Lovely apartment and location would of booked again if it wasn’t for neighbour Positive: Good location, clean, nice bedding and towels, child friendly. Negative: Four flights of stairs to apartment. Rude neighbour below apartment how came and complained about noise, when it was just my two year old running round in the afternoon like toddles do! This then spoilt my stay as I felt like we needed to tip toe about.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cabell towers. So close to the beach and lots of toys for our two boys to play with in the apartment. Loads to do nearby for rainy days too! Highly recommend!

Great Positive: Lovely flat and close to beach and town. Negative: Only criticism could do with grab rail in shower particularly for older guests.

Very very pleased with the flat. Everything you could possibly need for a weeks stay. Only problem was the stairs, i have mobilty problems and found it quite hard.

Great stay. Lovely town. Positive: Excellent position in Cromer, very close to all attractions and facilities. Great to have on site parking. Negative: Being a second floor flat the stairs are a bit of a challenge for older people but we were made aware of this in advance so not a problem.

Excellent location, and spacious property and close to all amenities. Positive: The location was excellent. A couple of minutes from the beach, town centre, train station, bus station, and large supermarket. Everything was at hand. We used the train a lot and the service was great. Negative: Flat was large and very clean. Some of the plates and cups in the kitchen were chipped which was not in keeping with the overall feeling of the place. Everything else was excellent. There was good communication with the hosts who responded to any query straight away.

Stayed with my family for 3 days at this property. The location is fantastic and the parking space is a real bonus. The property has lots of space and a number of aspects of the property are tastefully decorated. Beds reasonably comfortable. Host & Stay were very responsive to issues raised. The property is accessed via a communal area/stairs, which unfortunately is unkept and has a strong musty smell; not a great first impression. This smell carries through into the rental and evidence of significant historical damp probably hasn't helped. The lounge area feels rather grubby and in need of an update. Some of the crockery was broken or cracked. The main bathroom didn't have any toilet paper, but thankfully there was half of one in the other toilet!

The flat wasn't ready at check in time. There was no prior communication from the host leting us know there are issues and when we called to let them know we can't check in, the agent was trying to convince us the check in was later than it was. Eventually, they let us check in 15 mins after check in time but we got no apology from the agent on the phone. When we got in the flat, it was obvious the cleaner didn't have time to finish/didn't do great job cleaning the flat. The cleaning equipment was left everywhere around the flat making it incredibly clattered, there were greasy handprints of previous guests on windows and mirrors, broken lights were hanging lose in the kitchen creating a hazard for our 5 year old. There was dust and dirt everywhere. The flat needed some serious deep cleaning including descaling the kettle and cleaning washing machine and dishwasher cleaner which smelled very bad. On the positive size the flat was very well located, short walk to the town and beach.

The kitchen is so well equipped with everything you need. Also near to restaurants and the sea. We had a wonderful stay 10/10 thank you.

Great apartment, perfect location especially with parking. Easy to find and get access. Would say it's generally clean and tidy but could do with a deep clean for the cobwebs and bits in corners. The hoover was full.

The apartment is bright and spacious. As already said the access staircase needs a thorough clean. This would improve the impact of the apartment. Cutlery and crockery need thorough cleaning. Some of the cups and mugs were badly stained. We cleaned them with bleach. In our view the furniture was uncomfortable. Consideration should be given to replacing the settee and dining chairs.I hope these comments help you to improve flat B, Cabbell Towers.We did have a good time in Cromer.

Perfect position , almost perfect flat. Positive: Very homely, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge. Freezer. Microwave and washer dryer. Comfortable beds and large room. Excellent location, minutes from town, beach , rail and bus station..parking space great bonus. Negative: It says 2 bathrooms but it's one and a separate toilet which is misleading. Also on the 2nd floor which wasn't mentioned. We were ok but others might not be. Settee needs replacing, very low and needs more padding. No hand towel in toilet.

