Great stay, apartment was beautiful and very spacious. Very comfortable and great shower! It was nice to have ammenditie Positive: This apartment was beautiful and just what we needed! Myself and 3 friends stayed here for 2 nights - our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until late in the night but the staff were so understanding and accommodating. Especially Charlie in particular, he was quick to reply to any questions or issues I had. Negative: Not much, took a little while to heat up but that’s expected at this time of year!

Strongwoman comp stop over Positive: Communication was very clear and well thought through, the appartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Great to have fans in there as it was super hot! Negative: Had a few issues with noise from others around slamming doors late at night when we were in bed and neighbours playing music very late at night. Something that cannot be helped just annoying

Was a perfect location for us for my daughter's graduation in Philharmonic Hall. comfortable beds and nice clean apartment. Would recommend.

We went to see Taylor Swift and this property was perfect for that. Positive: It was very clean and tidy. The sofa bed was very comfortable. Perfect for what we needed. Negative: There was no washing up liquid for doing the dishes.

Positive: The apartment itself is great and lovely decor and layout etc. Clean and good facilities. Good location. Lots of amenities. Negative: The water was a little hit and miss. Often being only cold or the shower being hot then turning cold throughout use. No sink plug or basin to wash baby bottles which was a little wasteful of water. But not a huge issue. Could have a little more comfy pillows on beds, and a larger sofa (there was 4 of us) but wasn't used other than later evenings so wasn't too big of a deal.

Overall I had a great stay, and the property was value for money Positive: The location of the property was ideal. The property also came with all facilities that were needed Negative: I heard noise coming from both upstairs and downstairs.

Liverpool stay Positive: Location, facilities, size, dog friendly, 2 sets of keys and local parking voucher Negative: £25 damage waiver or £250 hold with £10 admin fee. Very unusual requirement and seems like an additional money maker.

When my colleagues arrived the place wasn't cleaned from the last stay and we couldn't get in contact with anyone to have this dealt with meaning we had the inconvenience of having to book a hotel for the night. The property then wasn't ready until 15:00pm the following day, I then requested a refund due to all the added disruption this had caused for them to tell me that they could not refund me as the property got sorted in the end. I then messaged on the back of this for them to ignore my messages and I haven't had a response since.

This was a lovely apartment. Clean and stylish. Great kitchen facilities - nice pans, coffee/tea, lots of crockery. When I arrived the electric heaters had been turned off (and I felt I should do this when going out too), so it was quite chilly at times. But other than that, we thought it was a lovely space.

One of the best apartments I’ve stayed in Positive: The property was outstanding . Everything u need in the kitchen the beds where very comfy . Nice big shower settee was amazing the apartment was spotless. And the host was a lovely lady couldn’t do enough for u . We have booked again for next week . Negative: Property was amazing best I’ve stayed at 10/10

Nice place to stay Positive: Nice size flat with great utilities. Negative: The bedrooms were quite dusty.

41C Positive: Good location for central city centre Liverpool. Good communication from owners. A few night little touches, tea, coffee, milk etc. Had all the facilities we needed. Negative: We needed to use the sofa bed, which was not that comfortable, and it seemed to be close to needing replacing (creaks). The master bedroom was rather dusty!

Enjoyable Stay Positive: Everybody enjoyed their stay. Flats were comfortable and well equipped. The location was amazing, everything was fairly close by. We would stay again! Negative: The only faults were the pull out beds that were uncomfortable due to the mattresses and you roll into the middle of them. The bins weren't emptied before we arrived and the kitchen was full of fruit flies because of this. The stairs to the flats were endless. Could do with making it known on the website.

Great stay over all! Positive: The property was fully equipped for what we needed for the weekend. Great rooms and plenty of space. Negative: The many stairs! A bit of warning about how many stairs in the advertisement would help.

Great location in the Georgian Quarter of liverpool, close to all our old favourites and easy walk in to the main city centre. All as described and shown in the pictures with comfy beds and delicious coffee available!

Angenehmes und zentrales Wohnen Positive: Gute Lage in angenehmen Viertel, Pubs und Restaurants fußweit. Schöne Einrichtung und gute Küchenausstattung. Negative: Es gab keine Möglichkeit, das Gepäck vor dem Einchecken und nach dem Auschecken unterzustellen.

Positive: Leuke buurt. Negative: Voor drie man . Maar 1 mini flesje shampoo en douche gel. Verder was het bloedheet in appartement toen wij binnen kwamen. Gordijnen dicht en ramen open ( achter ) was leuk geweest.

Great place to stay if you want something a little more quiet. Easy to access and also easy to find. Parking is a huge plus! The messages received felt slightly automated but overall apartment and location were great!

Good location and lots of communication. Remember there is a non refundable damage deposit to add on to the total price.

Really nice place, very helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place to stay and perfect for a weekend or longer stay in Liverpool

Had a great stay here for a long weekend. The place is nearby to lots of great cafes and it’s about a 15 minute walk into the main area so getting around was easy. The place itself was clean and secure, and I’d strongly consider staying here again on a return visit.
