough warning before I booked about the 4 storey climb to the flat and the fact the stairs are very steep and narrow. I’m 5 months pregnant so it was a struggle with a suitcase that I could have done without if I had known.

Good value for money. Positive: Landlord late providing check-in instructions. Negative: Fake friendly, over enthusiastic comms from landlord.

Great flat in perfect location for us near the Uni, restaurants, Bars etc. Really good value for money, spotlessly clean, comfortable and everything you need. 10/10

Positive: The apartment was lovely decorated and was very clean. Beds were comfy. I think it was very good bc value for money. Negative: I didn’t realise how many flights of stairs they were to get to our apartment so on that note I would make sure next time we were on a lower floor. Also I had asked from the moment I had booked the apartment to check in earlier / check out later, I was told to keep asking and I wouldn’t be told until the day before. I arrived earlier than check in and asked to collect parking permit which i was then allowed to check into the apartment early which was great. However on departure I was told to keep asking to then be told this wasn’t able. I even asked for just an hour later check out due to going to celebrate my birthday.

Lovely stay, few small tweaks would make it better Positive: Bright modern, clean apartment had all the amenities we needed for a three day stay, and a relaxing evening in after busy days, great location for getting out and about. Negative: The apartment was very clean and wouldn't want to detract from that, but there was mould around the sign in the shower, probably due to condensation. There was also quite a bit of water marks in the bedrooms perhaps from a historic leak and did wonder if rain would get in. But none did. The apartment is on the fourth floor ( very high narrow staircase with no lift) I would not have booked if this had been highlighted as I was traveling with my elderly mum so was a bit difficult.

Positive: Good facilities. A nice quiet location Negative: It was not disability friendly. My friend a disability and we were put in the very top floor apartment so she struggled climbing all the steps. Very loud noises all night from the apartment below. Strong smell of weed in the hallway.

Great, dog friendly apartment with easy access to the city centre. Will 100% be returning

We spent Christmas at the top floor apartment at Catharine Street. We loved the location, ease of parking and that the host provided a small Christmas tree with decorations and lights - this made the apartment feel christmassy which was very nice. I rate this Airbnb highly. It is in a superb location and the apartment is furnished to our taste. We were a little concerned about finding suitable parking nearby but this turned out to be very easy. Huskisson Street was just a few meters away from the apartment, a wide street with plenty of spaces. The parking permit provided by the host meant we could park there at any time. Two small observations were that the apartment despite being very well styled, does need a little bit of an uplift in the decoration, particularly in the bedrooms, and the water pressure is a little on the low side. However, this didn’t stop us enjoying our stay very much indeed. Overall it’s location and value for money make it a winner. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. There where a few issues where we needed to communicate with the host, but they resolved in a timely manner.

Muy recomendable apartamento, y por supuesto, ciudad. Positive: .- Lo que más nos gusto fue la ubicación, y la tranquilidad del barrio. El alojamiento se encuentra a 20 minutos andando del centro turístico. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila, pero a escasos minutos andando hay lugares para tomar algo, supermercados, etc. Es de destacar la atención recibida por el anfitrión antes y durante nuestra estancia. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de lo más cómodo. Negative: .- Como puntos negativos hay que destacar que el apartamento se encuentra en un último piso, de un edificio sin ascensor, lo que puede ser un inconveniente para personas con dificultades de movilidad. .- También cabe señalar, que al ser la última planta, y las habitaciones abuhardilladas, se escuchan y ven de forma importante gaviotas que vuelan y deambulanpor el tejado. La primera noche se nos hizo complicado dormir. Se escuchan tan fuerte que daba la impresión que iban a entrar en el apartamento. Hay que tener en cuenta que el asunto de las gaviotas, no es algo exclusivo de este apartamento ya que están por todo Liverpool.

Beautiful property, great location. Positive: The property was in the perfect location, walking distance to the cathedral and town centre. There is a bus stop outside that takes you to and from the airport. The property was stylish and clean, we were all very impressed.

Negative: Lots of stairs to access the property but not an issue

Positive: Apartamento bien localizado, amplio y bien amueblado. Acogedor y tranquilo. Negative: El apartamento D esta en un tercer piso sin aacensor.

Catherine Quarters Positive: Location was very good to get into the city centre. Beds and furnishings were comfortable. Well equipped with mugs, glasses etc. Negative: The paint work looked tired and grubby, it needs a good paint refresh. There were water mark runs coming down from the velux windows in both of the bedrooms. The living area window looks out on a huge amount of rubbish in the back yard. There were some cobwebs in the lounge and dirt under the soda bed. There were also a few flies that seemed to keep appearing.

Perfect Positive: Clean Negative: Nothing

Adequate for a weekend Positive: Good location for getting to M and S Arena, spacious flat with comfy beds. Fans available to help keep apartment cool. Negative: We weren't able to get hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks (although the shower was nice and hot) It was quite a trek as there was no parking on the street and the flat was up 4 flights of stairs. Windows weren't doubled glazed so it was quite noisy at night.

Great stay would defiantly book again Positive: The property is lovely stylish modern and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for anymore Negative: Box (keys) was at the bottom of the stairs walked straight past it to the top of the building to have to go back down 🙈 maybe leave the car pass also in the key box as it’s a hike upto get the parking pass quickly

Overall great, it was just a little run down with a few things broken. The host was very attentive and communicative.

Positive: Location Negative: The stairs to the apartments are very narrow, if you have luggage it will be very difficult to bring it to the apartment.

Got to see Klopps send off, had a brill time Positive: Really liked the view from the small bedroom, nice main room with comfy sofas and good kitchen. Negative: Long flight of stairs after a few beers, perfect otherwise!

Definitely recommend to say there! A great location with a walkable path to the city center allowing you to explore the city. The apartment is great and clean providing the peaceful rest you will need after exploring the city.

Good location, nice apartment. Great customer service Positive: The location was good. Negative: Although the kitchen area and shared areas were spotless, some other areas could do with more attention. The bathroom door needed a good clean from mucky hands and there was a fair bit of dust/fluff underneath the bed when we pulled the spare bedding out. The walls were a little dirty in places but that’s possibly quite picky. On the whole it was lovely comfortable apartment just these few things were quite obvious which has prevented a full mark score!
