The apartment’s biggest advantage is its excellent central location — right on Weymouth Beach — with very easy access to shops, cafés, and restaurants. It’s ideal if you want to be within walking distance of everything and enjoy the seafront. However, there were some downsides. Communication from the host company while it was prompt but also confusing, with mixed messages regarding booking alterations, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. In addition, the single beds were uncomfortable and extremely squeaky — to the point that the noise woke our children during the night. Overall, the location is fantastic, but improvements to communication and the quality of the beds would make a big difference to the overall experience.

Fabulous. Highly recommend. We will return. Positive: Everything. The location, decor, view, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds with clean linen that had the bedrooms smelling like fabric softener, easy self check in and the space. We felt really at home and my son loved how close we were to the arcades. Negative: Nothing.

The apartment is really lovely. Perfect location on the beach. Host is very responsive to emails. \nThe only thing that could have been improved was the heating. When we arrived it was 3 degrees with the wind chill factor making it minus 7. It was absolutely freezing and we sat with our coats on until family living close by arrived with heated throws and hot water bottles. The heating should have been turned on long before our check in time.

if you are looking for a central place to stay right on the sea front the. this is the place to book. modern flat with excellent amenities. Would recommend for to anyone, great price, brilliant views and we felt right at home. We have stayed in Weymouth for many years during the summer and this was perfect for our needs being able to be on the beach in seconds was perfect. Thank you, we hope to return next year.

Beechside gallery Positive: The apartment is spacious well kept and very clean. The information at hand in the provided booklet in the apartment is very useful. We communicated via text but we're still made to feel very welcome. I noticed 1 bad review of the place so kept an open mind. The person must have been a total idiot. One thing I noticed in a few reviews was ""the windows are dirty."". NO they are not. This is a sea front property with fantastic views. However as it is on the front the windows get battered with fine grains of sand which over time etches the glass to make them a little blurry. I would be more than happy to stay there at anytime. Negative: Lack of parking. Ok you can drop your stuff off using the old closed M&S loading area but then it's a long walk back from any carpark. Most carparks in Weymouth are max 3 hours except the multistorey which someone told me was £88 for the 4 days they stayed. However they were in a hotel and got a discount of 50% so £44. We would have had to pay full price. We had to park in the pavilion carpark which is £15.80 a day so £63.20 this is a massive extra expense especially when the weather is bad and you end up like drowned rats walking 500 yards to get back to the apartment or fetch the car to pack your things. On the front it is permit only or disabled which has specific time slots. It seems Weymouth council does not want visitors to come and spend money in the town to help it flourish. We loved the apartment but I'm sorry to say that as it stands we will never visit Weymouth again.

Great spot, opposite beach and very close to pubs and shops. Positive: The location was excellent. Some minor maintenance is required to clear blocked drain in bathroom and replace light over bathroom sink. Perfect summer holiday short stay apartment. Didn’t need a car. Bella’s cafe downstairs has fantastic food. Very easy to get a cab. Everything otherwise within easy walking distance. Negative: The windows have aged and are opaque. About 50% need to be replaced. Spoils great views of the terraces and bay.

Positive: The property was clean, light and airy, and perfectly positioned on the beach front. Negative: The mattresses on the beds were not that comfortable and the springs inside were very loud when you rolled over. There was also only 1 loo roll available so we had to go and buy another.

Our stay was very disappointing so we came home after only one day Positive: Nothing In fact I would like a refund Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable, there was poo stains in the toilet that we had to clean, the push button on the toilet cistern is broken, the windows are very dull and dirty so unless the windows are open we couldn't see the view, a bag with someone else's clothes hangers and tags left under the sink on top of the bin, parking was a nightmare and very expensive. I wish I had taken some photos to show, but unfortunately I didn't.

