Large family Christmas break so looked for something close to sea for walking and town centre for shopping and restaurants. The house fitted all these requirements perfectly. Everything from checkin, through our entire stay and checkout was amazing. Great location and lovely house.
Good for families Comfortable, spacious and updated. Close to waterfront and pier.
Great base for large group! Positive: Perfect location - 5 mins from beach and beach bar / cafes, just off lovely Kemp Town High St, Budgens on corner for essentials. Great size for a large group, comfortable beds, powerful showers. Negative: Pretty clean but could have been cleaner - no soaps in bathrooms, bins hadn’t been washed out, dishwasher hadn’t been emptied. Bathrooms in property meant a bit of inconvenience for a couple of the bedrooms. Coffee machine didn’t work.
A lovely house for up to 8 people. Bring your own tea and coffee as none was provided. Positive: Excellent location. 4 lovely double rooms. Lots of wine glasses! Be prepared to get automated messages from the host, reminding you of your check out time. Negative: Lots of very steep stairs with shallow treads. The electricity tripping out over night meant phones did not get charged. A message from the host to check the fuse box seemed like a minimal response.
We had a fantastic stay! The place was just as described, spacious rooms and a great kitchen/dining area that worked perfectly for our group. Communication was quick and check-in was super easy. The only small thing is that the 10am checkout felt a bit early for a big group, since it didn’t leave much time to enjoy the space on our last morning. An extra hour would’ve made it even better, but overall we loved it and would happily come back!
Great location, quick stroll into the buzz of the centre but just far enough out so it wasn't too busy and noisy. Accommodation was really nicely set up for our group
This property is gorgeous and perfect for a stay in Brighton. It’s really close to the seafront and pier, and walkable to the city centre. The inside is gorgeous, lots of space spread across five floors and we really appreciated that there were enough seats for everyone in the dining room, and enough sofas in the lounge so everyone could sit comfortably!
We had a lovely stay in Brighton. Accommodation was in a great location for the sea front - a little further out from the town centre (but we knew that). Accommodation was as described and true to the photos and well stocked with everything we would need for a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Quite literally a dream stay! Host was fantastic, super communicative, and the property was stunning. Stayed here for my 30th birthday and it was everything I could have asked for. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Das Haus hat sehr viel Platz und es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Pubs in der Nähe.
The location is superb (no parking but we knew that) and the property is generally well maintained. However there were issues with damp in the basement bedroom, cleanliness of the same room and one of the upstairs beds just snapped on the first night of use. Trying to get the bed issue resolved was painful and took a while, after which the management company sent out maintenance again (they were unaware they had fixed it) and then tried to charge us for an additional call-out. So … a great property for On The Beach etc but the management company was all over the place when we had issues. And still chasing us for a call-out charge as a result of their own miscommunication.

Perfect place for 7 of us to chill and enjoy the space and location. Being close to Brighton centre but also Kemptown was the best place. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was helpful and fast. Lovely lounge to chill and the rooms were spacious and cool. Cheers!

Nous sommes venus à deux familles avec 4 enfants, dont le plus jeune avait 2,5 ans. Le logement est très pratique pour cette taille de groupe, les nombreux toilettes et salles de bain sont appréciables. La localisation du logement est dans un quartier sans charme particulier mais très bien localisé pour les différents points d’intérêt de Brighton, et il était vraiment très propre. Prévoir votre propre épicerie. Gros point noir pour nous sur la communication car elle se fait visiblement avec une IA « Charlie » qui répond en 10 minutes à tout heure du jour et de la nuit mais n’a aucune flexibilité, répond souvent à côté des questions qu’on lui pose et ne nous permet pas d’accéder à une communication avec un humain. Dommage!
This property was perfect for our group of 7 people, including 2 young children. note that the property has a lot of steps (42 to go from the ground floor to the top bedrooms).

We had just arrived and I cannot say how disappointed we were. There was a cracked lavatory, the extractor fan was hanging off the oven hood, there is a plug socket that is pulling away from the wall in the kitchen, the oven obviously has not been cleaned in some while as it is filthy and covered in grease. The downstairs window is broken, the backdoor is unlocked and without a key. The quilts are summer weight and one has holes in it, the coffee machine cannot be used as there is no grounds filter and the kettle is disgusting, and the welcome is some dodgy free milk packs in the fridge! There was an uncleaned toilet, the cooking pans and trays in the kitchen were filthy.Not what you would expect for a £400 a night property in the winter. This was absolutely terrible!!!

A Brighton town house with character and loads of space across 5 floors, and in a great location, only a 5 min walk to the pier We will be recommending to others for a weekend break in the City
Fantastic location near the seafront in Brighton. Close to local shops and restaurants and walking distance to central Brighton. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for us. There are 4 good sized bedrooms and a lovely sitting room and kitchen with a small outside space that was a suntrap in the morning. There are lots of stairs so not as good for people with mobility issues or very young children.
Positive: Veldig fin beliggenhet nær stranden, matbutikk og aktiviteter. Rent og pent. Boligen går over 5 smale etasjer. Alt av utstyr tilgjengelig. Fikk god informasjon fra utleier. De var lett å få tak i og vi fikk god service der i fra. Negative: Kunne vært aircondition.
This place is a hidden gem. The house is absolutely gorgeous. We were able to walk to restaurants/bars. It was super clean & had everything we could need. We definitely recommend this spot to others.

We had a great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The place was spacious, and it was well-stocked with all the basics you might need. The home is a short Uber into downtown Brighton (approx 20 min walk). Would definitely recommend!
