very private, warm. attention to detail. good value. Will definitely stay again

The place was ideally situated for our short stay in Whitby and we thought it was very good value for money

This flat looked quite small in the photographs but had enough room for two of us for a weeks stay. Good things: Location is great, a couple of minutes walk from the Spa, five or ten minutes walk from everywhere else in Whitby. Well equipped, comfortable. Enough storage. Not quite so good: The closer on the sitting room/kitchen door drove us mad. Nothing we could do would hold the door open including the weighted doorstop. Why couldn't we open the living room window? It would have nice especially when cooking.

Great cosy apartment in a perfect location for exploring Whitby. Check in was smooth and easy. Highly recommended, would be happy to stay there again!

We were there for the Folk Week and this was a very convenient base for all venues.

Positive: It had everything that you needed and comfortable. Clean bed . Negative: It was on a couple of floors up so was a struggle with luggage because we were rushing because no parking outside , so had to quickly unload luggage and then go to find a carpark .

Lovley stay apart from late check in and early leave times Positive: It was a small apartment but it had everything we needed for our stay and it was in an excellent location Negative: Not being able to get in until 4 pm

A nice little place, close to the sea, perfect for strolls around Whitby. Would stay again.

Positive: It was modern Negative: Porr kerbside appea,l steps dangerous key safe very hard to access. Said 2 flights of stairs was actually 4 lots of stairs.2 bags rubbish outside door flat only 10 degrees temp took all.night to get to 18 we were freezing. Lounge smelt of cigs and bathroom smellt like a sewer.smell mever went windows srewed shut so no fresh air. Condensation dripping off window s in morning felt cold.we spent as little time as possible ther unsuitable for older people. Very dissapointed indeed

Amazing location and price for a full weekend away. Apartment itself was a little difficult to find, but host was very responsive to any questions during check-in!

Great location. Well presented flat . Clean and tidy.

OK for a few days. Instructions how to find the apartment within the building lacking. Several staircases and doors to navigate. Apartment had an odd smell but likely just because it is an old building. Very good location and comfortable enough for a few days.

Disappointing.... Positive: The apartment was very modern and very central. Lovely bathroom and shower. Negative: The main entrance is a little tired, lots of peeling paint and rubbish lying around. The apartment it very modern but there is a very unpleasant smell which is difficult to get rid of because the windows do not open. We were booked in here for 5 days during the heatwave and unfortunately we had to leave the apartment after day 3 as the windows do not open (they are sealed) and there is no ventilation or fresh air. The apartment is up in the rafters of the building and we honestly felt like we were going to die with the heat! There was no fan and the temperature was absolutely unbearable. I think anybody travelling when the weather is expected to be warm will struggle to stay here. The corridors are not very clean. The apartment was reasonably clean but I moved the bed to try abd access the bedroom window and there is a lot of dust and dirt. The bed is pushed up against the window making it difficult to access. The bedroom is quite tiny making it tricky to get in and out of the bathroom ... Generally it was overpriced for what it had to offer. Parking was not included and there was no parking permit which we have generally had with other places we have rented in Whitby. It cost us nearly £50 to park for the days that we were there. Load

Really nice apartment - clean and modern, some nice touches e.g. nespresso machine and wine fridge. Only slight negative is the cooking equipment is very minimal (no large pans etc) but tbh I am nitpicking here, the apartment is excellent

Clean and cozy accommodation. Kitchen well-stocked and tidy - has a dishwasher and wine fridge on top of the usual amenities. Linens fresh and clean. Very comfortable bed (slept like a baby) and living room couch. All the streaming services are available, including Netflix and AppleTV. Nice quiet neighbourhood, but still close to all the tourist spots and steps from the sea. Host very friendly and responsive through the app. Would stay here again!

Nice apartment to look at but other stuff let it down for us Positive: How close it was to the harber and the sea front. Lovely new kitchen and bathroom and the style of apartment. Negative: When we arrived where we had to get our key from the area had a ripped open back bag with rubbish all over so we had to stand in rubbish to get our key out when leaving 2 days later the same rubbish was there. Inside the bus idling corridors it was very/carpets covered in bits I don’t know if the residents who own the apartments have a cleaner that does the rest of the building it seemed highly unlikely. On entering the apartment it looked great. But a horrible strong stale cigarette/damp smell hit us mainly int he living room and kitchen area it was unbearable and he think that annoyed us most the window was seeled shut in there so there’s no air flow at all. Luckily I took a big fan with us but it just circulated the smell so we couldn’t sit in living area at all. Also found areas of the apartment to be quite dusty- flooring , window sills and areas weren’t pulled out to clean. It was annoying as I stated before, on arrival I have a bad allergy to dust mites felt rubbish during the stay. Bed sheets upon lifting there was long black hair inside. Also would have been nice to have some milk on arrival , salt ,pepper in cupboards, due to there being a kitchen.

Great location in Whitby with parking just around the corner.

Had a lovely weekend in well appointed apartment.
