A perfect bolt hole for a couple of days in Deal

The property itself is gorgeous. Brand new, perfect location and feels like a family home. \nIt was a wonderful place to spend Christmas. \n\nHowever, as this is a new property to AirBnb there were a few teething issues that could be ironed out:\n- Getting the TV to work took a lot - it has an external antenna that has to sit across the floor making for a trip hazard which needs constant moving\n- Locating a few items such as the highchair was tricky\n- The thermostat was out of battery, but once we replaced the batteries we discovered it was broken\n- The freezer was dirty and oven trays filthy\n- Oven gloves were also non existent\n\nSaying all this, however, we would absolutely stay here again - as the property itself, cleanliness and facilities were perfect.

Good location, very central

Great place and happy to have stayed. Very clean on checkin. Key and lock system worked great. Used the washer/dryer combo to wash clothes during our trip ( reduces packing extra clothes for every day of vacation) Very quiet and remote, so no vehicle or pedestrian noise. A little trick to find but only takes once to understand. Within 10 minutes walk - with luggage, to Deal train station.

Central location and a great stay. Positive: The location, cleanliness, size of property good, nice small courtyard Negative: Only 1 bathroom/toilet was a slight problem having 5 in our group. No spare supply of toilet rolls and having to purchase some. Also no bottle of washing up liquid, also had to buy our own.

Lovely stay with siblings over weekend to celebrate birthday Positive: Very clean & comfortable Negative: Location was tricky, no parking and no views or nice outdoor space

Positive: Location, decor. Relaxing feel. Fully stocked kitchen. Negative: No shower gel. Deep cleaning like garden had a lot of spiders. But everywhere was super clean. Although my son got bite a lot in bed.

Lovely property in an perfect location Positive: We loved the location of the property - it’s super central to everything in Deal and the layout and decor inside the house is very tasteful. Negative: It’s not the properties fault but the parking situation in Deal meant we spent time moving our car around as it’s 3 hours maximum parking in the nearest car park.

Great communication with the host throughout, ideal location, would stay again

Positive: Beautiful house, great location Negative: It was advertised as having parking, it didn’t. The parking was in a car park that only allowed a max 3 hour stay so we had to move the car constantly. Also the fridge in the house did not work for the entire duration of our stay. I reported this as soon as we noticed on our arrival day, and we were told it would be fixed asap. This never happened and we had to throw a lot of perishable food away as we couldn’t keep it cool on what was the hottest week of the year

Even though no parking we had no problem with parking as several carpaks scattered around. Location good

The house was perfect. Spacious, clean, well equipped and central - everything was on the doorstep! A perfect trip.

Excellent few days away at a central location. Lovely accommodation - would definitely stay again. Positive: Great location, lovely clean and bright accommodation. Fully equipped with everything that you may need during your stay. Negative: Parking is tricky, but there are car parks nearby and on-street parking is also available (for a charge)

We stayed a for a few days in March and the location was great — smack bang in the town centre but still very quiet. The house was clean and nicely presented. The bedrooms were really comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of space so that you're not in anyone's way. We did find the TV a bit fiddly — a busy interface with lots of apps, but we got the hang of it. The close proximity to the shops (and takeaways) was a real bonus.

House hadn’t been cleaned at all from the previous guests. The beds were slept in and towels laying dirty in the bathroom. Kitchen and bathrooms all dirty. Ended up having to book a different place with help from Airbnb and had to go to the new place around 9pm which put a dampener on our first night away.
