Visited Liverpool for my daughter’s graduation. Comfortable apartment within walking distance to our venue and restaurant. Parking space on same road. Minor gripe but only enough coffee pods for 1 cup each- 4 more would have been nice to enjoy a cuppa on our 2nd morning 🙂
Really nice apartment. Beds were comfortable. It is compact but for a family of 4 it was fine. The decor was very nice and the finish was very good. The apartment is in an excellent location. 3 minute walk to Liverpool Cathedral and a 10 minute walk maximum into the City Centre. Only downside is the fact the building is old so you can hear every movement in the apartment above. However, this didn't detract from a lovely stay. Even complimentary packaged ear plugs are provided. Good communication by the hosts and I'd stay here again for sure.

Molto curato nei dettagli e ben fornito . L' unica pecca , scarseggia nella fornitura di biancheria. Eravamo una famiglia di 4 adulti ed è stato fornito 1 solo asciugamano da viso e 1 solo rotolo di carta igienica perlopiù già iniziato probabilmente dagli ospiti precedenti.
Loved Liverpool and apartment location but too many negatives to use again. Positive: It was light and nicely furnished. Love having a bath as well as shower. The sofa bed was very easy to use. Good amount of hanging space and room for luggage. The location was excellent. A 20 min walk into the city, close to the cathedrals and nice places to eat. Negative: Noise was the big factor, the property seems to lack any sort of soundproofing. My 2 friends there for the first 2 nights didn’t get much sleep. When the 2 children ran across the floor, ( as children do) and it sounded like a heard of elephants! We were then worried that the flat downstairs were worried by us walking around. In the back bedroom the noise from the bathroom upstairs was also an issue. The shower pressure wasn’t great and complicated to use. Need something to hold onto when getting in and out and a shelf to put toiletries on. Both rugs need cleaned and the front bedroom rug needs a non slip mat underneath, my friend rolled it up as she slid when stepping on it., Was dismayed at how difficult the booking procedure was, not the usual and not happy about the extra insurance required / or bond. Never had this on booking .com before.
Great location, needs some TLC! Positive: Location was the only thing I liked. Negative: Fridge was dirty when we arrived has to clean it myself, not what I want to be doing when I’m on a weekend break with my family. Noise was atrocious from other apartments as we were middle floor I could hear everything from upstairs. Got 2 hours sleep if that.

