Fantastic location and comfortable apartment. Loved waking up to the views and taking our dog for a walk along the prome Positive: The location was amazing, large comfortable lounge area with fantastic views. Negative: The stairs are quite steep however they are manageable.
Hmmm nice view shame about the rest of it! Positive: The location, view Negative: Beds really Uncomfortable, no mattress protectors, no pillow protectors, bin in bedroom still had rubbish in, dirty fridge, dusty/dirty surfaces, dog hairs on carpet,shower was useless,dirty mirror in bathroom, various bath products left by others including a razor in bathroom cabinet, We never saw anywhere that the apartment was above a micro brewery. Loud music, the apartment shook everytime the door was opened/shut. You could also smell the brewery/ bad drains in the apartment. Think the kerb appeal needs looking at. Also the welcome book had A LOT of grammar and spelling mistakes. I also replied to their email complained about a few things and heard nothing. I actually dont know how they have got away with these problems
This place is just wonderful and made such a lovely base for my stay in Hartlepool. Thank you so much, definitely plan on returning!
