Lovely rooms, well staged. Perfect for a family gathering and a lovely occasion. Comfy and well equipped but also a bit special-

The house was perfect for our family to stay in. The only downsides were no dryer for our clothes and the second floor toilet would not flush. Also, a hair dryer for guests would be another nice touch.

The place exceeded my expectations, the host was very helpful and gave useful instructions. The apartment is well equipped with everything i needed and i love the nice Champaigne, Pringles nd a little handwritten note from the host, it made us feel welcomed. The apartment is very clean and comfortable plus i must commend the nice interior of the place. Overall, me and my family had a great stay over and i will be visiting again.

We loved staying at Beech Street again - the host was really responsive again when organising the stay and as we were staying over Christmas they confirmed the house would be decorated. The house is really lovely, the heating works really well and it’s great to have so many options of spaces.

we had a fantastic stay! house is huge and great when theres a group of you. games room was really fun and something different to do of an evening. kitchen was great and well stocked, with lidl and Iceland just at the end of the road, which was really handy! plenty of room for everyone, photos are exactly how it is and an added bonus having a garden to have your morning coffee. communication was great from the hosts and we will defo be back again

The Beech Street house is amazing. Large rooms with high ceilings, beautiful decor and furniture and a super-well equipped kitchen, lounges and games room. Perfect for our multi-generation family + pups to stay. We absolutely loved our time here - we recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Our kids are 4 & twin 3 year olds & they loved it. Was great there was some toys for them to play with too. Great touch for parents not having to pack things. Great communication. Able to check in earlier which helped with young children. House is gorgeous everything we wanted and when we return to Liverpool again we won’t hesitate to stay here again. 100% recommend.

Beautiful period property with lovely rooms that were nicely decorated and the place was very clean. It’s a quiet location with easy access to town via bolt/uber. Nice!

Really attractive, spacious and comfortable house with a nice garden. 2 lounges, spacious kitchen, a games room, plus 3 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. It was further from Central Liverpool than we thought. About 25 mins on a bus to Liverpool 1 bus station or 10 to 15 mins in a taxi. Lidl is just around the corner and also some places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is decorated very well and well equipped. It’s a large house on 4 floors. Felt very comfortable and welcoming. The walled garden was excellent- we had a dog with us so it made the garden secure All the bedrooms were good size and clean and very comfortable. Plenty of towels available. It was a shame that The on suite bathroom wasn’t available because of a breakage. And we were not informed until the morning we were leaving to drive to the house There were 5 of us so we only had one shower and one bath we could use. But 3 toilets. The top level bathroom didn’t have a plug so we couldn’t use the bath in that room. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house

Great value amazing space. Positive: The space was fantastic, it was a very reasonable price. The garden was beautiful. Negative: The cleaning seemed inconsistent. We found long hairs, confetti, dead flies. I realise it’s a big space but there were a few too many oversights.

The apartment looked like the pictures and had plenty of space for 7 people overly 4 floors. The beds were comfy and there was lovely features such as toys for children. The back garden was a lovely space as well. The hosts also sent a handy guide on the day of travel which had house information and local information. The apartment was a bit further out than i thought so wasn't really walkable into the city centre. Taxi's were quite reasonable though. We enjoyed our stay here. There was a few negatives that could be easily rectified. The building is old which is part of its charm but it needs a bit of maintenance and a deep clean. It generally clean but it needs a more thorough clean. We also reported an issue with the 2nd floor shower, sent videos as requested by the host but no effort was made to fix it while we were there which I was disappointed with.

Great place close to the the city without being in the centre! Great for large groups as we were 9 people! Great garden, large rooms, table tennis was amazing too! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Great communication!

Great base to explore Liverpool. The house had plenty if space for 2 families to spread out and the table tennis room and garden was an added bonus. The second living room and the games room that are located in the basement did have quite a strong smell of damp, but as none of these rooms were bedrooms it didn’t bother us. Although the area is quite student focused, it felt quiet and safe. To get into the town centre was around £8 in an Uber and around 7 min journey time.

The next door neighbour let us park our car on their driveway which was sweet . The kitchen is bigger than the photos. Great stay for our family group. There was a park close by and lidi . Only 10 minutes to Liverpool one.

The house was really lovely and spacious and clean we enjoyed it a lot .

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated house for 4 nights on the occasion of our daughter's wedding. It was perfect for our needs and provided a beautiful backdrop to obtain lovely photographs on the wedding morning and plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone to get ready. The addition of the garden was a welcome retreat. Our host was very attentive. We loved staying at number 11 Beech Street.

We had a great few days and for those of you who are good walkers it is a great choice. However we are a group of aging Positive: This is a beautiful house with lots of space and bedrooms for a group or large family. We were a group of 5 ladies who like their own bedrooms and we were delighted with all rooms. The bedding and towels (which is important to a group of ladies) was crisp and white. Lovely. Negative: There is a need for the glasses and crockery to be replaced. No wine glasses, chipped crockery and no oven pan. Disappointing but it didn’t spoil our stay.

The house is a very nice old building with a lot of space and rooms. The inside was tired and not kept as well as the pictures advertised. It was also in an area between students lets. It has the potential to be very nice again inside but needs some care and attention.

We had a great few days in Liverpool staying at this beautiful property. There were 7 of us and the house was really well equipped with all we needed. The rooms were all large and comfortable with everything we needed to make it a really enjoyable stay. The hosts were proactive and immediately responsive to any messages. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in Liverpool and would hope to return with friends or family again. Thank you.

Great place for a large group, however would have liked a little bin in each bedroom. Games room was such a fabulous bonus and a lot of fun. Suggest they put some Cork behind the dart board to protect the wall, as a lot of the ladies were not good darts players!!! LOL

The house and the host were amazing. The house was a lot bigger than expected, check-in and check-out was simple and straightforward The small hamper was the cherry on top of a fantastic stay. I booked a short stay for a hospital visit. From the off, communication with the Hosts was excellent and made for a straightforward process. The house was exactly as advertised. Stylish, comfortable, and spacious. It was easy to find, had off street parking and outside space, was close to amenities and within walking distance of the hospital and city centre. I would definitely book again.
