Amazing apartment right in the centre of Liverpool with just a small walk into the town centre. Everything was perfect for my birthday weekend, and I’d definitely return.
Positive: Apartment spotless. Everything in it you need. Negative: The apartment was advertised as having a patio but this was untrue. No patio.. Apartment No 6 bed very low down and uncomfortable. Apartment would not suit anyone with disability because you had to climb about 6 flights of stairs and there is no lift
Awful Negative: The smell, the drains absolutely stunk the whole of the room out to the point me and my partner threw up. Tried to complain all I got was “sorry”. It completely ruined our weekend.
A top flat! Positive: The space and the character of the flat was brilliant and the location was very good. It was a great weekend away and a fantastic introduction to Liverpool for a family member. As a tall person, the sofa bed was exceptionally comfortable and all the bedding was large enough. Thank you for all the extra towels and sheets. Negative: Everything was great.

The Good The Bad and the ugly! Positive: The location The quirky accommodation Negative: Unfortunately the flat was dusty with cobwebs when we arrived. Boiler was erratic so no hot water some of the time. Kitchen under equiped No personal touches. Information about the property would have been interesting. Keine einzige Steckdose im Bad In das kostenlose WLAN konnten wir uns zwar einloggen aber es war so schlecht und mein Mann hätte es zum Arbeiten gebraucht! Die ganzen Nächte war es von draußen (Betrunkene) unglaublich laut, sodass wir die drei Nächte kaum ein Auge zugemacht habe

Positive: It’s a stunning apartment with incredible industrial features. The kitchen offers everything you need to whip up a meal or wash your clothes. I also enjoyed the location and surrounding amenities. This is a great apartment if you’re planning to attend a conference or just casually visiting Liverpool. Negative: The communal hallway could do with a bit of cleaning as the staircase was dirty and bird feathers were scattered around.
Check in was easy and the property was easy to locate. Right in the heart of Liverpool City centre great location and great property would definitely use it again.

Central stay, great for nightlife Positive: Location perfect for easy access to the city, especially nightlife. Key collection process easy and very close by. 3 x car parks on the block. I loved the apartment, very quirky and furnished well. Some of the windows don’t have curtains but took an eye mask so no issues. Tv had Netflix and other apps to log in to. Some card games etc available. No issues with WiFi and no issues with heat. Nice place and would stay again. Stairs to the top was a work out but no issues for us. Negative: The building is very old and there is clearly some evidence of water damage. The cement on the brickwork is very crumbly and whilst overall the apartment was clean and tidy, around all the brick wall edges is lots of debris which I reappears within hours of wiping so I think the cleaners are working with what they have.
Horrible ruined my birthday and customer service is shocking room was flooded and still have no refund a month later! Positive: Do not be fooled by the interior of this property! It was dirty and dusty. There was bugs in the bathroom and the bedding felt damp. When I stayed there was a leak with waterfall amounts of water coming through the wall next to the couch. There is no lift and it’s on the top floor so do not book if you have mobility issues. Negative: The leak, waterfall amounts water was pouring through the walls and I still haven’t been refunded almost a month later. It was really dangerous as the floors are hardwood which makes slipping very easy.
Perfect for city break Positive: The location is brilliant. You are pretty much in the thick of it all. Brilliant if you are not actually wanting to spend a lot of time in the apartment. Negative: It was very hot only got supplied with one fan and there was 4 of us staying. We couldn’t keep the windows open as you are near the nightlife so it’s very loud. Internet isn’t great and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. If you was staying with children I would avoid but good for a city town trip where you don’t actually spend alot of time inside.

Despite great industrial design, wake up early no shades, can be cleaned better, lot’s of stairs Positive: Excellent industrial design, very good taste Negative: We had a big issue on arrival to find the key, the cleaner had taken it from the keynest store and we were not even able to leave our luggage in the property as agreed before the game as previously agreed with Host, as cleaner was not answering and host could not reach him, it was a really bad situation, and after all the we came to the attic with a bad smell (probably cigarettes) and the place was not clean with spider nest above tv and near windows and in the bathroom, the stairs are exhausting a little if you have to climb them several times a day, the main bed mattress need to be changed. And the worst part is that at sunrise you can’t sleep as many sealing window has no shades :(
Industrial loft is fun Positive: It's a loft with skylights! Lovely space with industrial feel. Full kitchen and washer but no dryer. Convenient location in central Liverpool. Easy to locate and access. Negative: Not all the windows had drapes so we were up with the sun. The location is next to a pub so there was a fair bit of street noise in the evenings. There was a spider in the tub. The wifi was extremely slow.

