Great location Positive: Great location in between the Knowledge and Georgian quarters and away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre Negative: The walls are paper thin. We unfortunately had a selfish large group staying above us who stomped and talked loudly all night both in their apartment and outside our window until 6am one night. I did contact the owners and they were very quick to act which I was very grateful for. I would have preferred to know that they encourage party groups as we were a family with a child looking for a peaceful break

Positive: Mouse in kitchen on first night. Huge lack of towels for the amount of people staying there. Doors didn’t lock. Main door constantly open and on the latch so anybody could push it in. Windows didn’t open. And after I raised my concern about the mouse I asked could me and my friends have a late check out at the very least and it was refused. Would not return.

Great accommodation in a great location. Host was extremely proactive, helpful and very well organised in the run-up to check-in.

Amazing location, parking, and the flat is lovely. Only downside is if you are a light or sensitive sleeper..if the upstairs has people there the walls are paper thin. At times it was so loud during the weekend I thought they were in the room with me! In the week it was nice and quiet though. Could benefit from better sound installation to improve the issue. Host was great and responsive. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you

The location was quiet and easy to find but the parking outside required a permit inside the apartment so have to ask someone to get it while the driver staying in the car.

Positive: The apartment was really nice, where we stayed we were 10 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go Negative: People who were upstairs were up at 5.45 and were really noisy, this woke us up and they didnt leave until 9.45, also wanted a bath because of all the walking we did and the plug in the bath didnt work, it wouldn't stay down

Tipp für Liverpool Positive: Der tolle Service durch das fürsorgliche Kommunikationsteam. Die gut gelegene, helle Wohnung in einem schönen Viertel ist perfekt eingeteilt mit einem extra Raum für die Küche. Ausstattung und Größe erlaubt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Bonito, cómodo aunque un poco alejado del centro Positive: La decoración, amplitud e instalaciones. Atención del personal y disponibilidad para resolver dudas. Negative: El ruido de la calle que daba a la habitacion principal y que no hubiera ni un ventilador para refrescar las habitaciones en la semana mas calurosa del año.

Ubicación Top Positive: Lo mejor del alojamiento, sin duda, su ubicación. Estás a 15 minutos de todo, ya sea ir al centro, ir al báltic market o ir a lime street. Por otro lado, tienes supermercados cerca para lo que necesites y la zona es súper tranquila y bonita Negative: No puedo decir nada malo del alojamiento, el único punto negro sería la ducha, que tardamos en cogerle el punto, pero nada negativo.

Excellent apartment Positive: The apartment was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed. A short walk to the shops and food places and a cheap taxi ride to the docks and shopping area. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Negative: The sofa bed it was not comfortable.

A tidy comfortable place

Great place for a weekend Positive: Location was great , 10/15 minute walk to the markets and only 20/25 minute walk into Liverpool. Taxi in took less than five minutes. Apartment is really spacious and clean , has everything needed for a weekend. Hosts are so responsive and check in and out is extremely easy. Negative: Nothing

Nettes Appartement für einen Städtetag in UK Positive: Gute Lage in einem schönen Haus mit Charme. Negative: Die Adresse hätte besser beschrieben werden können. Die Hausnummer lautete laut booking.com 54A, die es als solche nicht gab. A war die Bezeichnung des Appartements.

Was a good stay there but the biggest problem is I spotted a mouse in the kitchen. Advised them Immediately to get the pest control done. Further 3 days went in fear of any food contamination or my clothing was at risk. Huuhh.. I wish atleast I get my money back for the days I was in disgust. Call them and ask if that's sorted before booking.

Good location. Parking permit was not left. Parking charges not refunded. Positive: Location. That it was advertised as having a parking permit. Decor. Pull out sofa bed. Negative: No parking permit was left. We had to park elsewhere and were told the money would be refunded for this. I'm still waiting for this to happen and have had to submit a complaint form. The kitchen wasn't that clean primarily the cooking utensils and the fridge door wouldn't shut. If the parking hadn't been a nightmare, then overall this would have been a far better stay.

Great location flat so near to everything in Liverpool. Easy parking and very responsive host.

Positive: The apartment had everything we needed. Was beautifully decorated. Main bed was comfortable. Was easy to get to and entry was simple. Thank you. Negative: The sofa bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

Positive: Apartments was nice, location was also good. The decor was nice. Wasn’t very clear on entrance to getting in to the apartment so had to ring help line. Negative: Sofa bed was awful. How ever the first night we came back we witnessed a rat running from the living room to the kitchen. That obviously put a dampener on staying there. Wouldn’t pay nor more than we did to stay again

Fantastic flat which has all needed conveniences to stay in Liverpool Positive: Location is very well - only 30 minutes on foot from city center, also close to the bus station. The flat is fantastic - located in cozy neighborhood. It had than you can expect for a few days stay - from TV through washing machine, iron or coffee machine. The beds are very comfortable and kitchen is large, so preparing meals is easily. Negative: The only one disadvantage of this place was the difficult process of returning the keys due to early checkout.

