Positive: This our 3rd year at this lodge always return time and time again but this maybe our last as the flooring was ripped and the mattress in double room and front of cabin room need badly replacing bed in the other twin room had latts missing so its starting to look tired if these were recified we would no doubt definatly return as we have year on year but still had a lovely time hence the few minor faults Negative: Beds latts missing mattresses need replacing and rip in flooring near the french doors
Fabulous stay. Positive: Location is excellent, easy to get to York and other activities. The site that the property is on is great, there was on lake outside the cabin. The grandchildren loved feeding the ducks. Negative: Nothing
Positive: When for my daughters 18th birthday was a lovely caravan was loads of space. Clean and fresh bedding and towels. We had the birthday package included too which my daughter loved. The restaurant on sight was amazing too good food excellent staff. Would definitely stay again. Negative: Mattress in main bedroom bit uncomfortable.

Clean, comfortable stay. Positive: Lovely clean lodge, good facilities, lovely location on lake and nice site. Beds comfy. Good value for money. Jjs resturant was well worth a visit. Negative: Only downside is hot tub jets very poor and hardly blowing bubbles. Man came to check it but was told that was as powerful as they get.
Positive: Beautiful location overlooking the lake. Lovely lodge, spacious, clean and lovely decor.