Lovely comfortable stay in a perfectly located apartment that suited our needs Positive: Property was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. We were a family of 4 adults and 1 child. Negative: The property could have been cleaned a bit better. The bins were emptied from the previous occupiers. The carpet had not been vacuumed. Didn’t seem like it had been swept either. However the beds and linen were all clean and comfy.
We stayed with a couple of friends. The place was easy to find, and just what we needed. Lovely flat with all you’d need. Also not a far walk to the centre. The only couple of downsides is that the shower is awful and the sofa is very uncomfortable and quite dirty compared to the rest of the very well cleaned flat.
We came up with a few friends to watch a show and this flat did not disappoint. The team was super proactive before arrival and constantly kept in touch. Super clean and very modern flat in a victorian location. Close enough to everything and far enough for a good nights sleep.
lovely property and perfect for work or sight seeing visits
Had a lovely stay in the property for my daughter’s 18th Birthday. Nice touch with happy birthday balloons,card and chocolates. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, very clean apartment, home from home close to my other daughter’s student digs. Close to pubs and restaurants and shops. We went on the Beatles magical mystery tour whilst we were there. Will definitely stay again when visiting my daughter. Thank you
This apartment was perfect for a group of 5 adults varying from age 24- 57 on a city break. The apartment was clean to a high standard and was exactly as listed. It was spacious and within walking distance of the city centre and the Philharmonic Hall, where we were attending for a concert. There are lots of good quality restaurants within walking distance offering a range of cuisine. Although we didn't require any assistance, Dale was in contact via email throughout our visit. There is one thing I would like to mention though, the guest that stayed on the sofa bed in the lounge area was kept awake for part of the night by a high pitched beeping noise that went off intermittently. We suspected the noise was from the fridge freezer so we didn't want to switch it off. We found some ear plugs, that were in the master bedroom, these helped with the sleeping issue on the second night. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Needs fixing urgently Positive: From the photos you can see that the apartment has an appealing aesthetic. The location in the Georgian Quarter is quaint and peaceful. A parking permit was provided and it is relatively easy to find parking on the street near the building. The bed was quite comfortable. This place would be perfect if they would do some inexpensive fixes, especially the bathroom! Negative: Unfortunately in the 'flesh', the apartment is quite run down. A hole in the flimsy door patch-repaired but not painted and the sofa felt worn and smelly. The bathroom had bits of black mould and the silicone had completely come away along the bath, so who knows what's happening underneath with the water that will inevitably run down there. The shower also leaked badly from the device itself, and no amount of tightening fixed it, so it must be worn as well. The shower unit seems to be poor quality as it lets out ridiculously hot water (even though there are regulations against this) or won't get hot at all as the cleaner must turn the boiler off before you arrive. It took us over an hour to get hot water after turning it on. The oven had dirty things inside it, so I don't think the cleaning team do a very thorough job. You get one tea towel the size of a face cloth, and one wooden chopping board, whereas you should have a separate one for meat. Generally the building was quiet, but one night you could easily hear the upstairs neighbour walking around. Hopefully they will fix these things, but I get the impression management don't want to spend money on maintaining the properties, otherwise it wouldn't be in that condition!
Ideal and beautiful location in the Georgian Quarter. Flat was a decent size for 2 + baby. Some of the furniture was in need of replacement / a deep clean. Sofa particulary needed some TLC. Flat was largely clean but were cobwebs around the ceiling. Host was overly communicative with instructions (mutiple messages per day, mutiple reminders about fines, and several reminders to leave the parking permit on checkout) which we didn't particulary enjoy. Especially as when we requested something (high chair and spare key) the request was either not accomodated or forgotten.

Really beautiful and interesting area and house. Really excellent parking right outside which was such a bonus as parking is expensive in the city! Big kitchen with everything you could need and spotlessly clean. Loved the sash windows and the very comfortable beds. This flat is nicely decorated and furnished with a warm atmosphere. Would have enjoyed a more powerful shower but it was fine. Would come back again for sure.
Modern 2 bedroom apartment in Georgian quarter Positive: Comfortable, modern apartment in nice area of Liverpool. Everything you require for your stay. 2 spacious bedrooms and lovely, bright & airy living/dining/kitchen area. Negative: A lot of noise from a neighbouring apartment on our last night but that’s out of the control of the management. The shower hose & head was leaking and a shower bath would not go amiss as the bath is slippery when wet. All small fixes.

A nice place to stay and the place was as described. The rugs, walls, and a few pieces furniture were stained and could have used a good cleaning, but otherwise it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Positive: We really liked the apartment and had a great time there. We had a few things that happened and owners promptly took care of. The apartment had everything we needed and is very charming. Negative: No elevator, so you have to roll your luggage up. Other than that, nothing to complain about.
Well appointed apartment with great communication before checking in. Lovely added touches of essential items available within the flat such as milk sachets, coffee, butter.

A really well situated apartment spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Excellent communication and instructions pre booking etc, easy parking in road with permit. Two drawbacks! Flat extremely cold on arrival (took ages to warm up) and a party in flat above Fri/Sat night very noisy and disturbed us greatly. So that was a pity as ruined the stay in a few ways and we were all very tired!

The stay was perfect for a weekend away location wise. It was clean and easily accessible to check in. The only thing I would comment on is the shower was temperamental with getting the right temperature and pressure and extra pillows for guests would be something to consider.

We have just returned from a few nights here. It was just the right size for the 4 of us, I think 6 people would be a squeeze as only 4 chairs and sofa/armchair options. The apartment is beautifully decorated and is well equipped for eating in. It is a perfect location, just a 15 minute walk to the centre but far enough out to be quiet in the evening. The hosts could not have been more helpful, excellent communication and clear instructions made it very straightforward and simple. Would definitely stay again.

