Positive: Brilliant location and close to everything bed was comfy and shower was brilliant Negative: Difficult place to find at first and not much communication with owner at all also the kitchen step was very dangerous I told them my father hurt himself and if it was wheelchair safe and it was definitely not and I felt my room I sleep in was tiny and the door didn't close properly
Improvements could be made but for the money we paid it was cheap and cheerful. Positive: The location was very good and it was close to the middle and some great little pubs nearby. The beds were very comfortable too. Negative: The lounge area had no windows in and the kitchen window looked onto a brick wall. The picture that was advised wasn’t the accommodation that we got so we were a little disappointed. Plus when we arrived and the booking was made for 4 people we did expect tea and coffee facilities for 4 but they only left 2 coffee, 2 sugar and a couple of milks. That could have been better.
Wonderful property! Ideal area! Positive: Our family stayed in Admirals View & Captains View in Whitby for a weekend. Great amenities inside, everything you could need and beautifully kept furnishings. We really enjoyed our stay here. Great communication from the owners & plenty of places to park nearby. Our party ranged from 18- 85 years of age so brill for everyone. And the views… amazing ☀️

Fantastic location. A great base for exploring Whitby. Really lovely accommodation. Clean and very comfortable. Only niggle was that the kitchen utensils and equipment were very sparse a few bigger bowls and some oven gloves would be great . Over all a lovely place to stay would definitely recommend.

Our usual cottage was booked , so used this as alternative. Will definitely be back soon. Clean comfortable modern and excellent facilities. Great location
Really nice, great location but could do with a clean Positive: It was really well kitted out and on prime location Negative: the entry was really dirty and it was quite noisy especially in the early hours of the morning
Clean and tidy apartment for a couple of days away, great location in the centre of Whitby, easy to locate and access, the car park opposite was not to expensive for 2 days stay , would definitely recommend to any one looking for a stay away .
Property was an excellent location, was clean and beds were comfy. The stairs to the accommodation was no problem but the large step down into the kitchen could pose a problem for some guests. We had a pleasant stay but the noise from other neighbours in the building can be often heard. Our only issue was there was no hand soap at the property which we assumed was just forgotten to be put in when cleaned between guests.

Positive: Bed comfortable Negative: People up stairs to loud all night long keep us up all night long and the freezer door did not open and they is no fire a skape in the kitchen window painted shut and only 1 key between 4 people
Perfect central location and exactly described and pictured! Great clean apartment for a short stay or weekend. Bedrooms do get bright in the morning and felt the rooms needed curtains as well as blinds but bed were very comfortable! And the road can get a bit noisy at night and in the morning as it’s close to a car park. But couldn’t fault it!
A beautiful clean and modern apartment. The kitchen had plenty crockery and cutlery, dish washer, washing machine etc. Overall a super place to stay and the host was on the ball with communication.
Perfect for a couple of nights Positive: Information provided by the host was clear, concise & accurate; good recommendations of what to do in the local area. Location was fantastic, very central to the main town. I personally liked the decor. Very comfy beds & bedding. Kitchen was of a suitable size & had everything we needed. The shower was powerful. Negative: Sofa was very uncomfortable. Dark black hairs were on the mattress in the smaller of the two rooms. The toilet roll holder & toilet brush were broken. The light on the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. The master bedroom had the space for a dressing table, which would have been nice to sit out. Blackout blinds/curtains would have been a great addition. We had an issue upon arrival with the key safe not opening & getting stuck, & had to call for support. Upon leaving the property we spent ages trying to get the key safe open, but again, we encountered the same problem as we did upon arrival. When we called for support, the memeber of staff asked us to leave the key pushed slightly under the front door as the cleaner didn't have a spare key - I felt very uneasy doing this.
Lovely flat, great decor, private spot, loved the digital door! Very central. Just a small thing for the future more soap and a mini shower gel and shampoo would have been great, but perfect place for a weekend in Whitby.

Location is absolutely perfect for a weekend in Whitby. Really nice apartment, kitchen was well equipped & can tell the building is brand new. Could do with a few little touches like soap in the bathroom & kitchen, some more toilet rolls as we ran out on our last day. It’s beautiful furnished and looks exactly like the pictures !
Pleasant clean and fresh apartment in a good location with coffee bars and pubs very close bye Positive: Nice decor, and enough space. Good shower, bathroom facilities. Kitchen diner area is handy and away from the bedrooms. There are quaint coffee shops and breakfast rooms bars just a few yards away, and we visited Rusty's 2 days running. Negative: The two let downs for me are the noise from the apartment above, you can hear everything, and the parking. That said, it's the same at home, so nothing against the other clients in the block, but if you're unlucky enough to be beneath a loud snorer, you want to hope your're a deep sleeper. Parking over the road is reasonable for overnight, only 70p from 6pm-8am. Although it's tricky getting a spot. There are other car parks nearby, but unsure how much they cost.
We stayed here for 2 nights o over the bank holiday. Can tell the building is brand new. The beds are unbelievable comfortable, location is perfect. Small niggle was we couldn’t find the free parking pass that was mentioned in the instructions but we was happy to park across in a pay and display otherwise you’ll have a good walk to get to your park car with the free passes as they wasn’t many spaces available. Would highly recommend staying here.
