Apartment was as described. Living space was small for all 9 us but I expected that. Table only seats 4 with a 2 seater sofa and one chair. Main issue was the Apartment not being ready until after 4pm when check in was 3pm. The cleaner was lovely & very apologetic but it did cause us to be late for our Birthday celebrations. I did ask if we could check out an hour later because of the late check in but this was refused (due to the cleaning schedule apparently). They did say I could pay to stay longer which confused me as my request had been refused already but if I paid extra we could stay longer?? On Monday night there was loud dance music being played until 2am which could be heard in the lower bedrooms and the buzzer went off a few times. Overall I was happy with the Apartment, just not the late check in and loud music.

Positive: There were 10 of staying which worked well but not enough seating when we all wanted to be in the communal area. The property says that it could fit 12 but we felt that there wouldn’t be enough room and the sofa bed would have been better as a bigger corner sofa. We had lovely stay and it was clean and tidy and a perfect location and we all said that we would stay there again 😊 Negative: It enough seating when we were relaxing.

Lovely stay at Canning Street Positive: The property is in a lovely, quiet, residential area a 30 minute downhill walk to the docks. It’s well equipped, spacious and well furnished. The bedrooms and bathrooms are airy and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Negative: The communal area needs to be bigger to accommodate 12 people. There were 8 of us and it was difficult to all sit together in the lounge/kitchen area. The staircase up to the 2nd floor is very steep and twisty with small steps so is not ideal for young children or adults with mobility issues. Cleaning could have been better. We found a sock under one of the beds, the fans in all rooms were very dusty with more than a few days build up. The deluge shower head in the upstairs bathroom had black mound on all the sprayers which had obviously built up over time.

Wouldn’t recommend for a large group as your not allowed to speak to one another or your lil het a noise complaint at 19 Positive: Property was clean and big enough for our group but……….. Negative: I don’t recommend staying here if you have a group of 11 people in a top floor apartment. We got a message from the owner at 19:57pm to say we were being too noisy 🫣 I mean it wasn’t even 8pm on a Friday night we’re top floor with 11 people and it has wooden floors. Unfortunately we didn’t come for a weekend to sit in silence 🤐 so if you’re Scottish and a bit loud and enjoying your weekend I wouldn’t recommend this apartment. Also the sick in the upstairs bathroom was blocked 6 of us upstairs, we all brushed our teeth on the Friday night and it was still blocked on the Sunday morning, we all had to go downstairs and brush our teeth which isn’t ideal 11 people sharing one bathroom.

Positive: A group of 9 stayed in this apartment for a graduation ceremony. The apartment was incredibly clean and in a fantastic location- very close to the city but also quiet enough for a restful sleep. The check-in instructions were also very easy to follow. Negative: Nothing really, the only slight negative was that we had more than one car with us and there was only one parking permit available at the property.

Apartment clean, location good but the facilities weren’t as advertised. Positive: The property was very clean and plenty of cutlery, glasses, bedding and towels. Negative: It advertised two bathrooms.. clearly wasn’t checked before our arrival. One of the showers didn’t work. Meaning 9 had to share a bathroom. Was reported on the Friday and the communication was really poor. We reported an issue with the smoke alarm continuously beeping on the Friday and was again promised a call back and there was no answer. There was only a few toilet rolls. We ended up running out on the last day as it was stated there was enough toilet rolls. Next time, they need to check their amenities before advertising two bathrooms!

apartment was lovely, a few things could be made better, more small saucepans would be good especially if cooking for 12 people, the downstairs bathroom door needs attention, it sticks and could easily get locked in. The stairs to the upper floors are very steep, no good for older people. to get to apartment there are a lot of stair but they have sofas on the landing which helped rest 🤣. Building work was being completed but didn't impact us at all. 1 of the skylights in the upper floor bedrooms was broken, we were a little worried incase it rained and came in. some of the cleaning could do with being looked at dust on the wardrobes and tissues left under wardrobes.

