Beautiful lodge and surroundings. Stunning location. Sauna was not working or on during our stay, this was rung through but no response. Great location. We had such a great time, such a lovely place and great value for money. Would definitely reccommend in spite of the suana issue. Hot tub was great.

Lovely small site just what we wanted near the beautiful village of Great Ayton and Roseberry Topping. Ducks all around the lodges which was lovely to wake up to. The lodges were beautiful and clean with everything you needed for your stay.

You get what you pay for and this was outstanding.
A beautiful home set in peaceful surroundings, yet conveniently close to shops, cafes, and pubs for a few hours out. The property is spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with lovely added touches like the fireplace and ambient LED lighting that make it feel especially warm and cosy. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough, it was absolutely perfect.

A lovely location, very peaceful and within a 20 minute drive to Middlesbrough and not far from the coast. The hot tub and sauna were very nice.
