Located in the basement, the first bedroom is a spacious king room featuring an ensuite shower room. This room ensures easy access and convenient for guests preferring their own space to enjoy.

Also in the basement, you’ll find a WC and a utility space equipped with a washer, ensuring you have all the comforts of home during your stay.

Ascending the stairs again to the ground floor, you will discover the heart of Bedford Street: a spacious kitchen-diner designed for cooking and socialising. The traditional dining table is perfect for shared meals or game nights. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. It is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a full-height fridge freezer for your convenience. A microwave, kettle and a toaster are also provided.

The living room, located on the first floor features four plush leather sofas. Entertainment options include a flat-screen Smart TV.

Up the stairs to the second floor is another relaxing bedroom with a king size bed perfect for couples within your group.

“This property is gorgeous and perfect for a stay in Brighton. It’s really close to the seafront and pier, and walkable to the city centre. The inside is gorgeous, lots of space spread across five floors and we really appreciated that there were enough seats for everyone in the dining room, and enough sofas in the lounge so everyone could sit comfortably!”
