The house was well located and had a well equipped kitchen. Beds comfy and nice bathroom, although shower does leak onto the floor. We enjoyed a lovely long weekend there with family. Suited our needs very well.
Dale presents a beautifully decorated, fully equipped home that was comfortable and conveniently located adjacent to Saltburn's central shopping area. We were visiting from Australia to see family and friends when the UK had one of it's (rare?) cold snaps - however, once inside we were quickly warm and cosy. Dale was great with communication too. He provided responses to any queries we had prior to the visit and gave clear instructions on the days leading up to our stay regarding parking and access to the home. We'll have many more visits to the area in the years ahead, and will, without any hesitation, be looking to secure Dale's place to base ourselves and enjoy the comforts of this fantastic home in a picturesque part of the North East.

Gorgeous stay at Belle Vue for a family weekend away - a great space for family and friends with all amenities for cooking, playing games, and relaxing. All our party found the beds and rooms to be comfortable. A great stay within walking distance to the beach, some lovely restaurants/bars and the station/supermarket.
Great location and beautiful house Positive: The property was bright and spacious. Perfect for a family getaway. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked with crockery and utensils. Sofas and beds were comfortable. The location of the property is perfect for local amenities, bars and restaurants and only a short walk down to the sea front too. Negative: Only a couple of things to mention, outside the back door there is a build up of green algae on the flags and when wet it was extremely slippy. The shower appears to leak from the side glass panel which may need some attention. Once I’d closed the blinds in the bedroom I was unable to open them as I couldn’t reach the toggle.
Belle Vue in Saltburn was a perfect place for a short break with family. Very comfy beds, well equipped, good quality furnishings and spacious. Location was ideal for walking around the area.
We had a fab stay at Belle Vue. It was beautifully done out and very spacious for me, my friend and our two babies. It had everything we needed for our two night stay. We enjoyed that it was walkable to the beach and near plenty of cafes and shops. The host was very communicative and helpful before, during and after our stay. We would definitely stay again!
What a fantastic house! We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was very spacious and well equiped (we were travelling as 4 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog). Communication from the host was great and check in/ check out was really easy. The house was well located, we didn't have to use our car at all. So beautifully decorated, we wished it was our home!

Fantastic stay here. We took friends with us & 2 well behaved dogs. We were all comfortable, slept amazingly well. Beds were very comfortable. The place was spotless & very well equipped with everything you need. Will definitely return here as we love Saltburn.
We know area as my husband came from area but this was lovely to have our own space, in such a lovely clean, well furnished house. Never moved car as walked everywhere, walked to Staithes and got bus back. Just lovely!!! Had family back after dinner for coffee. Great weekend we will be back.
The house was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like it did in the photos. It was a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants (uphill in the way back) and there was plenty to do locally during the day and evenings. I would definitely recommend for couples or families.
Amazing property exceeded all our expectations! Positive: The property was amazing and great value for money. Very spacious and comfortable and decorated and furnished to a high standard. We stayed with a young family and it was perfect. Close to all amenities and very quiet and could park close to the property on the main road. Negative: The only thing that let the property down slightly was a few very small issues that can be resolved easily. It is self catering so most things were there. The kitchen tap was very loose and could be dangerous if running hot water. More could be made of the outside space if its a nice day to sit outside.

Just home from a 4 night stay at Belle vue house saltburn by- the sea and can honestly say it was amazing! What a phenomenal place to stay the pictures do not do the place justice it is amazingly spacious and immaculate condition with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. Belle Vue is very close to local amenities and surrounding bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach and local walking places. Highly recommend Tomahawk steakhouse 5 minute walk away down the bank for a tasty steak and great cocktails. Also highly recommend Coco&Rum for a great Thai and again great cocktails. 5 star stay from a local guy who came back to town to visit family for Christmas. I will be using this for all future visits back home. Thanks again much appreciated! Ben , Kendal and Merlot.
We had the best week in Saltburn staying at belle vue . The house was perfect for us with 2 teenagers and a little dog. And large enough to have family round too

Had a great stay at this air bnb! We went for a little birthday getaway and were able to get lots of fresh, sea air and return to the house to relax- the rooms are a great size and it was lovely to sit with the electric fire on in the evenings whilst playing board games.

Great location, good property for what we needed. Positive: This was our third stay at this property, the location is ideal and the layout of the house is excellent, with it also being well equipped. Some good changes since last year with the table in a better position, better outside seating and bin arrangements. Negative: The fact there is only one bathroom makes that bathroom very busy, and the shower screen now appears to be leaking at the bottom. As we have a dog we wanted to use the hoover, however, it was clogged up, and creates a smell, suggesting filters need changing.
We had a fantastic time during our eight-night stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Parking was never a problem. There were always plenty of spaces available, especially close to where we wanted to be. We used the back lane for loading and unloading our car throughout the week and didn’t see a single person there. The property is much larger than the photos suggest, and it’s a pleasant surprise. With five people and a dog, we never felt cramped. The spacious bedrooms and downstairs make it a huge house. The photos should be improved to truly capture this. This property offers everything you need for a week or more, making it feel like home, even down to the tea bags and sugar. Like the best Airbnb places, we received instructions to enter and everything else was handled as if it were our own. We didn’t hear from the owners the whole time after we arrived. Our family had a lovely stay at Belle Vue. The house was well furnished in a modern style. The location was ideal for access to local restaurants and cafes, bakeries, independent shops, and most importantly, the beach. We took short trips out in the car to Staithes and Whitby - both worth visiting.