An ideal spot for exploring and a comfortable stay Positive: The property was spacious and well presented. All the rooms were huge and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, pots and pans, cutlery etc. There was an eclectic mix of furniture which we enjoyed and a nice little area to sit and read and watch the world go by. The sea front was a short walk down the road and we were close to the shops. The parking space that comes with the flat is very convenient and makes life easier when lugging the cases up and down. There was plenty of room in the flat for four people/family of four and with only two of us it was huge. We loved staying there and travelling to other local spots of interest, National Trust walks and properties, towns, beaches was very easy. Negative: The property is on the second floor, so just be aware there are some stairs to get up there. It wasn’t a problem for us, but could be if you have mobility issues.

Great apartment and brilliant location, so close to the beach and the shops.

We have stayed in this appartment before and love the place. The location is amazing and it is very light. Last time we sent some feedback to Host and Stay, but we noticed that it hadn't all been picked up on. For example: we said the smart tv was useless, and it still is. It keeps freezing, probably because the WiFi connection is really bad in the living room. In the feedback trail of other reviews, you can also see a build up of TLC that hasn't been considered for a while. For example the dishwasher that has clearly been broken since August 2025 (over half a year). They have sent someone round to fix it (put some cleaning agent in), but it wasn't fixed after two visits. We sent detailed feedback about what we think is going on (the heating element being broken), but nothing more happened in the 10 days we were there. We have send Host & Stay an overview of all the TLC that could be picked up on, so let's hope it's taken serious.

We had a really nice stay overall — the location is great and having easy parking made everything very convenient. A couple of small things could make the experience even better. The kitchen was quite minimal and didn’t have any basic essentials or welcome items (even simple things like pepper), which we’ve found is often a nice touch in other Airbnb stays. The main bed wasn’t the most comfortable for us, although the two single beds were absolutely fine. We also found that having just one toilet roll provided for a four-day stay as a family of four was a little limiting. On the plus side, the toys for children were fantastic and kept them really well entertained, which we really appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and with a few extra touches, it could be even better.

Nice Stay Positive: Lovely layout, clean, well maintained accomodatation. Negative: Not accomodatating for me to park early but ended up paying to park nearby so no major probkem. The biggest issue is that the bath looks nice but is not fully secured to the floor and moves and rocks when touched, so initially was unsure if it was plumbed in to water and drainage system, so did not use it. Also thinking about the depth of bath imagine when full potentially quite dangerous if you slipped down into it, seems too deep a shape. Consider it would be dangerous for children to use.

Absolutely fantastic, really recommend the place. Pristine and very spacious, had everything you could need, from body surf boards, crabbing items to every type of kitchen items you could possibly need. If we go to Cromer again we will definitely book this place again

Positive: Great and spacious property with everything we needed for our stay, in a great location with everything super close. There was a leak from the small window roof in the dining area with the heavy rain which must have happened during our last night and only noticed the water on the floor in the morning upon our departure day. It was reported straight away and the host was very responsive and dealt with it right away. This didn't effect our stay at all and would be happy to return and stay here again

The location is great and it’s a huge plus having parking in Cromer. The flat was perfect for us and it is huge, but as noted in some other reviews it is quite tired (there are big damp patches in the bedroom and living room). We would definitely stay again but I think the building could do with some TLC

Ideal location Positive: We loved the layout of the flat. Great location. Comfy beds Linen and towels supplied were nice and clean. Negative: The settee and other chairs are not very comfortable. Very tired looking and most of the seats were old, lumpy or had no filling including dining chairs. Had an issue with residents at flat A regarding mobility scooter! No Cork screw in flat!

Great place to stay Positive: Loads of room to move around in. Great kitchen and fully equipped. Great location. You can tell a lot of trouble has been taken to equip this flat with basically everything you'd find at home. Also we found the whole flat spotless, whoever does the cleaning between rentals does a great job. Negative: Only criticism. There's no blinds up at one of the window bays. This makes you feel very open when the lights are on and thus felt conscious at times.

It was a beautiful apartment but needed a serious clean. Negative: The cleanliness of the property was not good at all, Shower head was black and rusty, towels were stained, damp on all walls, shower stall itself covered in brown dirt and rust, lights hanging off the ceiling.

