this was in a perfect location for us to visit family, both the seafront and city were within walking distance, lots of cafes and shops nearby. the flat was very comfortable.

Honestly I would avoid like the plague. When we got there the house smelt fusty. We went to open all windows and realised that one of the front windows was broken ( no locks) street level and very easy for anyone to access. Sink in bathroom was broken and toilets had steins and were gross. We were going to put up with it however my son who is 2 was walking around exploring the new settings when we heard loud thudding on the floor ( within five minutes of being in the property) We went to get some food shopping. We arrived back at the property within half an hour the neighbour from downstairs was banging on the door and was really aggressive and intimidating towards myself and my 71 year old aunt. He was shouting and demanded that we tell my son to walk lightly or he has to go in the pram. I tried to explain that it’s the day time and I can’t really restrain him for 5 days. After the interaction my aunt was terrified to return and my son was crying in fear. Washing machine mouldy badly

Great flat in good location Positive: Great location. Spacious, clean and comfortable flat for a short stay for two friends. Negative: There was confusion regarding access to the property as the management company sent an access code 24 hours prior to our trip. We assumed this was a key code access however, on arrival, there was no key safe located outside the property. I called the company and eventually got through. They explained that the key needed to be collected from a nearby shop on presentation of the access code 'as per the email instructions '. Unfortunately, the email wasn't sent until 10am on our day of travel and I did not have a mobile signal to access this. I feel that it would be more logical/helpful if this information had been communicated at the same time/along with the access code i.e. 24 hours prior to travel.

This was not an enjoyable experience.Due to incorrect key collection codes and incorrect emergency key safe instructions i could not enter property. After various phone calls back and forth with H&S i was told they could not assist me and told to call the emergency number. After over an hour of many phone calls and waiting around i was let into the property. The emergency key safe instructions were completely incorrect, stating that the key safe was downstairs of the property. This also resulted in being shouted at by the owner of the downstairs property! I was due to be at my sons 30th birthday family dinner.Unfortunately I missed this. There was no hand soap in the kitchen or in either bathrooms, no ironing board, burnt iron, dirty glasses in the kitchen cupboards ( which were neither clean nor tidy) Dirty kitchen sponge by sink. No spare bedding as promised. Back door did not lock. Bedroom blind did not close. No clean bedding or towels provided for separate booking Sunday-Monday

Todo estuvo muy bien, el departamento es muy amplio, ideal para dos parejas, una familia o amigos. Solo nos hubiera gustado tener la opcion de late check out.

The apartment is lovely and in a perfect location, very close to the seafront. Charlie was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay!

This is a beautiful flat. It’s very spacious with both rooms having basically a bathroom each. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook at home. The living room had a tv with all the live channels and also a very comfy couch. Lots of books to have a read through The heating is on a timer and needs a bit of getting used to when trying to turn it on outside the timer schedule. The flat is on the ground floor - you can hear when other people are coming into the building. And also you can hear people upstairs running or walking with heavy footing. Wasn’t an issue for us but if others are concerned with the noise this may be of concern to others. We had a pleasant stay.

Lovely flat, much bigger than we were expecting which was a nice surprise! All the instructions were given to us through a link and it had all the answers to your questions on there. The beds were SUPER comfortable! We loved the location as it was out of the hustle and bustle but approx a 15-20min walk to the town and lanes. The only issue we did have was a struggle for parking as everyday there was no where out the front to park (still had to pay for it) so had a 10min walk to the cricket club car park but really good prices so if you don’t mind a bit of walking then it’s perfect. Either way that’s not the air bnb’s problem so no faults on behalf of them. Had an amazing stay and would love to come back again 😍

Generous space, 5 minutes from the sea front, with most needs a few minutes walk away and public transport close to hand. Remember to explore Hove..

This is a wonderful small apartment that is clutter free but still full of character. It’s filled with sunlight during the day, and surprisingly peaceful at night considering the central location. It has the best selection of books I’ve ever seen in one home! Would definitely book again.

Stylish apartment in a cool part of town, lots going on but away from the busy centre of Brighton. Great amenities within the apartment and nicely furnished. Pillows and mattress in smaller bedroom felt a bit tired but not a deal breaker. Would recommend to friends.

Excepté sa localisation ce logement est à éviter. Mauvaise odeur présente dès l'arrivée dans l'appartement, manque cruel de propreté et entretien de façon générale (moisissures, calcaire, surfaces collantes, tâches suspectes un peu partout, textiles très sales (divan, coussins, rideaux, tapis...), poussière excessive, plantes mortes partout...). Ici on confond clairement ambiance bohème avec manque d'hygiène. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas ajouter des photos dans la section commentaires, je n'ai jamais vu ça en 10ans+ sur Airbnb. L'hôte n'a pas voulu nous laisser écourter notre séjour contre remboursement, il a simplement proposé d'envoyer une équipe de nettoyage, ce qui n'aurait pas permis de résoudre le problème de fond du manque d'entretien global. De plus, sûrement par manque de chance, le voisin du dessus a laissé sa TV allumée toute la nuit à un volume démesuré donc on ne peut même pas considérer que le logement est calme. Son seul point fort est sa localisation.

Great location for exploring the the area. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby with a short walk to the beach. The accomodation was very comfortable and suited us just fine.

We had a lovely stay here, beautiful flat with plenty of space for us 4. We loved the open plan kitchen-living space, with a kitchen well decked out to cook in but also in great location with quick walk to beach and plently of cafes, bars and restaurants. Would definitely visit again.

We had a lovely stay in Hove! The space was beautiful and felt very homey. In a great location and very walkable to nearby cafes, restaurants and the beach. Hosts were very friendly and responsive.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at this flat. Host was very responsive to some initial questions. Flat was bright, clean and spacious with plenty of room, groovy decor and plants and everything worked well. Wonderful location just as short walk from the seafront and lots of dining and shopping options! Would definitely book this one again!

I had a wonderful stay with my dad, great location, easy to get to the beach and walk or bus into Brighton and the Lanes. Loads of great food and restaurants around.
