Pleasant setting near Pocklington Positive: Roomy and comfortable accommodation, which was well presented. The location was quiet, well maintained and provided easy access to Pocklington by car. Negative: It was difficult to make a meal for the family because the kitchen equipment provided was very limited. For the price point it would have been good if a couple of dishwasher tablets had been provided as well as hand soap, a reasonable amount of washing up liquid and a supply of toilet rolls. Or, advance notice that you should bring your own supplies.

Lovely relaxing weekend enjoyed the facilities the property had everything we needed and was well presented Positive: Size, decor, facilities, hot tub, the ducks !! Negative: Nothing

Positive: Beautiful lodge. Nicely furnished Great location and hot tub perfect. Negative: Tiny issue with bin not being washed out. Other people's hair grips still in there. A hair extention was found in the bedroom and the plug to the bath was rusty. Everything else absolutely perfect.

Very Dirty and no Wifi Positive: The lodge size, the bed comfort and the hot tub. Staff of the actual site were great, host and stay not. Negative: The cleanliness, the lodge was very dirty. The host and stay customer service was shocking. No wifi all weekend. No signal at the park so no way of reaching home. Middle of nowhere. Function room hired out to a private function so no access and no warning. The cold water tap in the bath didn't work. The shower water temp was intermittent and trickling in pressure. We were advised it was a water pressure issue in the area out of their control. 1 toilet roll for 2 toilets. No hand-wash was told this is "self catering" this explained the lack of hygiene. A £40 damage waiver was sent to us unexpectedly and the £200 deposit advertised here was actually £250. Its such a shame as it could have been a great place. Genuinely the cleanliness was disgraceful they offered no apology.

Positive: Fabulous lodge!! Hot tub was clean and very warm Negative: Very frustrating that the heating wasnt put on for us before we arrived especially as it was Feb. It was extremely cold and took a long time to heat up
