Highly recommended. This is a beautiful place in a great location. It is well equiped and has everything required for a great stay. We were attending a wedding in Alnwick. It was an easy 20 min car trip each way.

This was the nicest AirBnb I have stayed at in the UK, and I felt it was worth the money. The house was very comfortable, especially the large corner sofa and all the beds, with plenty of cushions, pillows and bedding. It really was somewhere that we were happy to spend time in as a family. The location is very peaceful and picturesque. The basket and fridge of essentials was a kind touch. I would be happy to stay at Blue Barn again.

My family and I had a wonderful trip down to Northumberland for my birthday. The Blue Barn was a perfect size for the 5 of us and the dogs. Located not far from Bamburgh, the Blue Barn was brilliantly located. The hosts provided a collection of items for the kitchen to get us started with, which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend!

Great stay, beautiful house

The cottage is absolutely beautiful; very warm, welcoming and comfortable and is more spacious than the photos suggest. It is ideally situated in a lovely, quiet hamlet and 10 mins drive to Bamburgh Beach. There is a great chip shop in Belford a couple of miles away. The large kitchen is very well equipped, but as a party of five adults, we felt it could benefit from a larger dishwasher and a kitchen table/breakfast bar. The living/dining room is very cosy with a huge sofa and we appreciated the supply of logs for the wood burner. We had a fantastic break and highly recommend The Blue Barn.
