Thanks for a wonderful stay! The house was super clean and within walking distance of everyrhing I needed.

Positive: Very comfy little cottage which was exceptionally clean, with everything you need for a stay. Arrived to the essentials of milk, bread, butter, jam, marmalade and fresh cold water which is a great idea when travelled. Everything was easy to use and excellent contact with the host. Negative: There was nothing we did not like about the cottage. Lovely place to stay

Great little find just off the main High St close to restaurants and bars . The living /dining/kitchen area was a bit smaller than anticipated from the photos for four of us. The bedrooms were both a great size as was the bathroom. All spotlessly clean with everything you may need for a stay . Plenty of towels all good quality . Plenty of crockery cutlery etc and nice welcome bread milk butters jams tea coffee. Perfect location with lots of free parking available just in front of the cottage . Would stay again and recommend

Quick stay in Stokesley. Positive: Lovely central location... Very clean and fresh. Negative: Very creaky mattress in main bedroom...foam one in smaller bedroom was perfect.

Fabulous Airbnb, great location just off the high street but very quiet and a lovely courtyard area to sit outside. Lovely friendly couple live next-door. Exceptionally clean. Free Parking was immediately outside the accommodation, moving the car for market day was no trouble and still able to park free very close by. Also able to use the cobbled 2 hour free parking right outside the entrance for loading the car on market day & checkout day for us. Milk, cereal, tea & coffee for us on arrival. Stokesley is a lovely town with a co op open until 10pm and lots of restaurants. Very close to a lovely walk behind the property along the river. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay in this cosy, clean and comfortable home in Stokesley. The host was responsive and helpful and the house itself was faultless. Would definitely consider staying here again when I’m visiting the area.

Clean, nicely furnished, convenient and safe. Positive: Right in the high street, convenient, yet tucked away and hidden. Sparkling clean, and things like tea, coffee, milk and bread were left by the host. Thoughtful. Negative: A shower door!

Perfect base to enjoy good walking opportunities, with a great choice of very friendly pubs, restaurants and shops.

A really nice stay in a charming village – warm, cosy, and with everything you need for a comfortable trip. The WiFi was strong and reliable, which was a big plus. The bedrooms are a great size and worked well for us, although downstairs is a bit tighter. The sofa is quite firm and there isn’t much extra seating, so it’s best suited as a base for exploring rather than somewhere to relax for long periods as a group. It’s slightly less spacious than the photos suggest and can feel a little snug with three people. Cleanliness was generally good, though the lino flooring could do with a deeper clean. The master mattress and bed could use an update, but everything else was fine. The host was very responsive, and overall it’s a pleasant stay in a lovely location.

Canny Cottage. Positive: Excellent cottage with every facility except a microwave oven. Negative: Having to go downstairs at night time in order to use the toilet!

Peaceful cottage Positive: Lovely quiet location ; spotlessly clean; very comfortable bed; peaceful courtyard for reading. Calming church bells to listen to on Sunday. Negative: The kitchen was a little under equipped. Would benefit from a chopping board, a pan with a lid to boil vegetables, a corkscrew/bottle opener, some washing-up liquid and a bin bag.
