We had a lovely stay in apartment B, very spacious and clean inside the apartment, walkable to the local shops/restaurants & beach. Free parking was also a bonus! Great value for money. Would stay again

Booked this for a two night stay, was really cheap in price but very modern and nice looking inside. The apartments were cool, even in the hot weather when the windows were open. 5-10 minute walk from the beach and really close to all the shops, including Sainsbury’s. We loved our stay!

Great location, easy check in! Only thing was only half a roll of toilet paper provided! But definitely worth the money!

Excellent for the cost For the cost of our 3 night stay I would happily stay again. The location was good, it was nice and quiet and the living space was great. Check in was easy. Some furniture etc looking a bit tired, and a few more hooks for coats etc would help, and the bathroom grouting could do with a refresh, but these things were minor and it was great value overall.

Beautifully furnished flat with modern decor. Comfortable beds and spacious living area. Would not recommend if you’re a light sleeper or have children; the flat is above a pub and is very noisy (we stayed Saturday-Monday). During our stay, there was wet/ windy weather. The roof tiles banged constantly through the night keeping us all awake. Sadly, it wasn’t the peaceful stay by the beach that we were hoping for. The WiFi also didn’t work through out the weekend. This was passed on and instructions were provided but unfortunately it still didn’t work.

We stayed for 3 nights over Easter weekend and had a fabulous time. The apartment is excellently located for both beach and the town centre. The Truffled Hog, a small cafe/restaurant over the road, was very popular; unfortunately they were fully booked, but would love to try next time! The fish and chips from Seaview were amazing! We stocked up on a few supplies from Sainsburys in the town centre. There are some lovely independent shops and cafes. The apartment was spacious and catered for all our needs - 2 adults and a 9 year old. We used the Wi-fi and various apps on the TV - Netflix, BBC I player. Loved the light and airy living room.

A great place to stay for a seaside break in Saltburn. The flat is a short walk from the seafront and very spacious. A lovely place to stay, especially with two toddlers, the large living room was a great space for them to play. The whole flat felt very roomy, light and comfortable. We had a lovely long weekend staying here! Thankyou 😃

Apartment is spacious and just as in photos. There are a lot of stairs up to apartment! It is quite well equipped but some things are in need of replacement. There was no oven glove or mattress protectors or coat hooks provided. The pans are small which proved tricky when cooking for a family of four. On Saturday night the pub below had a band on which was very loud. It didn’t bother us as we were staying from Wednesday to Monday but think it could be annoying if visiting for a quiet weekend away! Overall it’s a lovely apartment in a great location.

Wanted to take the kids away for a couple of days. I had two of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Very close to the beach and pier. I would say that the surrounding area was a lot quieter with not a lot for the kids to do or see but an enjoyable trip nonetheless.

An amazing apartment to stay in. Very close to the beach, restaurants and only a short walk to a supermarket/spar. Beautifully furnished and very clean. We didn't realize there were so many stairs to get up to the apartment (2 flights)🤣 so may be something to think about if you have mobility issues/small children. Located above a pub so was really convenient for food/drinks and nighttime entertainment 🩷 I would have loved a dressing table with a mirror in the bedroom to be able to do my hair and make up, I ended up sitting on the floor in front of the full sized mirror. Not a big issue but being pregnant I could have done with a table/seat haha! Id definitely recommend staying here and will be staying again ourselves. It was honestly perfect for what we wanted and would be amazing for a longer term stay!

Positive: Great location Nice space to spend a long period of time Comfortable bed Got shower All basics provided Staff responsive to returning lost item when phoned- thank you for this Negative: - Two dishwasher tablets and one toilet roll for 4 people for 5 days is not enough - Coffee maker but no coffee pods is an empty gesture - No hooks for coats or towels- we had to be inventive - On the surface, it looks great but basics are lacking and furniture is tired. For example, one bedside lamp per bed, no oven gloves (this was a problem in September 24 looking through the reviews and has still not been resolved) minimal drinking glasses, no chairs in the bedroom so no where to leave possessions. Basically in my opinion, all the same negatives are still not resolved from previous feedback. - So many messages sent using AI blagging about paying extra for late check out, private chefs, waivers to be signed- it was A LOT of information that was unnecessary. When trying to recover a lost item, there were a lot of automated messages- I was never sure if I was talking to a human or a robot which was hugely frustrating so call if you have a problem. Would I stay again? If the price was right, yes, but it would have to be a good deal and I would bring toilet roll!!!

A great apartment. Fab location for myself, partner, 4 year old and dog. Beds comfortable and as described. My only gripe would be that you need some where to hang coats but so small hardly worth mentioning.