Nice apartment in Georgian quarter Positive: Great location, near town, lovely Georgian quarter, nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Close to Tesco. Well equipped kitchen. Massive TV. Easy admin with keys etc. Responsive staff when I was there. Free parking. Good storage in bedroom. It was pretty quiet (I stayed Sunday to Thursday). Shower pretty decent, plus a bath. Negative: It's cold. The heaters are not very powerful and switch off regularly. Thermostat seems to be set at 20 deg in the sitting room. There is a small mobile heater which is much needed. No heating in kitchen. Windows drafty and not double glazed. No dishwasher. It's quite small. Fine for 2 people but I wouldn't stay with more. There's only seating in the sitting room for 2 people and a very small table (for 2). It's a small double bed. Could do with a lick of paint and a bit of TLC. And double glazing. Too many emails in the run up asking me my age, purpose of stay etc, which i'd already answered. Please get rid of scatter cushions and throws and beds - they're so unhygienic. Be careful which pictures you look at as some of them are for the larger 2 bed flat not the 1 bed flat.

Positive: Preprost check-in, dobro opremljena kuhinja. Negative: Precej neudobno ležišče na kavču. Želela bi, da bi bilo prej skomunicirano, da bo potrebno poravnati dodatno zavarovanje.

This was the perfect location to stay in when visiting my son at University.

En partie décue et en partie satisfaite Positive: La facilité d'accès, nous sommes arrivés tard nous avons fait un self check in très facilement, tout était clair dans les instructions pour récupérer les clefs. L'appartement est très bien situé, et la taille du logement parfaite. Service client H24 super pratique ! Bouilloire et café a dispo. Negative: Nous avions précisé que nous arrivions tard, nous étions 3 voyageurs (appartement avec une chambre) à notre arrivée à 2h du matin, le canapé lit n'était pas déplié et fait, une déception. J'ai appelé le service client aucun geste commercial n'a été fait. De plus attention : Les photos sur Booking peuvent induire en erreur : nous n'avions pas du tout l'appartement avec deux chambres et canapé marron malgré ce qui était montré sur la page booking. A notre arrivée l'appartement était plus petit avec une chambre et un canapé lit.

We enjoyed staying at this Airbnb - it was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was also really useful to have the guest parking permit. Just to note that immediately after we booked and paid for the accommodation, we got a message from the host company to say we had to pay extra for insurance - we had the choice of paying a non-refundable £25 or a refundable deposit of £250 (apart from £10 admin fee). So either option meant an extra payment. We have never had to do this before using Airbnb an it was a bit of a surprise. Getting into the property was also a little tricky as it wasn't clear which key box belonged to the property. It would have been good if we'd been advised that the key for this flat was inside another cupboard in the communal hallway. Otherwise, everything was fine and we really enjoyed our visit to Liverpool.

Positive: Good location. Apartment was clean. Nice and cosy Decorated with taste Negative: Too many emails from host/booking.com for reminders again and again. That’s not necessary The deposit came as a surprise for not being properly advertised by booking

Schöne Wohnung, aber sehr hellhörig. Strassenlärm. Positive: Schöne Lage, nett eingerichtet. Negative: Vorab die Kommunikation hat mir absolut nicht gefallen. Ich konnte die Kaution nicht über Kreditkarte zahlen, es gab seitens der Agentur kein Entgegenkommen. Es gab etliche unterschiedliche Ansprechpartner, die immer wieder mich vertröstet haben. Auch der Rückruf ist bis heute nicht erwidert worden. Zudem ist die Wohnung extrem hellhörig und liegt an einer dicht befahrenen Straße. Verkehrslärm. Ausziehsofa sehr unbequem und wuitschig.

Positive: Great location for our weekend away. Comfy room with a nice big TV.

Ok property, 15 minute walk into city centre. Property was very cold and you could hear every noise from outside and inside the building- first floor so could hear door banging everytime anyone left the building. Bed was very small and not very comfortable and sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The place wasn’t clean- lipstick marks on glasses/dirty towels/sticky cutlery. There is a deposit to stay here (£200) which is excessive for the type of property. Lots of communication from the host and forms to fill out, understand this place is not a party place so host wanted to make sure of our intentions but felt intrusive and unnecessary.

The listing was nice and as described. The location is very convenient, right in the middle of the Georgian Quarter and within walking distance of the city centre.

Absolutely faultless; lovely place and super clean. Host was very responsive and so friendly and we felt so at home! Also in a great location. Would come again.

Nice appartement Positive: Location was perfect! Appartement was clean and beds were comfortable. Negative: It is quite annoying to have to make a deposit of 250€. Appartement is ok but it had not enough cutlery for 4 people and not even enough chairs or space to eat at the table.
