Won’t be back I’m afraid! Positive: Property itself was okay. It was clean but would rate it 7/10 as it wasn’t well finished, eg a socket extension stuck to wall in bedroom. Negative: Totally unsuitable for us. WiFi not good enough to support the tv. We arrived to find the locked security door open, as it was each time we returned. We were placed on the 4th floor with no lift! My son was in a wheelchair with impaired movement in one leg. We had mentioned his wheelchair in correspondence more than once and nothing was flagged as a problem. He struggled up and his wheelchair had to be carried up the four flights. Consequently, once we went out in the morning, we didn’t go back till we were going to bed as it would have been too much for him. We did ring to complain more than once but they said they couldn’t offer an alternative. They lodged a complaint on our behalf, and we have been offered 20% off a future stay, NO THANK YOU!

Great for access to the city. Not suitable for elderly or mobility impaired. Positive: The location was great, just steps way from everything. Beds were comfy. Negative: The apartment was on the top floor which we didn't know. My husband uses crutches to walk and it was a struggle for him to get up and down. The apartment was freezing when we arrived. There is a small storage heater in the very large living room which hadn't been turned on. There was also a plug in heater which we had on constantly whilst we were in the room. When trying to shower in the morning, the water would run for 10 seconds then stop. The other bathroom had very little water pressure but I did manage to shower in it. Overall the apartment is a bit tired, but it is 3 bedrooms and for £200 a night would be a bargain for 6 people.

Pros Great space, lot of seating for the 8 of us. Modern kitchen and bathrooms with good quality flooring, paint and doors. The location was great, really close to a lot of great bars and restaurants. Cons There is a lots of little bits that need doing. Most of the electric radiators are hanging off the wall and resting on the floor, the lamp in one of the bedrooms was broken. WiFi and overall signal is terrible in this location. Windows are single pane and a lot of the window open limiters had been broken off. There is a lot of noise and cold air that comes through the windows. Finally the water pressure / hot water on our checkout morning stopped working. We followed instructions to get it temporarily working however it kept dropping off and after 4 out of 8 showers, we’d had enough faffing to keep it working. Host and stay offered no one to come out and review it, and just sent some instructions straight from British Gas website. In its current condition I wouldn’t stay again

Great location, easy to find and we got used to climbing the 66 steps to the front door! Clean and well furnished apartment. The only negative was the noise from the local club opposite which didn’t close until 5am!

Nice, spacious apartment in a very central location. Only thing that stops me giving it 5 stars is the really low water pressure in the showers and the weak WiFi signal

The Host took care of us and was always good on communication with the property.
