We stayed (3 adults and two children) at Blue Hues. The best thing is the location. Walking distance from everything and among the hustle and bustle. The space was good and we enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation was superb in location, space and facilities. Walkable distance to everywhere, full of restaurants and shops but incredibly quiet from inside the house, so we could have a rest. Sadly no parking outside of the house (we knew this beforehand), however Trafalgar Street Car Park was less than 5 minutes walk from the house and not excessively expensive. We just had a little communication issue with the check-in and check-out, all was resolved. I would have enjoyed the little courtyard a bit more, it was really cute for having a coffee or just sitting down but it looked a bit "forgotten". The house was lovely and my two young adult children really enjoyed having their own space.
My family and I had a great stay. The house is located a few minutes walk from the train station and the sea front is about 10 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by - all in all a great stay in a lovely property.
Het huis is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een verblijf in Brighton. Je loopt zó naar alle leuke winkels, cafés, het station, de pier, de zee. Het huis ligt in een rustige straat, is groot genoeg voor 6 personen en het is geweldig dat onze hond ook mee mocht. De bedden zijn fijn, hoewel niet allemaal even breed, en de douche is heerlijk. Voor warmer weer is er zelfs een gezellige binnenplaats.
We had a lovely stay at 4 Over Street. The location was excellent and suited all three generations of our family. Ground floor living accommodation was quite small for 6 people +dogs
the place was a really nice size for large group with everything that you'll possibly need. love the massive TV in the basement room and bathroom and bath was lovely and clean. the wooden floors could be cleaned a little more as very dusty and some linens have mould spots otherwise everything was nice and clean. location was very good, 5 mins to train station and 10 mins walk from heart of town and sea. although right next to pub, it was quiet. overall really nice stay.
We were attending the Love Supreme festival in Glynde and this was the perfect location, with the station literally a 5 minute walk away and the festival bus going from the station also, it was the perfect location. Would certainly recommend and stay again when in Brighton
Great stay, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A bit small for 6 adults and a baby, but nothing that spoiled our stay. The photos make the space look slightly larger than reality.
Het huis is ideaal gelegen om Brighton te bezoeken. Alles op wandelafstand en dicht in de buurt. Makkelijk om in de ochtend iets te bezoeken en terug naar het huis te wandelen. Wij hadden een jonge dochter bij en voor haar was even de rust in het huis zeker aangenaam. Wij hebben genoten! Enkel het huis is slecht geïsoleerd waardoor je veel lawaai van het straat en de buren kan horen, maar ik denk dat vele huizen in Brighton hetzelfde probleem hebben.
The property is perfectly located next to the train station on a quiet street close to shops, restaurants and most every where is walkable. It was clean and very spacious. The host was very quick to respond to any queries we had which I really appreciated. The issues we had were not being able to connect to the WiFi during our weekend stay and being asked to leave an hour before the advertised checkout time. In the end, they honoured the original time. Despite these issues, yes I would definitely recommend staying here.
I have stayed at this property a few times, the house is lovely and in a great location for the train station and other amenities. I raised a number of items with the management company three times - such as lack of tea towels and no dishwasher tablets, whilst the messages were acknowledged , no actual action to rectify was taken. This has happened on a previous occasion also. It feels disappointing not to get the basics right
Overall this Airbnb is great- the location is brilliant and we would definitely chose it again A couple of niggles- I’d asked in advance if bedding was available so we could use the sofa bed in the snug. I was assured there was so didn’t pack any. When we arrived I couldn’t find any- sent a message and was again told there was bedding in the snug room. There wasn’t - eventually we were told it was just sheets and not bedding available. Now I appreciate the snug room is not advertised as a bedroom but given I asked in advance and could have packed bedding, this was a tad frustrating The duvets and pillows on the bed really could do with upgrading - they are lumpy, thin etc and given how cold it was- we had to use additional blankets at bed time so would appreciate better bedding. But as I say- we would stay here again as the place is overall great and good location.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. There were dirty towels hanging on the back of two bedroom doors, the den room had a broken futon and a chest full of dirty wet towels that made the room smell fousty! The whole house felt grubby. It certainly needs a good clean!

Vi hadde et bra opphold i huset. Beliggenhet er veldig bra og huset er koselig og rent, ekstra pluss for mange håndklær som var fint ettersom det er gangavstand til stranda. Vi hadde planlagt at en skulle sove i kjelleren, men på grunn av fuktig kjeller og lukt, er ikke dette å anbefale.
Mooi opgeknapt huis voorzien van alle benodigdheden in rustige straat vanwaaruit winkels, leuke restaurants en bezienswaardigheden goed te voet bereikbaar zijn. Vlakbij het treinstation en dat is fijn, want je auto parkeren in de buurt kan alleen in een dure parking. Maar het huis zouden we zeker nog eens huren!
Very very poor! Positive: The location, always my preferred location when in Brighton. Host and Stay were fantastic as property managers and my feedback is in no way a reflection on them, they were great from start to finish. Negative: The lounge in the basement was uninhabitable due to the smell of damp. I had no heating for the first three nights due to a fault on the panel. Every floorboard in the place creaked excessively. The bed in the main bedroom is not fit for purpose as it creaks at the slightest movement and the courtyard was filthy. £1600 for a week was frankly a rip off and I do not recommend this property not even for a night!
Lovely house spread over several floors. Everything was spotlessly clean. Our beds were comfy and there were plenty of clean towels. Close to the station and lots of places to eat and drink. Great host, great location, would stay again.

We stayed for a long weekend in May and the place was amazing. Perfect location close to the train station, walkable to the beach, bars, and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

La casa è in un'ottima posizione, a 5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e vicina a negozi, caffetterie e pub. La via è residenziale e molto tranquilla. si sviluppa su 4 piani, di cui uno al piano interrato con un bagno e mezzo al piano dove si trova al camera da letto principale. è ben arredata con letti erano molto comodi. consiglio.
Very well situated quaint little house. Sitting room downstairs is quite small and sits 3 comfortably. Seating for 4 in basement room with the main smart tv. Kitchen and bedrooms were fine . Very creaky floorboards add to the atmosphere. Brighton station is literally five minutes walk and easy walking access to all that the wonderful Lanes has to offer.
We had a lovely stay. The location of the house is ideal to explore Brighton. Shops, restaurants and coffee shops are minutes away from the property. Property is set over 3 floors and basement. All the rooms were clean and tidy.
This is a lovely house to stay in. Exactly as listed , perfect location. Key pad allowed easy entry. My only comment is that it’s an early checkout time of 10am.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Airbnb, very well located, only a stone’s throw away from the train station, close to the lanes and not a far walk away from the beach. Grocery shops, cafes and pubs nearby.
Great location in town centre and close to train station and vibrant North Laines. Cellar TV room doubles as a 4th bedroom which was useful. Brighton town centre is awash with great restaurants and this was very close to an authentic Vietnamese we love called Milk no Sugar. Parking in Brighton is a nightmare/expensive and none provided with property so we parked up by Park and Ride on street and got bus in £3 each and Uber back for £11. Also on entry to house needs a knack if unused to electronic keypad. Advice is to place hand on keypad to activate.
Dale’s place is in the perfect location nestled right in the north laines of Brighton. I love walking and exploring the area with minutes to shopping, bars and restaurants. The house is spacious and well upgraded and kitchen is well stocked. The only small inconvenience is the front door lock can be a bit finicky to get in but aside from that the home is 5 star !