No hot water on first night due to a faulty immersion heater switch and on both nights of our stay we were disturbed in the early hours by drunken people in the apartment above, banging doors, shouting and laughing. Sound proofing is very poor. Informed hosts but all they did was offer a 20% discount on a future stay. We will not be returning or recommending to others
It has been a fabulous excursion to Liverpool. Positive: The House is where you want to be in Liverpool, not in the exact centre but just up hill from it, everything is within reach. And you stay in the Georgian Quarter, so at stylish address. Negative: Maybe due to a lack of technical skill I did just get two heaters running, but there is a movable one additionally, so all fine. Due to a slight plumming problem we did not get the pressure to the shower, so we had some cosy historically apropriate bathing in the bathtube.
Positive: Our stay was excellent! The location was great, just 25 mins walking to the centre, the property was clean and well-organized, and it’s situated in a quiet area. The landlord was very responsive to all our queries and messages. Highly recommended! Negative: Nothing of what we can think about!

We spent a fantastic three nights in this lovely apartment. It's in a beautiful building in the Georgian Quarter in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. It was easily walkable into town and also had a Tesco Metro 5 minutes walk away plus a few lovely bars and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also had very comfortable beds. The flexible check in process with the key in the lock box was also great. It's up a flight of stairs but even my mum who struggles a bit managed it fine – and when she couldn't walk into town, an Uber was cheap enough. All in all, a fantastic stay – and being able to park right outside the building for free was a brilliant bonus. Thank you - we'd come and stay again without a second thought.

A lovely little flat with easy access to the city centre. A relatively quiet neighbourhood. With the added bonus of parking.
Location is good but the neighbours were always having police coming round. Positive: Liked the location. Close to the centre. Kitchen was well stocked Negative: Bed in smaller bedroom was right up against the window so no chance of 2nd person trying to get out of the bed. Lounge is small. Dining table was right under the tv on the wall. Table only had 4 chairs. Wasn’t 100% clean when we arrived. Cobwebs, previous guests rubbish in drawers, loose plug socket in bedroom. Uncomfortable sofa bed. Had to sleep on the floor instead. Apartment too small for 6 people

A lovely apartment in a beautiful area in easy walking distance from central Liverpool. but also in a quite area so no noise at night. A good size for four people but a bit of a squeeze for 6, perfectly ok though if you’re happy to move furniture around and put the sofa bed up and down. The sofa bed was apparently very comfortable. Check in was really easy with great communication and the expresso machine was a welcome addition. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a Liverpool stay.

Amazing, great location, great communication, great price. Positive: Great location, lovely and clean. So many nice touches added, including soaps, washing machine pods, washing up liquid, lots of toilet roll, lots of heaters. Great communication from owner. Negative: Was a little noisy at night due to other flats having parties and people coming in and out but that can’t be helped as it’s people’s homes and was no fault of the owner.

Estancia estupenda Positive: Alojamiento en una muy buena ubicación, cerca de la catedral de Liverpool y a 25 min andando del centro. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y cumplía con la descripción. Muy buena comunicación con el propietario. Negative: La única pega que podíamos poner es la escasez de papel higiénico.
Orginal englisch wohnen, in ruhiger Gegend mit Vollausstattung. Positive: Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem typisch, englischen Townhouse. Mein Bett war sehr bequem. Schnelles Internet und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Lage ist ideal, wenn man es ruhig möchte fernab vom Trubel. Dennoch, innerhalb von 20 Minuten ist man auf der Boldstreet. Alles im allem hat es an nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, ein Lob an das Reinigungspersonal. Negative: Gewöhnungsbedürftiger Duschmechanismus im Bad. Das Schlafsofa hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Komplette Wohnung wird mit Strom geheizt, die Fenster sind sicher nicht Isolierverglast. Muss der Vermieter selber wissen, nachhaltig ist das jedoch nicht. Das Haus ist dem Alter entsprechend sehr gepflegt, jedoch sieht man auf dem zweiten Blick hier und da ein paar Kleinigkeiten die dem Wohnerlebnis allerdings nichts nehmen. Das Haus ist generell sehr hellhörig, haben in Flat B gewohnt und jeden Schritt von oben gehört. Ich würde aber sicher wiederkommen.
