Perfect location with parking Positive: Perfect location. Warm and clean flat in a lovely old building with lots of light and a parking space - rare in this part of Norwich. Good value.

Apartment 7 is well located, has a parking space and is relatively cheap. However it could do with better maintenance, better furnishings and a fresh coat of paint. Some of the light bulbs were missing or not working. One of the single beds was incorrectly assembled and collapsed when I sat on the edge of it ! There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the twin bedroom. Otherwise pretty good value for money.

We primarily booked for the location and all we needed was provided. Positive: Great location and good value for money Negative: Communal areas could have done with a vacuum, lots of marked walls and paintwork and vinyl floor in main room was split. Only one bedside light and it broke and bit tricky ducking slopping roof to get into bed. Bit confused by bins. We assumed that the green lid denoted recycling, but the red lid bin didn't have a liner for food waste, whereas the green lid bin did.

Positive: Πολυ οργανωμένο! Πλήρης εξοπλισμένο. Καθαρό και μεγάλο. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στον κεντρικό δρόμο που είναι όλα τα μαγαζιά. Ζεστό νερό και ήσυχο. Negative: Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι η θέρμανση κλείνει αυτόματα στις 06:00 το πρωί και εχαμε βρέφος μαζί μας, ήταν άβολο να ξυπνάμε 6 το πρωί στις διακοπές μας για να ανοίξουμε την θέρμανση.

Great location and easily walkable to Norwich city centre. Unthank road is a lovely place with nice coffee shops and Pubs. The apartment itself was relatively clean but in need of a bit of love and a fresh coat of paint. Lots of cobwebs and bad smell from drains.

We were very happy with our stay, the property was exactly what we expected. The flat was easy to fine and get into. Good location, easy walk to the centre with plenty of pubs and restaurants on the way. would definitely recommend

Good simple, no fuss accommodation. Close to Norwich city centre.

Great spot, close enough to be easily walkable to the city centre but also having things to do right on the doorstep.

Positive: Great location, walking distance to the city centre. Parking space useful. Very responsive hosts. Beds were comfortable. Negative: Apartment not very well kept, overall cleanliness wasn't great. Grubby, needs a deep clean.

Great location with easy access to bars, pubs, takeaways and restaurants on Unthank rd. Only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Norwich. Would definitely stay here again. thanks!

Comfortable and good local vibe Positive: Beds were comfortable, warm, comfortable sofa, great shower. Parking and rear entrance. We’ll equipped kitchen. Negative: Not a lot.

Positive: le confort, la situation, la qualité Negative: les escaliers étaient très éprouvants pour ma maman de 85 ans.

Super location and spacious apartment Positive: Fabulous location opposite the bus stops to the city and LEA. Comfortable, spacious, warm with easy to adjust heating. Wonderful shower. Entry by key code was easy and practical. Negative: Sachets of tea, coffee and hot chocolate would have been great. We travelled by train so didn’t have room for drinks. Also, please make it clear which flats have parking.

We’ll be back for sure!!