Brilliant view and location Positive: Location was brilliant. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. View from the windows once opened were fantastic Negative: I realise it would be difficult but the outside of the windows could have done with a clean. TV was very small and difficult loosely fitted to the wall mount so had to be careful moving out to a suitable viewing angle but really only a minor issue

Had a great stay here. Close to the beach and arcades and a very short distance to pubs, restaurants and shops. Place was clean and felt homely . Host was great and helped immediatly with our queries. Would definatly stay here again and would recommend

We received the code for the key safe, let ourselves in with no problem. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. The views over beach and ocean from the apartment are amazing. There is loads to see and do in the area. We will definitely be returning and can’t recommend this place enough. Thoroughly enjoyed it, well done.

Relaxing Getaway Positive: We had a fantastic weekend stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The location was beautiful, making it the perfect place to unwind. Thank you Charlie for being so welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. It really made us feel at home. We would highly recommend the Beachside Gallery to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Been twice and will come back Positive: The views are great and it’s centrally located for everything. You can offload your car in the M&S loading area, as long as someone stays in 5he drivers seat. It’s a bit sparse but clean, basic and modern. Negative: Could do with a slip mat for the bath and more kitchen utensils such as an oven glove

Perfect location

Right next to the beach and within Weymouth centre- fantastic location. Was the hottest of May’s, so had all the windows open- sunlit all day but always refreshingly cool. Sandblasting of the windows could restrict the view, but not to the extent I’d complain. Buses, trains minutes away

Really impressed with this place. Spotlessly clean, great natural light, and the views over the promenade are hard to beat. Excellent value for what you get, would definitely stay again.

Weymouth Stay Positive: The location was excellent and very convenient for transport and amenities. The booking process was easy and instructions for access and use of the property were clear and helpful. The flat was well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Negative: Most of the window panes were clouded over and could not be cleaned. These panes need to be replaced as the view, which had been a major factor in our choice of this property, was spoiled. For the price we had paid we expected better. To be absolutely fair this was the only problem that we had but it would prevent us from returning. We noticed that at least two sets of other guests had commented on the windows a year or so ago.

I’m giving this apartment 5 stars based on its value for money . Its location is fantastic, right in the middle of Weymouth overlooking the beautiful beach and right next to bars and restaurants. It’s very clean and has a fresh feel with its decor , and a clean modern kitchen so overall extremely good value for money . The negatives are that the single bed that my friend slept in was very squeaky and this looks like it has been mentioned in previous reviews . The bathroom needs a few tiny quick and inexpensive tweaks just to bring it up to a pristine standard . And being so close to the bars you could hear noise at night from these but that is to be expected , and also early morning the sounds of M&S next door being opened up and deliveries made etc I would book this apartment again if I wanted cheap clean accommodation in Weymouth again .

Great flat with lots of space, clean and all amenities. The location was great, right in front of the sea and beach and near the centre. The host communicated frequently and gave good recommendations. The only drawback is that the flat is not soundproofed/well insulated and we can hear music from the bars nearby at night when they have parties (not every day).

The flat is in a great location, right on the sea and close to restaurants etc. Sadly the windows are all damaged and hazy so the view isn’t really visible. The flat itself is a good size. However, for our stay it seemed the cleaner hadn’t completed their work. Towels and sheets were dirty, garbage and recycling was bagged but left in the flat by the door, the floors were dusty. There was half a roll of toilet paper and a single dishwasher tab left (despite booking and paying for a family of four for four days). Overall I had a poor impression of the host company, who also repeatedly tried to sell us additional “accidental breakage” Insurance on top of the Air BnB protections. When we arrived to the pile of rubbish, the told us to take it out ourselves to public bins on the esplanade. Other reviewers were right about the squeaky beds, etc (we woke up every time one of the kids, sleeping in the second bedroom, rolled over).

Everything was super clean and exactly like the photos. There was nothing missing from the kitchen, it had everything you need to cook. In an amazing location on the beach, near the harbour and within walking distance of attractions such as Nothe Fort and boat tours.

We have been several times and hope to return in the future. Positive: The views and the location Negative: The windows were not very clear. Would've liked handles on the bath.

Comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. Positive: Very comfortable, clean, brilliant location. Negative: My only comment would be that the windows have a strange mistiness which appears to be permanent rather than misting up because of the atmosperic conditions. It's a minor complaint and is in now way a problem, but slightly mars the excellent views.
