Lovely stay with my family to celebrate my mam’s 80th birthday. The house is in a great location right next to the beach. Seahouses, bamburgh and alnmouth all near by. Kitchen has everything you need should you wish to cook during your stay.

Amazing lodge in immaculate condition within 100metres from beach and cafe. Just what we wanted for our family christmas break

Perfect birthday getaway Positive: The house was exactly as depicted. We had a fabulous family trip to celebrate my birthday. We were 5 adults and a 5 year old. The open plan upstairs was great for us to be together, especially on an evening when we spent time playing games. Location was great. Certainly a good option for a sunshine break. Negative: N/A

We have just returned from a 3 night break at Bayview lodge and loved every minute. We were a family of 5 adults and two kids one dog. The lodge is immaculate inside with everything you need . Hot tub was massive. Check in was easy and the communication via host and stay was perfect. Beaches were incredible and lots of dog/kid friendly places to eat and drink. Already looking at to book next year. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Craig & Family

As a disabled person. I struggled with the rope/ hand rail to go upstairs. Also access to hot tub is not directly from the house,

The hot tub was spotless. The balcony and rocking chair were a bonus to watch the sunset and we even saw the aurora ! Perfect for walks to seahouses and low Newton by the sea, lovely village too. We had a wonderful time.

Lovely house within a few minutes from Beadnell beach. Spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with extra bonus of a balcony…..especially when it’s sunny! Very peaceful area and perfect to go further afield, up and down the coast.

Would highly recommend the location of the lodge, with numerous eating and drinking establishments nearby Positive: Had everything needed as a self catering property. Even games and books for the family to enjoy. Comfortable beds and pillows. Overall fabulous facilities Negative: Would have liked a mirror in each of the bedrooms

I would absolutely not recommend this property or the management company. The hot tub was one of the main reasons for staying at this property however it was absolutely filthy and not safe to use the management company even sent someone to carry out legionella checks. What has been equally disappointing is the complete lack of urgency and communication from the management company. We were repeatedly promised things would be dealt with, only to have to chase again and again. Even after making a formal complaint, we were told it could take 7–10 days for someone to contact us and are still pursuing the matter. We paid £1,800 for this stay, expecting a clean, well-maintained property and a functioning, safe hot tub. Instead, we spent a considerable amount of our holiday dealing with cleanliness issues, chasing the management company and worrying about whether we could safely use one of the property's main advertised amenities. The worst customer service we have experienced.

Excellent place and facilities Positive: Excellent Property with living space upstairs being open plan with kitchen,dinning, lounge and also a balcony . Downstairs was bedrooms and outside decked area with Hot Tub and seating area. Beach within 250 yards and good Cafe Bar Restaurant 100 yards away and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also path through Caravan Park takes 10 minutes to Beadnell Kitchen Bar and Restaurant aswell as Craster Arms Negative: Having to go out through front door and round onto decking area to Hot Tub

We loved the house and the location. The hot tub was a bonus. Would recommend this stay to others

Amazing Staycation Positive: Amazing. House was gorgeous. Clean and tidy with all amenities. Location was great. Lovely beach and cafe/bistro at the edge of the estate. More pubs, cafes and resturants in walking distance which you can reach through the caravan site at the side, their is a path that takes you through. The house is in the perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and village. Beautiful spacious house, extremely comfortable and well equipped. Note however that access to the deck with the hot tub is not possible directly from the house, need to go out of the front door and round the back of the house. We did have a few issues regarding cleaning and maintenance of the property which I am waiting for Host & Stay to respond on.

Great place to stay. Perfect location to explore Beadnell, close to the beach. Very clean, tidy and well looked after. Hot tub was awesome.

Just returned from a three night stay. Beautifully presented and immaculately clean house. 2 min walk to the beach and restaurant. 10 min walk into village. Hottub was an added bonus. Only tiny niggle is there are not enough wine glasses, unless you are happy to drink from plastic ones. Would happily return and recommend

A very comfortable stay and hot tub was amazing Positive: Excellent location right off Beadnell Bay and quiet. Very spacious and modern. All amenities provided. Negative: Some cleanliness issues, crumbs, oven was not clean, glasses in cupboard were dirty but nothing that the dishwasher could not sort out. I would have a thought a house of this size and cost would have provided more toiletries and hand towels.

Had a week here and absolutely loved it - perfect place for me and my young family and would highly recommend! Extremely baby friendly with stair gates, high chair, cot bed and baby cutlery and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Plenty to do for the kids but also the hot tub a great addition for the adults - couldn’t recommend more, thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. Hosts were really on the ball with information regarding both the accommodation and things to do in the local area. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic stay Positive: Excellent location, good standard of facilities and immaculately clean. Negative: Confusing entry instructions, 2 key safes with the one you need to access the property not obvious to find.

Fantastic accommodation and the second time we have stayed in this development. Location is excellent for the beach and only a 10min walk to the cafe and pubs. The property was modern and very clean.

Really enjoyed the stay, close to the beach for a lovely walk. Little cafe on site within walking distance that did really nice breakfasts. Very peaceful, the house was very clean and spacious for us all we were a party of 7.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the house was stunning! Had everything you needed, hot tub was great.

Incredible stay at Bayview Lodge and we can’t wait to book again! The lodge itself is amazing with beautiful surroundings. We sat in the huge hot tub watching shooting stars! Great restaurant a 2 minute walk away plus a lovely little village 10 minutes drive away.

Great find in a beautiful part of the Northumberland coast - Beadnell has a great beach, lovely pubs with great food! Accommodation was perfect for 6 people, living/kitchen area such a beautiful space to share memories.

Thanks but please be more specific with the key safe. There are two and the wrong code stressed us out. the main key safe is not to the left of the door it's on the pillar not that obvious especially when you're tired after a 5 hour drive

Lovely house in Beadnell. Loads of space and exactly as per pictures. Great location near the beach. Would love to stay again at some point.
