Blayshaw House is a modern, spacious property nestled in the village of Middlesmoor in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Perfectly located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you can enjoy all of Nidderdale’s beautiful scenery as well as visit the nearby towns of Pateley Bridge and Harrogate.

About this property

This homely two-bedroom holiday let boasts an open plan kitchen and living area with French doors which open out to a private patio - ideal for letting in the fresh Yorkshire Dales air. You’ll find a large flat-screen TV and a comfy corner sofa perfect for relaxing in the living space! The living area also features the additional bonus of a table football set, adding to the family friendly nature of Blayshaw House.

The beautiful kitchen that has all the essentials you'll need to cook delicious meals during your stay! You can enjoy your family meals at the dining table which is located at the top end of this open-plan area.

Upstairs on the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, two clothes rails, a dressing table and a wall-mounted TV. In the ensuite, there is a bathtub, separate walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

The second bedroom also offers a king bed, along with hanging space for clothes and a dressing table where you get prepared for a busy day of exploring ahead.

The modern main bathroom boasts the same amenities as the master bedroom ensuite with a bath, individual shower, basin and WC for your convenience. Bathmats and towels are provided for all guests, along with complimentary soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

In the warmer months, you can enjoy the great outdoors without having to venture too far. Blayshaw House has its own patio area with ample outdoor seating for everyone.

Middlesmoor is a small hill village at the head of Nidderdale in the Harrogate district of North Yorkshire. This quaint village is the perfect destination for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Yorkshire Dales.

One of the main draws of Middlesmoor is its stunning location, surrounded by rolling hills and lush green countryside. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll along the River Nidd, explore the nearby moors and valleys, or simply relax and soak up the peaceful atmosphere of this idyllic village.

With a range of local pubs and cafes serving up delicious food and drink, Middlesmoor is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the simple pleasures of life in the Yorkshire Dales.

Getting around the Yorkshire Dales is quick and convenient with the towns and villages located so close together. You can use the Leeds-Morecambe line and the famous Leeds-Settle-Carlisle line which give fantastic access to the Dales on one of the most spectacular train journeys in England.

Enjoy the beautiful countryside as you cross valleys, rise up over hills and wind round the country roads.

You can take the number 156, Little White Bus from Bainbridge, through Hawes and onto Gayle. In the opposite direction you can enjoy the drama of Aysgarth Falls and travel through to Leyburn at the heart of Wensleydale.

The nearest airport is Leeds Bradford International, 27 miles away from Middlesmoor.

“We have stayed in a number of Airbnb properties, I have to say this is by far the best. The place was spotlessly clean and tidy and the quality of all the fixtures and fittings outstanding. Everthing we could possibly need was provided and we were so comfortable in this spacious property. There are walks with stunning views straight from the property and the pub down the road very friendly and served good food. How Stean Gorge,just down the road is a must vist.”

“Very peaceful location and large kitchen area with plenty of space for me and my family. Lovely beds that felt quite luxurious and gorgeous free standing bath. Really spacious house overall, definitely worth the price. Hosts kept in communication and key safe made it easy to check in. If I had to nitpick the only thing I can say that could use for improvement was that I called and asked if an early check in was available as we were going to arrive roughly 2 hours before our allotted time however Host and Stay said their cleaners were going to be there until our check in time so this was not possible. This was absolutely fine with us as we were early but when we arrived we found no one to be there and it had obviously been cleaned and ready so we did infact just go in early. Like I say this was great news for us but maybe the communication with that particular thing could be slightly better. However that is the only thing that could use improvement and the rest of the stay was 10/10.”