Great location - walkable and cheap, easy taxis into the city centre. The apartment was clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed for our group of five; bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. I’d personally think it would feel cramped with a full group of 12, but overall it’s very convenient. We dropped a point because the heating was set very low on arrival and took quite a while to warm up (which was just annoying), and communication, while responsive, felt a bit excessive with repeated messages during our short stay. Overall, we had a great time!

This apartment is in an ideal location and perfect for a city break. In the Georgian area there are lots of places of interest: many of buildings are beautiful. Many sights are within walking distance but there are regular buses along Catharine Street. The information book in the apartment was useful and the recommendations were good. The Quarter has very good food and is reasonably priced. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and absolutely fine for our group of 5. The kitchen has all the basics although the cupboards are a bit tired. The sitting/dining room is smaller than we’d expected as the apartment can sleep 10/12. The maximum number of seats was 8. I must say that the communication from Host & Stay was excellent.

A perfect place for a group of friends to stay. Spacious and nicely furnished , very clean and well maintained . A home from home .

We had a lovely couple of days at the flat celebrating a university graduation. There were 11 of us in total but the flat could accommodate 12 at full capacity. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and had everything we required. The kitchen was well equipped for us all however perhaps a dishwasher would be a bonus for such a large number. The location was perfect for us and the host was very responsive. Thanks again !

This apartment is great and suited our group of 4 mature ladies extremely well. It was very clean and had good quality bedding and towels. It is in the Georgian quarter so on a lovely quiet street. We took Ubers to reach all parts of the city and paid between £4-6 for each journey which was really good. The bathrooms were modern with good showers. Upstairs bedrooms were quite small and got pretty warm as they are in the eaves. The only draw back to the property is that the internal stairs are extremely narrow and steep with two turns on the way up so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems Finally, Dale was easy to communicate with and always relied promptly to any of my messages. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Liverpool.

Overall, our group of six had a pleasant stay. The flat was cute, clean and located just outside the city centre in a nice quiet neighbourhood (but still close enough to the city centre and main attractions). It might be tight for a larger group as the rooms are small and the living room has limited seating. We were asked to pay a non-refundable ‘damage waiver’ fee after booking (one week before) – which we paid. However, as another person pointed out in a review, we wasn’t sure this aligned with Airbnb Policy. After querying this directly with Airbnb, a refund was provided. Other than this, no issues. All instructions were clear and we had a great time.

We had a fantastic family weekend trip to Liverpool and this apartment was absolutely perfect. We felt at home, there was everything we needed, and the location was great- beautiful residential area with parks and supermarket nearby but easy walking access to Liverpool centre thanks for having us!!!

Perfect stay Positive: Amazing stay. Stayed in 5 bedroom apartment. Clean and comfortable. Beds were great, excellent kitchen facilities and clean bathrooms. Communication with host was fast and easy. Went the extra mile to provide travel cot and high chair for my baby, alongside a gift of a toy for them! Definitely will be back

In stayed with my family and we had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very clean. The location was perfect, quiet area with easy walk into city centre. I would highly recommend.

Clever photos disguise this tiny place Positive: Nice decoration inside. Negative: Property generally grubby. Wasn't mentioned it was up 3 flights of stairs despite me telling the company beforehand my 92 y/o grandmother was coming. No bedding sheets for the sofabed. Really small rooms.

Great location in the city, we stayed in flat C the only downside is there are very steep stairs as the apartment is over 2 floors and some wear and tear on some walls but nothing horrendous! A bargain for the price and location and a great size apartment plus on street parking! Me and my guests were happy with the place and would likely stay again if we came back! X

This apartment is beautiful and in such a lovely part of the city. The decor and Beatles touches were lovely, and the flat had everything we needed including a car parking permit. It was fantastic value for money considering how many people this apartment can sleep, and all the bedrooms were good sizes. The corner stairs are very narrow in the middle so use with caution! Lovely little touches too like lots of condiments, plenty of tea/coffee and a guide with suggestions on things to do. The Georgian Quarter is a stunning part of Liverpool and an easy walk away from the two cathedrals.

