Great! Positive: Very nice appartment, clean, nice furnitures and well equipped! As we were visiting LIPA for our son's excam concert the location was perfect. Also within walking distance to the city center :)

we all had a great stay and would highly recommend Positive: We really enjoyed everything about our stay it was a lovely walking distance to and from the town apartment was fresh clean and warm the children loved the cosy comrfortable enviroment .We also had support and guidance from the owners and they were so helpful always responding very quickly to any of our questions

Like student accommodation, not great. Negative: Absolutely terrible for the price paid. Student accommodation at best. The hall way on entry is dusty and dirty with a boarded up door downstairs that looks like it's been broken into. The view from the living room window looks out to the yard which is filled with debris and rubbish. The banging from upstairs from people just walking about was really noisy and it took forever for my 3 year old daughter to get to sleep. There was also lots of noise from neighbours coming in and shouting in the stairwell. The noise from the road outside is also loud. The shower was appalling and ran either scalding hot or absolutely freezing. The water pressure was terrible too. The toaster in the kitchen was broken as was the radiator in the main bedroom. Host only provided 3 coffee pods for 3 days for what was meant to be 4 people and one of those was split so didn't work. Considering it's meant to host up to 6 people, it is tiny and the living room can fit 3 on the couch. We were meant to be staying here with my parents but they ended up booking a hotel instead as they refused to stay. Upon booking I was not made aware that there would be a compulsory damage waiver fee payable of AU$50 to confirm the booking which is absolutely misleading as it is a hidden charge. I will never stay with Host and Stay again and will also be looking into the legality of the $50 fee.

Tired overpriced flat in great location Positive: The shower is terrible and the flat was very dusty. Some of the furniture is beginning to fall apart and there is a lot of noise from hard floors in flat above. Great location. Spacious flat for 2. Negative: See above

The flat is lovely and in a good location. The guest parking permit is really helpful. Communication was clear and quick - thanks for a great stay

About 25 mins walk from city centre or a taxi was about £7.00 and took 3 mins :) Negative: Nothing

Great apartment - location and facilities. Positive: Location amazing. Nice street and very close to local pub. Only 10mins walk to many bars (Ropewalks). Apartment has everything you need (iron, hairdryer, oven, microwave etc). Comfy beds. TV in each room. Negative: Only thing was the electric shower was not good. The temperature fluctuated. That’s it.

Great location- near grocery stores, pubs, sightseeing. Highly recommend Positive: Location was great! Having a whole apartment was nice - nicely equipped kitchen. Negative: Could have been a few more supplies - toilet paper, extra garbage bags etc

The apartment was great as described, good size and clean. Location was good. However, communication, was automated and constant and felt accusatory but actual questions were not answered as the property is managed by a company not the owner. Entry instructions could be clearer. (There is both a key pad and a key lock at the main entrance door.)

Positive: Great location, nice walk into town. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed while we stayed there. We would recommend it to everybody and will definitely be using it again when we head to Liverpool. Cheers Negative: Nothing really except maybe a paint touch-up on the walls, that's all.

It was disappointing Negative: It was not clean, very run down and hot water did not work properly the first night. Some of the furniture was falling apart and kitchen was freezing cold. We felt the photos did not reflect the Property in reality at all unfortunately.

Positive: Location, decorated nicely. Negative: I didn't like the constant messaging from host and stay. The fact they still are holding £250 of my money as a damage protection waiver is madness! I expected the apartment to be immaculate, but it really wasn't. Finally, being reminded to leave by 10 am time and time again was just verging on harassment. I won't be using them again.

Positive: It was spacious, modern, provided parking and comfortable

Poor customer service and hidden fees Positive: The location was not terrible, probably would be quiet, but some road work was being done so it was noisy. The location is not a far walk from the tourist zones but it is mostly uphill. Negative: I didn't like the fact that I was required to buy insurance (25) or paying and administration fee (10) in order for them to take my credit card as security. Secret added fee. No hotels do that. I didn't like that it was a little challenging to figure out how to get in, and that the flat was up two flights of stairs with no lift. I didn't like that the room was uncleaned and unready for us upon arrival and we had to book a late room elsewhere for the night. The cleaner did not come until the next afternoon. Utterly inconvenient and expensive. I didn't like the complaint/refund process as it has been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything about my first night being refunded. So whilst the place itself is not bad, the customer service is terrible. The free parking is in an alley around the corner. Overall left a bad feeling with me.

If it was repainted & cleaned properly this would be a great place to stay Positive: Location was great Negative: The flat was a disappointment On arrival we were met by a very strong smell of cigarettes. The photos of this place must have been taken a while ago as it doesn’t look as clean now. The walls were all marked & the kitchen was dirty. The bin in the kitchen was very mouldy & smelly. Glasses and cutlery in cupboards were dirty. At the rear of the property in the garden there was a lot of rubbish , not a nice outlook at all. Such a shame about these issues as the flat itself was a nice size & has once been great.

Expected it to be better quality Positive: The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Negative: It felt scruffy. Needed re-painting and quality of kitchen and furniture was poor. Two seater sofa bed in lounge was fine for us but not enough if more than two people staying.

Positive: A little confusion as there was a key safe which I was putting the code into for the main door. Above was an intercom with numbers which is what you put the code in and not the key safe. Would of been helpful to point this out

Al lado de todo y todo a 15 minutos andando Positive: Estaba cerca de todo y bastante amplio. Como si fuera tu casa Negative: El sistema de ducha era un poco confuso y costaba regular temperatura y presión (había solo un baño para 4-6 personas)

Positive: Zeer goede locatie als je een huurauto hebt. Je kunt achter het huis parkeren en de leuke wijken van liverpool liggen op ongeveer een kwartier lopen. Appartement is prima met twee slaapkamers. Negative: Niets.

Loved Liverpool, great location and easy admin. Positive: Location great. Negative: We were not given correct codes for entry door or for the lock box but when contacted Host and Stay someone answered immediately and gave us the correct codes. Beds comfy but noisy and creaked when you turned over.
