What a wonderful family stay!

Lovely family home near the centre of Saltburn. I will recommend this property to my family and friends

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything is within a 5–10 minute walk, with great restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby. The house itself was lovely — nicely decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we needed (and more) for a short stay. The host was very proactive with communication, which made the whole experience seamless. It was also good value for money, and we would happily return — especially in the summer to see Saltburn-by-the-Sea in all its glory.

This was a great place to stay with our friends, they have a toddler and the house was well equipped for this - some toys and child crockery which is always handy! 2 lounges was great as we designated one as a play room for him but then there was plenty of space for us to chill too. We would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Bristol Avenue - thank you! The house itself was huge! Plenty of space for the four of us and a dog and would make a lovely place for a family/friends group gathering. The house was spotless with everything you need and walking distance to the bars, restaurants, shops and beachfront. Parking was easy and right outside. Would highly recommend for a seaside getaway!

Positive: Really lovely spacious home, comfy beds! Negative: The cleaner had missed a few bits in the lounge, tv window had finger marks, also coffee table had te/coffee rings all on one side and not dusted underneath. We cleaned that but just to let them know for future ref. Would book again!

Unfortunately there was a small hiccup trying to get access information, wasnt emailed as previous stays but had to call a very busy line and wait on hold for nearly an hour. All further information was sent promptly. House was beautiful and well equipped in a fantastic location. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful, clean and spacious home. Ideal for friends and family stays. Great communication and well stocked kitchen with everything needed. Lots of pubs, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Beach nearby! Will be booking again.

We had a lovely stay. The house was perfect for our needs. We had a toddler with us and found the property extremely child friendly with cutlery crockery high chair and toys - a real home from home. Its location is excellent for everything in Saltburn which we found to be a lovely seaside town. The only extra addition that would be nice is some toiletries in the bathroom and perhaps a small welcome pack on arrival with some local produce. But that is not meant to be a negative comment at all just a suggestion. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you

Lovely house in convenient location. House was spotless and more spacious than I was expecting. Just a few issues … had trouble getting to grips with the electric hob and only two dishwasher tablets were provided for our stay.

On arrival we discovered the main sofa was soiled with urine. Contacted the host and was told there would be someone come and investigate, however had no contact during the stay and no communication regarding the matter since. There was also a dubious stain on the back room carpet, a pair of male underwear in the front bedroom and dirty crockery. All this was relayed to the host but no contact made to rectify.

Great location Positive: Great location and lots on road parking, enclosed garden at the back for the dogs. Big spacious property perfect for a family stay. Host and stay were excellent, water was dripping from the bathroom into the kitchen, the problem got sorted straight away. Negative: All the beds are very small doubles we are both very tall so it was a squeeze, it was clean but needs a good deep clean, the bins outside were so full before we even arrived to the property. We couldn’t get the cooker to work a chap came to look at a leak from the shower which got sorted and said the oven wasn’t working due to the clock not being set. However once it worked we felt like it didn’t get very hot.

Great location ,lovely big house , comfy beds. All you need for a few days away.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a spacious and well equipped home.

The house is great, even bigger than it looks! It’s an easy short walk to the beach and right by the train station (which has no noise on an evening), so location is perfect. It was really clean and well stocked with everything you need. Can’t recommend enough. Will certainly been booking again. Great house, location and Saltburn is the best!

We were really looking forward to visiting North Yorkshire for the first time and this lovely house did not disappoint. The moment you step through the gate into the front garden you are met with beautiful summer borders. It was easy to find the keys and step into the lovely tiled hall with plenty of room and hanging space for outdoor wear. On through were two spacious reception rooms and beyond a well equipped family kitchen with dining area. Although on holiday, we still liked to cook some of the time and there was plenty of scope to do so. A small back garden was a favourite with us for morning coffee, breakfast and after dinner - a lovely space as well for our little dog to enjoy. Three good sized double bedrooms and family bathroom were upstairs; hot water on demand for the lovely rainfall shower and plenty of fluffy towels provided. Right beside shops, train and the sea - a lovely quiet town to relax. A home from home - the only negative was we only booked for 5 days! Thank you!

Very disappointed Positive: The kitchen and bedrooms were good. The bed was comfortable and bedding was good quality Negative: The tv did not work and as it rained throughout our stay this was annoying. I phoned Host &Stay and was told they were would get the owner to call me. This did not happen. There was no.signal. I asked 2 neighbours if they had a problem. They didn't. There was no book to give instructions. We also had a problem with hot water but eventually resolved that. The kitchen sink did not drain well. I chose a property with outdoor seating. The cushions were sodden due to rain and the seats were mouldy. Overall very disappointed. I would not stay here again.

Perfect house in a perfect location with a very high standard of cleanliness. Positive: I loved the size of the house and its layout was perfect. The furniture was of a high standard throughout, the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. The house keeping team were brilliant Negative: Unfortunately the garden was full of the previous guests rubbish but once I complained the house keeping team responded the next day (Monday)and took the rubbish away.

Lovely house very clean and tidy, near to sea front and town some nice restaurants plus a train station very close which we used, will probably return when looking in this for a break in this area.

Lovely house in a great location and beautifully presented. We definitely hope we'll be able to come and stay again. Perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. Looking forward to staying again.

The accommodation was fabulous for 4 adults. Very spacious and very clean. Garden is dog friendly. Walkable to all that Saltburn has to offer. Would recommend and would stay again.

Just back from a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this lovely property ideally located in Saltburn By The Sea. Three good sized and comfortable bedrooms, two large reception rooms, a very nice bathroom and a large kitchen. The house was clean and tidy with great amenities and in a quite area only a few hundred yards from the town centre shops and restaurants. Communication with Host & Stay was excellent and I can highly recommend this company.

We had such a lovely stay this weekend. The home was amazing and immaculate and it was bigger on the inside! Will definitely come back!

Positive: Bristol Avenue was a lovely house to stay in Saltburn, so convenient for the town, train, shops bars and restaurants. The house is beautiful, clean, modern and everything you could want for a stay in Saltburn. It is only a 15 minute walk/ride on the finicular down to the beach. Very central for coffees and cake. Some cosy bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Negative: There was nothing to dislike.

A great house and a great location. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely, spacious and clean property, close to amenities and shops. Parking outside the property was relatively easy for two cars. Mentioned issue with shower screen to Host & Stay, who responded quickly and reassured us they will rectify. Hosts very proactive with communication.
