Host & Stay | Apartment 8 — Guest Reviews

Fabulous apartment in a great location. A lovely welcome of Prosecco and biscuits was really appreciated. It was incredibly well appointed with everything we needed and more. Such a comfortable bright place. Would highly recommend. We'll definitely be back.

Positive: Modern light and clean

This accommodation is fantastic, very clean and modern, only 15 minutes walk to the seafront, located in a peaceful area , 5 star recommendation .

This is an excellent property in a lovely location close to many local amenities. The property itself was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. I contacted the owners a few times and on each occasion they responded quickly with helpful information. We were greeted with a lovely welcome of prosecco and biscuits- thank you very much.

Great place to stay

A lovely place to stay within walking distance of South beach.

Amazing place to stay, was such a lovely flat and very modern. The road is a little noisy in the morning with the windows open but with them shut it’s fine, would definitely stay again, thanks for a great stay

This is what a well managed Air B&B should look like , managed by Host & Stay all those little extras were in place , a glass of fizz (I never expect this for just a two night stay) biscuits in the biscuit jar, an extra pack , water filter filled in the fridge, more than just one toilet roll, shampoo, conditioner , shower gel , all these little details so gratefully received. The photographs just don’t do this place justice, everything felt like new , spotlessly clean , a card from the host with a mobile number should we encounter any problems. Comfy bed, strong water pressure in the shower , the balcony is lovely to sit and drink your coffee (also provided!) in the morning For value for money , look no further and book here

The first accommodation I have stayed where it was actually better than the photos. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The lift certainly helped with getting the luggage to and from the apartment. Instructions were clear and easy to understand.

Flat was very nice, exactly as described and pictured. Two feedback points. To improve customer comfort please get a fan as it was very warm. We tried to contact the Host company but they didn't answer their phone. I tried several times as we were driving up, but just got the answering service telling me I was call number 2! I waited for a long time but had no success. The owners left their number on a card in the flat and they did come back to me immediately. We would definitely come back and use this lovely apartment again if we are in Scarborough. Hope the feedback is useful.

Just perfect Positive: The Hosts had thought of even the smallest ideas. From cotton buds to Alexa. Negative: Limited onsite parking

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautifully presented, very modern, and finished to a high standard. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The host was friendly and communicative, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The location was great, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a stylish, modern place to stay!

Beautiful apartment with a lift and balcony, highly recommend!! Positive: Beautiful apartment. Totally spotless. Having mobility issues it was perfect, lift to take you up and spacious rooms. Lovely touch was a bottle of bubbly and biscuits. Everything you need is there at hand and a lovely balcony to sit and relax. Communication from the hosts was brilliant.