Great stay - very tidy and nice touches provided like shower gel and condiments sachets and a bath toy for the baby. Fantastic location and great price for the number of rooms. Was very hot upstairs in the heat of summer but they provided a fan in each room. Loved the upstairs shower room. Only criticism was the stairs were very steep for children to the upstairs bedrooms and the sitting room was very small to sit in comfortably for 5 adults as only one sofa and one comfy chair and a very small dining table with 4 chairs . However a fab stay and would highly recommend.

You had to laugh if not we would of cried Positive: Not a thing it's the worst place I've ever stayed it was dirty things where broke and it did not say it was on two floor and you had to be a mountain climber to get to the top has they were no hand rail the floor was coming up all the kitchen until look like rats had been eating them and they were only had four chairs and a small table when they apartment was for 12 people and to top it all I don't think my bed had been changed has when pull the sheets back they were drops of blood on the sheets so I had to sleep on top of the bed all week end the only thing good about it was you could walk into town and the pud up the road was amazing Negative: It's not a very nice place probably was when it was first renovated but it need redecorated, it needs new floors asp carpet need binning and the the whole apartment needs decorating from top to button.

Great for a few days in Liverpool Positive: Great location in the Georgian Quarter - easy walk or cab to lots of bars/pubs/restaurants and sighteeeing. Quiet. Decor nice. Beds very comfortable! Sitting room/kitchen area was fine for 5 of us. Negative: Ice box needed defrosting as door wouldn’t shut. Would be good to have a dishwasher rather than a washing machine! Host and Stay sent at least 18 messages, often very wordy and therefore repetitive and unclear. LESS IS MORE! Nowhere else I have stayed has ever done this - it was overwhelming and would frankly be the only thing to put me off booking again.

The property was mostly as described except everything was grubby, dull stained rug, sofa looked like it was falling apart, the bedrooms and amenities were generally fine and had been appointed well but not maintained well at all. Major issue was no Cot for my Granddaughter - requested and confirmed 3 times. When I contacted them, said they would get it delivered in the morning AFTER our first night. So where was my 3 month old granddaughter meant to sleep? I ended up going to purchase a travel cot and using that. AirBnB offered me credit to replace it, not even cash. Because the Host simply stopped responding after saying I would be reimbursed. I don't drive, this took hours to sort out. Very much ruined a break. The stairs are SIGNIFICANT dont book if you are unsteady on your feet.

Pleasant but wouldn’t return Positive: It was quiet on a night and we stayed over a weekend. Negative: Everything is a bit tired, considering your asked if you’d like to pay a damage waiver fee I expected it to be of a high standard, but it’s not. Hand rail at top of stairs has come off and hasn’t been replaced. Marks all over walls, paint chipped, blue tac just left hanging off walls. All kitchen units chipped. Floor in main areas starting to lift. Had to roll up the rug as it was a trip hazard. What got us, we were a family of 5 adults and 2 children and there’s was enough beds for 12, yet the dining table was a small 4 seater and a 3 seater sofa bed and chair. It wasn’t comfortable for the amount in our party when we were all in, so can’t see how 12 could stay there.

Great location with parking for one car, easy checkin process. Interior as described. Very warm temperatures in top floor with 3 bedrooms. Our stay was during a heatwave . Fans were provided for each bedroom after 2 requests which were great. We asked for ice to be made prior to our arrival. This did not happen and the small freezer door could not close as it needed defrosting. Very slow water drainage from shower and sink in top bathroom. Both problems were reported but not addressed. I think the AI response from the host company was not sufficient. If a human was contacted on the few occasions I had questions l, believe this would have helped solve my qqueries

Lovely stay in a great location not too far outside the city centre. There was six of us able to fit comfortably in the apartment and facilities for everything we needed for a weekend stay.