Lots of steep stairs. Apartment nice, clean and tidy (apart from shower), lots of light. Excellent location to explore Saltburn. No essentials provided that should have been. Broken and unsafe highchair - no straps, broken tray. Bedrooms comfortable with big beds. No mattress protector and no fitted sheet meaning the sheet constantly came off so ended up laying on bare matrress. Apartment is above a pub but not stated in listing. Live music meant the whole apartment was taken over by extreme noise. Furniture and pictures on the wall were vibrating, could hear every word. Would not have booked if I had known this. Should be stated in the listing as it ruined the night and following day. Communication over the top and pretty bizarre. Appeared to be a bot replying or using ChatGPT. Very frustrating as often didn't make sense.

Would definitely come back to explore more of the Yorkshire Coast! Positive: Looks exactly like the photos, is really spacious, light and modern. Apartment was pretty clean overall, considering pets are allowed as well. Apartment is very central, (a good base/starting point if you want to explore other areas) is near both the beach and the train station which makes it ideal as there is a Sainsbury’s next to the train station as well, takes you around 5 mins or so at the most from the train station to the apartment! Negative: Could do with handwash/soap in the kitchen, the TV signal was a bit hit and miss sometimes but was never a major issue, would’ve been nice to have been given extra toilet roll just in case. It also might be a good idea to include a coat rack/hanger somewhere in the apartment entrance? Wasn’t needed for our stay as much due to the nice weather but might be an idea when it comes to more colder months?

Host & Stay team were helpful throughout with clear instructions all the way. The apartment was spacious, clean and had a good style about it, as well as comfortable beds! Central and east location within Saltburn. Dog friendly too, and is situated near the top entrance to the woods that lead down to the beach front. Ideal for doggy toilet times. Would recommend!

Nice 2 floor flat in a great location for exploring the town and coastline. The flat itself was clean, tidy, bright and airy, however the communal stairwell is smelly with a filthy carpet. As previous reviewers have mentioned, there is still no hooks to hang coats in the vestibule, or anywhere to hang dressing gown/bath towel when in the shower. There is only one bedside lamp per bed, rather than one on each side of the bed. Kitchen would benefit from a serrated bread knife, and maybe a bigger saucepan, but otherwise was equipped sufficiently for a few days away, especially as there are so many great places to eat out nearby. The main living area is nicely furnished and the flat made a good base for a few days away by the seaside. Thank you.

Loved this apartment! Spacious, well equipped, clean and within 5 minutes walk of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It worked perfectly for our party of 4 adults. We were prepared for the stairs up to the second floor so considered it as training! We had lots of kit for walking, running and swimming, so shelves/ drawers in the bedrooms wouldn’t have gone amiss and a few hooks for towels/coats would have been useful but there was plenty of floor space for all our stuff. Saltburn is a lovely little town with great facilities, a beautiful beach and lovely walks on the doorstep. We'll definitely be back and would happily stay at this apartment again.

Handy apartment for a stay in Saltburn. Positive: Perfectly situated in Saltburn close to shops, cafes, restaurants and train station. Roomy apartment. Negative: Some items such as place mats and kettle in need of a refresh/replace.

Could have been cleaned better, could have had cleaner kitchen utensils, old plates etc, had old pans, kettle was dirty inside so did not use, windows and shiny surfaces dirty, bathroom shower needs attention and toilet brush full of liquid. The entrance has not been finished,one wall all exposed fuse boxes and wiring, smells fusty due to damp, carpet filthy generally grim.

Good stay with everything we needed. Easy to check in and find with clear instructions. Bedrooms nice and spacious giving us lots of options for travel cot set up. Bathroom small, but does the job. As others have said it is a bit of a trek up the stairs with all your things. Parking easy too.

The apartment was bigger than expected and a perfect base for a couple of nights to explore the area. It was comfortable for two adults and two large teenagers and had everything we needed. The decor and furnishings are nice and love the big easy running sash windows for letting in a plentiful amount of the sea breeze. We would recommend No Twenty Three a couple of streets away if you want pizza and drinks for dinner, very reasonable and friendly and amazing pizza and just round the corner on Diamond St is Creation, a collection of independent and craft retailers under one roof, really lovely to browse and support some local businesses. Lovely time had by all!

Lovely clean,well maintained apartment, perfect for our 2 night break. Could have easily stayed longer. Positive: Exactly location. Lovely and clean. Comfortable beds Good bathroom and the kitchen was well equipped. Negative: The stairs to the apartment were hard for our elderly dogs but they managed. 2 coffee pods was a bit stingy.

Had a lovely stay at the cornerhouse apartments. The flat is easy to find and is spacious and modern. Dont be put off by the communal hall way, it’s a bit grotty and a lot of stairs but the flat is lovely inside. My only criticism was that we didn’t realise that the flat was above a pub that played live music. We were there Fri-Sun and on the Saturday night the live band was so noisy. Even though the flat is on the 2nd and 3rd floor the music could be heard clearly throughout. This was very disappointing.

Great apartment for exploring the area around Saltburn Positive: It was in a good location with plenty of free parking in the area (especially in the evening). The apartment was really nice and well furnished throughout - we would stay there again. Negative: It’s not an issue for us at the moment but the apartment is up two flights of stairs so you need to take this into account if you had any mobility issues.