Apartment had everything you would need for a short stay but Bed awful Positive: Apartment was well equipped for short stay. Negative: Communal areas scruffy and Bed was horrible. Lumpy soft and woke up on the second night with an imprint of the springs on my right thigh

Ein Loft mit Tücken in Liverpool Positive: Die moderne Einrichtung sowie die zentrale Lage Negative: Es war nicht ganz sauber. Das Laken hatte Kaffeeflecken (die bei der Reinigung wohl nicht rausgegangen sind), wir hatten anfangs keinen Strom und eines abends hat es reingeregnet. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin hat sich aber sehr um Abhilfe bemüht.

Very cool warehouse loft in a great location! Positive: It got horrible reviews but I loved the look of it from the pictures and took a chance and booked it... I loved it! Excellent location, a parking garage just across the street, and the place was just cool-looking... and huge! Negative: Getting and dropping off the key was kind of a hassle!

Really bad customer care Negative: Eclectic ran out at 1pm on the sat. It was only turned back on at 8/9pm. Very difficult dealing with staff over the phone, the owner messaged me and when I tried to call bd o he had my blocked. REALLY BAD! total disregard to us being at the apartment with no heat as all heaters are electric. Had to go to the cafe around the corner to change phone. No one even came to look until 6:30pm, had to get ready in the dark, no hot water for shower and using our phones for lighting to get ready.
We enjoyed the time at the apartment - when we were inside. We had difficulty with check in, and we were told very late that we would not be able to check in until an hour and a half after originally planned. When we did arrive to pick up the keys from a nearby news agents, the code we were given didn't work. Eventually we did get it sorted and the host made good the loss to us. The flat itself was very enjoyable - a lovely big open space, and very well located. We thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend in Liverpool. And randomly, the shower can blow hot and cold!

The accommodation is big and airy, well provisioned kitchen, good shower power in the bathroom, clean bed linen and towels provided. Negative: No under sheet provided for the sofa bed No terrestrial stations on the TV, seems like an aerial issue Fire stick operation was intermittent due to poor wi-fi speed (only 3G/4G connection available on hub, 5G required for stable fire stick) Lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke A number of bulbs need replacing in the bathroom and main living room
Stressful Positive: The property was beautiful, very rustic and something different. Negative: First of all we were locked out for over an hour and when trying to contact someone to get the keys we had 0 luck. We rang, emailed and messages on the app multiple times. There were many issues with the property. It wasn’t very clean the floor was dusty, aswell as the bathroom. The fuse on the back of the iron was exposed which is obviously extremely dangerous. The tv remote was missing for the tv - and it has no signal like the aerial wasn’t even connected. Again, when trying to raise these issues it would take someone on average 5 hours to respond. We asked for a late checkout - this could not be accommodated which I believe after the issues we have a faced a 2 hour checkout isn’t much to ask for. The main issue was the communication with staff who run the company. We found the experience very distressing and will not be staying again.

Interesting apartment in Great location Architecturally interesting and well laid out with quality furnishings. Slight criticism about the pots and pans/kitchen knives etc they could be due for replacement. Unfortunately the maintenance team needed access during our stay which wasn't convenient. They also didn't appear to have solved the problem, which I think is due to the hot water being set to scalding. The apartment is let down a little by the communal stairs which could do with regular hoovering. Also worth noting that if you book parking at the Pall Mall NCP, inexplicably they only allow you to enter and exit once even if you are staying several days

The location is wonderful, the place itself is clean and comfortable and well stocked, and the hosts were very communicative. That said, the key pickup location was nearly a mile away, which was a hassle given that we had all of our luggage. The electricity cut off on our first day, and it took a few hours to restore. And the hot water cut out on day two and we were not able to restore so had to take extremely cold showers for the last two days. They were very communicative and provided a troubleshooting guide, but we could not get it fixed.

The place is very well situated, is decorated well and clean, but the beds were uncomfortable, and the TV didn't work . Above all there was an overwhelming smell of drains coming from the bathroom, which filled the whole place, which was a great shame. it did lessen when we ran the bath taps for a while
