Positive: The apartment was roomy, clean, and comfortable. It was a short walk from the train station and close to the town center. The patio faces a private courtyard that's quiet and safe. Negative: A microwave in the kitchen would have been a plus. We had no real complaints.

Nice flat Positive: Very tastefully done out. Lovely and quiet. Negative: No microwave!

Great Apartment, Good Location Positive: We collected the keys from The One Stop Shop on our way to the apartment Negative: I would have liked a hair dryer to have been supplied. Also we were not able to locate the bin to remove our rubbish.

Ideal if you don't need to park Positive: I liked dragging my suitcase five minutes from the interesting set of local garages to the apartment, despite the advert claiming onsite parking, and then climbing another flight of stairs to get into the complex before carrying my luggage up another three flights of stairs as there is no lift. It was lovely chatting to the keynest staff at the One Stop which was in a different direction to the parking garage. Getting lost finding the block in the rain was a real giggle. I loved having a front door which could only be locked on the outside when heading out for the day. The location for exploring Norwich was great. Close to the football ground and the city centre. The flat was a good size and it was quiet. Good sized TVs in bedroom and lounge. Negative: The parking isn't on site. The place wasn't clean and I had to contact to complain but staff did offer to sort it. There was no cleaning cloth or kitchen roll. The door doesn't lock properly and a previous review flagged this. It didn't make for a good night's sleep knowing the door would not lock. Despite polite placating

Uncomfortable Bed. Positive: We liked the closeness to the city and easy walking to restaurants and supermarkets. Puzzles and games were useful. Negative: The bed was tiny and very uncomfortable so much so that we left early. The apartment is filled with clutter on all the surfaces. Collecting the keys and finding access was nothing short of a nightmare as the directions are so vague. The garage which is 4.5 x 5 metres is a five minute walk in one direction and the key collection five minutes in the other direction. Access to the building is via Mountergate (pedestrians only if accessing from King Street) or St Annes also off King Street. No clothes dryer.

Fantastic stay Positive: Great location with perfect facility. I can easily access to train station, supermarket, and Norwich City Center, the facilities in the flat are meet the need of our family cooking, washing and entertainment. Negative: The main door lock was broken

Great little apartment Positive: Good location and very comfortable. Close to all the big restaurant chains, bowling and cinema. Although the apartment does not overlook the river it is very close by with a nice courtyard view. Not far from the station and Carrow Road stadium. Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. Negative: As other guests have raised, picking up the keys was an inconvenience, not sure why this could not be held in a key safe. The parking is very useful but a five minute walk which is fine in the dry but would not be pleasant in the wet. If neither of these things worry you, it is a great little apartment and we enjoyed our stay. There was an issue on arrival but this was sorted by the management company.

Great location, clean and modern flat. When getting to the parking for the property we realised our car wouldn't fit in the garage (Citeron C3) and it didn't feel very secure so we wouldn't have left our car even if it had fit so sadly had to find parking elsewhere which was an added £50 to our weekend we hadn't planned for. Then we picked the keys up from the local shop which was straightforward enough. The flat itself looked stunning and was clean, lovely bathroom and space but just the little things felt like they had cut corners - cheap white towels that malted everywhere, broken sofa, 1 loo roll for a 3 night stay, no bin bags in the bin and kinda dirty plates. The hosts replied quickly and politely when I had queries on the run up to our stay. We would stay again in a pinch but it wasn't the best for the price.

A great clean and comfortable modern flat. Well equipped d kitchen and nice bathroom. Very close Norwich Market and Cathedral. A short walk to the river and to St Benedict Street, for great restaurants and bars. Very close to the train station. Perfect for our getaway to this lovely City.

The location is really nice as well the apartment is beautiful. Some things are missing. A magnetron, a large spoon for soup, towels for the kitchen. But that are miner issues. The biggest problem is the Garage. There is a garage under the building but the apartment has no space there. Instead the is a separate garage about 10 minutes away. First of all not very handy for your luggage. Secondly and most important it is far to small for now a days cars. The car does not fit in the garage if you want to use your normal car door to step out of the car. You have to clime out of the car threw the 5Th door (if you have one) The garage is not wide enough. Or step out of the car and push the care inside by hand. Also the surroundings of the car park is really bad. The door to the garage is made of two old wooden doors with lots of holes. I only would book this apartment again if you are able to park your car under the apartment building.

An idea location for us (for the football) and lovely to be by the river. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Not easy to find the garage for the car, and when I did find it after parking it was so narrow I couldn't open the car door to get out. Finding the apartment also not straight forwards.

Really easy to locate from the train station, check in/out instructions are straightforward, place is clean, however we didn’t have any toilet paper, no hand wash anywhere and no toothbrush holder. Also the towels were really cheap make and they covered all my clothes in tiny white fluff. It’s the little details that matter.

A lovely clean and well equipped property. Positive: The property was lovely and clean and situated near the centre of town. Negative: The only problem we had was getting into the property it isn’t easy to gain access too and the keys need to be picked up from a nearby shop. Our travel plans changed and we left early in the morning, I couldn’t drop the keys off back to the shop as it was closed.

Positive: within walking distance of all amenities.

Lovely luxury stay close to city centre Positive: The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, clean & modern bathroom and very comfortable bed. Everything was perfect, with the nice addition of a balcony so sit out on and an additional tv in the bedroom. Lots of nice touches with the decor and good quality soap and bath products provided. The key collection was straight forward and easy. The complex was clean and quiet. Negative: Was a little difficult to find the apartment in the complex, and there was no lift to the third floor.

Sweet, modern apartment. Positive: Clean, close to facilities, bars, restaurants and city centre and easy to access. Nicely furnished with comfortable furnishings and fun artwork. Negative: The bed was just on the small side, but quite comfortable.

My daughter and grandson loved their stay and found the location convenient as there was so much to do. The apartment was lovely too!

We really liked the flat, it was spotlessly clean and in a great location. Charlie at Host and Stay was very helpful and responded very quickly to us when we contacted him. Our only (minor) problem was that the map location did not lead us to an entrance that listed Austin House. We did eventually realise that the key fob worked for the gate at the top of the stairs (listed for other blocks) but it took a while. There are other entrances that are marked for Austin House and I suggest it would be helpful to change the map location to take you to one of these instead.

A perfect spot in the centre of Norwich. Positive: The location was very close to the town centre. It was a fun place to stay in. The rooms were spacious and homely. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a bit like staying in a friend's flat. Negative: It wasn't ideal having the parking space in a lock up garage down the road. It would have been a lot easier if the parking had been in the parking area of Austin House in the basement. Also, it took us a long time to work out how to load and unload the car as we weren't sure which entrance to use and where to find the lift. If we'd found some clear instructions, that would have helped hugely.