Great location, easy check-in process and super comfortable beds. Positive: Easy booking and plenty of communication. Comfortable beds, clean, plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery. Negative: Wouldn’t be able to seat everyone for a meal if needed, little storage for food in kitchen and fridge not very cold.

We overall enjoyed our stay. The beds were really comfortable! We also loved having the space!

Fantastic City break flat. Positive: Great location, quiet, clean, high end decor, pleasent surroundings, beautiful street, clear check in instructions, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Negative: Could have done with some tea towels to dry up the dishes,. One bedroom door closed heavily and slammed often, a door stop would be good addition.

Very comfortable stay in a good location. Positive: Great facilities. Comfy bedrooms. Very clean throughout. Well-equipped with good quality glasses, crockery, bedding and towels. Situated in a historic part of the city near to the cathedrals but a nice easy walk downhill to the city centre. Negative: Handrail missing on a part of the steep stairs which does need replacing. The boiler room would benefit from a lock! A dishwasher would have been more useful than a washing machine but that's just a personal opinion for the needs of our group!

The property was in such a good location, not being too far from the town centre (15 minute walk) and close to the car park (6 minutes walk from Philharmonic car park to the property) The stairs are a little steep, although this wasn’t a problem for my party. The living space sat my party of 8 comfortably. There was a parking permit to use for 1 vehicle. It was also great to have a smoking area in the back garden. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would book again on a return visit. Many thanks 😊

The property was in a great location, the city centre was walkable. The bedrooms were comfortable and modern. The hosts were accessible and gave clear instructions. Our only gripe was the kitchen/living room needed a freshen up and that part of the property wasn’t really big enough for the size of our party.

Positive: Great location! Negative: There was no hot water at all at the property when we arrived, meaning we had to wait for this to be fixed. The photos are taken from very good angles - the living area is very small for the number of bedrooms! Be aware.

Great place to stay for a holiday in Liverpool, as it was walkable to all the sites but in a quiet elegant area of the city. Taxis for nights out, were cheap and arrived really quickly. The host always responded super quick to any queries we had. Great place to stay.

Overall, the flat was good and the kitchen was well equipped. Location is great and the neighbourhood quiet. The flat is smaller than it looks in photos. All but the ‘king’ bedroom is quite small and with the single room right off the shared kitchen/living room, the folks sleeping there shouldn’t be easily disturbed if the ey want to get any sleep! After reserving, we were asked to pay a non-refundable security deposit. Is that even within Airbnb’s rules?? Unfortunately at that point we needed to keep the booking so didn’t feel we had the choice but to pay the extra money.

Highly recommend. Would 100% stay again. Positive: Location is really good. Some nice touches like a few capsules left in the nespresso machine. Negative: Taking €10 admin fee off a refundable deposit is not sound. We felt like we may as well just pay the full €30 to waiver it.

Very happy and impressed, will stay again. Positive: The location was in a gorgeous part of the city. Amazing pub and breakfast places 5 mins walk. We walked into the city centre in less than 15 mins also. Even quicker in a cab. Beds weren’t the comfiest i’ve stayed in but also it’s not a hotel. The kitchen was clean as were the toilets but always room for improvement.The upstairs bathroom was one of the nicest i’ve ever seen. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of glasses and ware. The finish on the bedrooms was lovely and cosy and each room had a tv which was great for some down time. Will definitely stay again. Negative: One pillow per person per bed and the matress’s were a bit thin. Lots of stairs with suitcases but that’s out of control as it’s an old building.

Mooie kamers, top locatie, maar niet helemaal schoon toen we aankwamen Positive: De kamers waren erg netjes en nieuw Negative: Toen we aankwamen vonden vuil ondergoed en een vuile handdoek in een van de kasten op een van de slaapkamers. De badkamers waren niet schoon, zwarte haren in bad en douche en urine resten op een van de wc's. Erg jammer want de rest was perfect