On the good side the location was excellent and the parking good (once the unauthorised person removed their car at 5 p.m. on check-in day). The flat was spacious and comfortable and well appointed. It was clean on initial inspection and perfectly acceptable but as with other reviews could have done with a bit more detailed clean in the nooks and crannies. The lounge furniture would benefit from being updated as the cushions were all a bit flat. The bathroom was fine and the towels were good. The beds were ok and we slept well. The kitchen was well equipped but would benefit from the mish-mash of crockery being replaced with some new matching sets. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work and to be fair they offered to send someone out but we didn’t want to as we were only there for the weekend. The wi-fi is a bit sluggish and buffers quite a bit. To end on a good note we had a really enjoyable three nights stay and would go back. P.S. I did water the very dry plants.

We were very impressed with the facilities.

The flat is a great size - 2 really good sized bedrooms, a large bathroom, and additional toilet, and a really well sized kitchen-diner/lounge. Location is good - a few minutes walk to the beach and town centre, and a few minutes to the supermarket. A parking space is really useful too. The flat is let down in terms of upkeep and maintenance. There is damp in the corner of the main bedroom, the mattress in the bedroom is very uncomfortable, the arms on the armchair are broken, the dishwasher doesn’t clean very well, and there was a leaking shower for the first 3 days of our stay (which we had to leave the keys for the handyman to take a look at rather than a set of maintenance keys being available). If the maintenance issues are resolved, I’d absolutely recommend, size and location are great.

Unpleasant Positive: The property was spacious and close to the beach and town Negative: The building/ flat had a major plumbing problem the toilet / waste was backing up into the bath & shower, this was shocking, I think it wasn’t just our and from other flats in the building the smell was awful and clearly this had been a problem before we arrived, we contacted the host on numerous occasions and was told someone would arrive, no one arrived, we left a day early, this was July 26th!! I contacted booking . Com and host and stay as I felt we should of been compensated in some way due to our stay being uncomfortable and cut short and I’m still waiting for a response, this property needs work and should be sorted before renting out.

Positive: Spacious excellent location and comfy beds really well equipped. Negative: Was a little dirty in places.

Spacious and bright Cromer apartment. Positive: The accommodation is a lovely large single floor apartment and very well equipped. Only five minutes from the centre of Cromer and therefore the sea. It was tastefully decorated with a mixture of period and contemporary fixtures and fittings. Beautifully light and airy. Loved the bay windows. The large kitchen was very well equipped with modern appliances and all working well. Bathroom was also very spacious and well presented. Negative: The biggest problem we had was the WiFi. Although reporting as excellent from our devices it was continually dropping out. I'm sure you can imagine that this can be very frustrating. Particularly as the guest book specifically mentions the lack of TV signal and recommended using streaming services only. I did report this to the agent, so hopefully it will be rectified. There is a slight problem with damp on some of the ceilings, but this didn't really effect our stay. Some of the property was a bit 'tired' looking. Small things like replacing the toilet seats and sanitary bins would help a great deal at very little effort and cost.

We had a great stay here! The apartment was a good size. Walking distance to town centre and beach front and a couple of minutes walk away. 20min walk to local Zoo. Supermarket around the corner also very handy!

Overall very good but must sort the WiFi out. Positive: Everything, the open plan kitchen/lounge. It was spacious, light and great location. Negative: The WiFi was non existent except for the master bedroom. TV was ok but without WiFi we could not access I player or Netflix accounts as suggested in the owners welcome manual.

Good flat in a convenient location, quite a few stairs to access. Positive: The flat was a good size, and the kitchen was well equipt, beds were comfy and it was very close to the station and shops.Heating was easy to use, bathroom was lovely, flat was clean. Negative: The sofa and easy chairs although very good looking were tired, I imagine the owners pay a service charge (As the flat above had been sold on Rightmove, and listed a service charge) The carpets in the communal areas were in desperate need of replacement, or at the least a good vacuuming. The shower is in need of regrouting/sealing, or it will cause a problem for the downstairs neighbour.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Really spacious place and great to have a parking space. You can see the sea, church and lighthouse all from the front windows. A great location to get out and explore the area. Would stay again.