Lovely place to stay everything we needed. Just the stairs and the beams were a bit much for us. Positive: Excellent location very clean and comfortable Negative: A lot of stairs to apartment B. One of the bedrooms had very low beams and we kept hitting our heads. We couldn’t open the living room windows.

Saltburn is a great place to visit Positive: Good location and clean, the living room was lovely and bright. Negative: Need a new mattress in first room at top of staircase as springs squeaked every time you moved. WiFi wouldn’t connect to internet and unplugged router 3 times to reset as instructed but still wouldn’t connect

Not ideal. Also no hooks on the bathroom door or bedrooms. So no where to hang towels when showering etc.\nA very small complaint but made things a little inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay in Saltburn. The location of this Airbnb was absolutely perfect – so close to the town center and just a stone's throw from the beach, which made exploring incredibly easy. It's a lovely apartment with a nice kitchen, a comfortable living room, and pleasant bedrooms. The only thing to note is that there are quite a few stairs to get up to the apartment, but if you're fine with that, then you're all good.

Excellent find. A well presented flat in the centre of town. Roadside parking was not an issue. When we went out in the car, we could always find a space on our return. Fantastic amenities, not far from a Sainsburys supermarket and just up the road (near the station) is a wonderful bakery. The bathroom was small but was well designed to make the most of the space with a good shower. Bedrooms are in the eaves of the building so limited head space on one side of the bed however the bed itself was fantastic, the most comfortable bed I have had in an airbnb so slept really well. Living room and kitchen were fantastic, felt like home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in a central location with easy access to amenities and the beach. Communication second to none. Overall we were very impressed and would definitely stay again.

Need a new can opener as one provided did not work. Maybe provide a few candles and lighter as we had a power cut for over half an hour due to storm darragh. Window to right of tv leaked due to the storm. Apart from that it was very warm, cosy and just 3 mins walk from train station, shops and restaurants.

Hidden treasure This apartment could not be more central to Saltburn. It is spacious, light, warm and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to holiday in this lovely coastal town.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Very convinient location. Positive: The lock box was a little stiff, But we got the keys out eventually. Negative: The TV get losing signal, which made watching anything imposible. Could have done with a hook on the bathroom door for towels/clothes.

Perfect for my two night stay in Saltburn for a late midweek break Positive: The location, ease of parking close by to the apartment and access to Saltburn town with its abundance of cafes, restaurants and lovely local shops. The apartment is modern, beautifully furnished making it really pleasant place to relax after a long day walking the local area Negative: The excessive security deposit with admin charge could have swayed me to look at an alternative option

Lovely, modern apartment Positive: Very very well furnished and finished. Nice kitchen area, bathroom and bedrooms very nice. Good location for getting to shops and beach. Negative: Top floor, so quite a few steps. Not really an issue but just be aware. Actually above a pub though this seemed to close early and we never had any noise.

We stayed at Apartment B, Cornerhouse Apartments in Saltburn for 3 nights. The location was good for what we needed. The apartment is certainly not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as you have to go up 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. On the whole it was ok but things were starting to look tired in parts. The bathroom, kitchen, living area and bedrooms were fairly clean but missing attention to detail. For example, there were bird droppings on the inside of the bathroom window, a high level of dust on the beams, no soap was left for the hand basin. The table and chairs in the living area were past their best and needed replacing ideally. That said for what we needed it was fine but we didn't spend much time there, I wouldn't recommend for more than 2 nights (and really it's more suitable to 2 people given the small bathroom) for the price you would find better. Communication from Host & Stay was v.good but be mindful of the sneaky deposit!

Fab place to stay , lovely apartment. Its above a pub so beware Saturday night it can be noisy. It didn’t bother us . Apartment could do with some hanging hooks for coats and in the bathroom to hang towels other than that it was a perfect place to stay .

Positive: the location is great. Negative: This was our third visit to these apartments. last twice was amazing, however standards have slipped. Had to clean the bathroom before use and no welcome pack as previous. Entrance hall grubby, peeling wallpaper and electrics on show, definitely not safe if children staying. Also host and stay used a previous credit card from my previous booking last year, which should not be kept on their system. I emailed about this numerous times and ignored.

Lovely we will be back Positive: The apartment and host & stay were always in contact if needed. The location was great lots of restaurants & shops nearby. Could walk to the seafront and the lovely sea view restaurant which we had booked. Went to Whitby & status which were only 30 minutes away. A very enable stay we will be back. Our first visit to this part of Britain and we lived it. Negative: The weather could have been better but this is the uk.

Great stay, close to beach, lots to do! Positive: really close to beach and shops. train and bus stop is only 5 mins walk. Negative: it could have been a little cleaner, bed comforter had small holes in it.We couldn’t put the heat on as the thermostat was blinking all the time, so it was cold in the apartment .

Positive: Very central, apartment was very good and modern, needed comfier seating in the living room. Negative: Sette not too comfy, no head rest. Everything else was good.