Short but Lovely! Would stay again! Positive: Location! Beautiful old Victorian home. A walk to the center of Saltburn. Negative: The fact that the recycling bins were full to capacity- both! And they were large bins! The instructions for putting the bins out mid week were easy. A couple of steps out the back door! It should be made clear with guests to put them out. Btw a change in the virtual booklet about the thermostat.
This is spacious and comfortable accommodation, in an excellent location close to the rail station, buses, supermarket, quirky shops, restaurants and cafes. I would definitely book again when I return to lovely Saltburn.
Lovely place with bucket loads of character, we will definitely stay again if we are in Saltburn. Parking is on the road, it can get busy but we didn’t have a problem. The house is located really close to the valley gardens and central Saltburn, so a perfect location. Just to note, you may need extra toilet roll, bins bags & dishwasher tablets etc as they were a little shy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was a great size and in a great location. Check out communication was disappointing which impacted our stay. Being offered late check out and then having a chat bot tell us we would be advised of options 24 hours before departure, to then have to chase as we heard nothing and then be told late check out was not available. Overall we had a great stay but the comms around check out could have been much better.

The place itself is stunning- very clean, clutter free and spacious!! Would definitely book again. The decor has this effortless charm - a dash of vintage grandeur, a sprinkle of modern luxury. The views utterly breathtaking . If you want an unforgettable stay by the coast, can’t get anything better than this. Everything is in close proximity. No issues :)

The accomodation was beautiful very spacious and modern, the location was perfect for the beach, bars, resteraunts and shops. What a peaceful and quaint little town Saltburn is with trendy bars and resteraunts and traditioinal pubs, something for everyone. The average age of people we met suited us as there were no children or youths but this may change in the summer months. We have found a hidden gem of an accomodation in a hidden gem of a seaside town. We will book again when we have holidays available and cannot wait to return.

Lovely stay on Saltburn. Location couldn’t be better, right next to lots of lovely cafes and pubs, 2 mins from walk to the big Sainsbury’s and less than 10 mins to the beach. Beds super comfy, living room was lovely and lots of space. Would definitely stay again.

Was a great place we were born in saltburn so lots of memories Couldn’t get tele to play 1-2-3 host said there was another remote but he couldn’t find apart from that is was a good few days ,

The house is great - in a Grade 2 listed block of houses in the centre of Saltburn with loads of character, it's roomy with a good layout. However, this means it isn't cheap to rent. Also to remember that being in the centre means that parking gets very crowded on beach days! That said, from this house you can easily walk to the beach yourself, but if you go out in the car you might not be able to park closer than half a mile away.
Excellent house very well furnished and maintained, loved the comfort with the throws . And the bathroom was amazing large shower bath . Good having two toilets . Only thing I would say would be put a few bins in the bedrooms.

Lovely stay and would definitely return. Positive: No food involved. Well located for everything you would wish to do and see in Saltburn. Property is lovely and tastefully designed and decorated. Plenty of crockery and utensils. Clean and secure rear yard. Negative: Super king bed needs a proper fitted bottom sheet. Only one tea towel and no hand towel for the kitchen. A washing line would be useful as would a couple of reclining loungers for the yard, they would be a real bonus.

The house was lovely and felt very comfortable. It looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. It is in a great location which is close to restaurants, shops and the train station. Host was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely book to stay again.

Bellevue was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Great location for walks, beach and amenities. Saltburn is a lovely little town. Great walks, train station and some fabulous little bars and restaurants. We had one issue with the drains backing up into the backyard but after ringing Host and Stay this was dealt with swiftly. The bins haven’t been emptied in a long time and the key to the back gate was broken in the lock so this could be why as no other means to get the bins out. However this did not spoil our weekend. The house has everything you need, comfy beds and was in a great central location. Would definitely come back

Check-in var nemt og der var gode parkeringsforhold på gaden. Vi var lidt overraskede over at der ikke var helt basale ting i huset, som toiletpapir, ekstra viskestykker og karklude, opvaskemiddel, opvaskebørste osv. Ting som vi regnede med var i huset ved ankomst. Inden ankomst blev vi bedt om at betale for en ekstra forsikring, som ikke er mulig at fravælge. Man kan vælge at betale 25GBP eller betale et depositum på 250GBP og få 240GBP tilbage efter endt forhold. Det var vi ikke klar over inden vi bookede. Vi valgte at betale det 250GBP depositum og fik 240 GBP tilbage, men først efter 10-14 dage. Det er altså ikke penge de reserverer på dit kort, men penge de trækker på kortet og så tilbagefører. Huset er fint, hyggeligt og med gode faciliteter. En dag efter ankomst, fandt vi ud af at der lå vand på terrassen / i baggården efter endt bad. På sidste dag fandt vi ud af at det var kloakvand fra toilettet hvilket resulterede i at der lå afføring på terrassen foran køkkenet.

Really great, thank you so much! Positive: Great location with easy access to everything Saltburn has to offer. The house itself was very spacious and beautifully decorated, with everything you could need. Some lovely touches like a few dishwasher tablets, coffee pods and some books, games and jigsaws etc. Negative: It took a little time for the house to heat up, but once it did it was great. Parking in February was ‘competitive’ so summer may be a challenge, however I think that is Saltburn and not unique to this house!
