Great stay. Really convenient location. A quick ten minute uber ride into the heart of Liverpool or a hour walk for the active. Quiet with a convenience store located a quick three minute walk up the road for anything you have forgotten. Clean and has everything you need. Would definitely book again.

nice stay but lack of kitchen utensils and crockery eg scissors and only a few plates. Heating didn’t work, boiler very difficult to use and is either very hot or off. did try to resolve with the company but to no avail

Good Location Positive: Good Location

The downsides: • The place was dirty. I would suggest doing a general cleaning. • In the apartment description it said there would be shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, salt, and oil. In reality, there was only one tiny packet of shampoo and shower gel for all four of us. There was no conditioner. In the kitchen there was no dish soap or sponge for washing dishes. The coffee machine was dirty, and the capsules provided didn’t fit the machine. There was also no salt or oil (so we ended up eating boiled eggs). The positives: • Quiet neighbors and comfortable beds! • The house is spacious, and the towels and bed linen were clean. • There was tea, milk for coffee, instant coffee (for those who like it), and sugar. • Although the house is a bit far from the center, transport is cheap: £2 per person and you get there quickly, £10 by Uber. Overall: If a proper cleaning is done and everything that is promised in the description is actually provided, this would be a VERY good apartment!
