2 keer aangegeven dat de enige radiator in de woonkamer geen stroomvoorziening heeft. Dit is blijkbaar al eerder aangegeven, las ik in een review. Verder geen radiator in de woonkamer of keuken aanwezig. Werd niet goed begrepen bij aangeven via de app. Pas op de dag van vertrek. we verbleven hier maar 2 nachten. Ook het broodrooster was stuk. Deed het op geen enkel Stroompunt. Het appartement is erg gehorig. Er waren kamers tegenover deze verhuurd met jongeren erin die erg veel lawaai maakte. Ze waren op de gang te verstaan en we konden precies horen waarover ze het hadden. Tot laat in de nacht geluid in het gebouw en op straat. Blijkt tegenover een gay bar te liggen waar het nog lang gezellig was. Bedden zijn behoorlijk door gelegen en ingezakt. Wij waren met 2 kids van 8 en 4 jaar. Dit verblijf is niet geschikt om met kinderen te verblijven, mede door de geluidsoverlast en ligging. We zijn zelf ook geen uitgaans types meer. Voor een prijs van €330 voor 2 nachten wel meer verwacht.

We enjoyed our stay here and the host was easy to communicate with and was kind enough to allow us early check. Location of the apartment was great everything was in a walkable distance. However we did have an issue with the heating in the living room as the radiator was broken, the host was willing to investigate but as we were only staying a small duration we said it was ok and that we would manage without it on. Another issue we had was with the shower, it would go cold after one shower and it was always really difficult to get the temperature right as it would either be extremely hot or extremely cold. Finally we got a message from host asking to give back apartment keys at checkout or there would be a fine if keys were lost, the apartment we were in was accessible through an electric keypad and did not come with keys so we were confused by this as the host should know this, we were not charged for any keys as I contacted the host about this issue. Overall good value, good location

Positive: The apartment was perfect for 4 girlfriends on a weekend. Clean tidy, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds. Negative: The hot water is a little risky for scolding - shower and kitchen sink. The water is nice but then the power kicks in and you get boiling water. Needs a sign to warn you.. Also, I feel the kitchen needs a microwave. Apart from the above, there is nothing not to like .

The location is great. It's walking distance to a number of attractions and night life. As for the apartment, the shower was either burning hot or freezing cold, we believe the water heater was not set properly. The big issue was the wifi, it was going in and out every 15 seconds or so, therefore we sent a message to the owners to help, and it seemed like we got an AI generated response that the router is generally in the living room and we should reset. We couldn't find the router it and gave up using wifi in the room, therefore we couldn't watch anything on the tv. The blinds are broken and can't move up and down. They just stay close. It's not a place we will stay again.

The apartment itself was as listed clean tidy and suitable for 6 people, but the stairs and hallway up way up were dirty. The door into the main building was open all the time which was a worry as a very big worry being in the city surrounded by pubs. There was a pub underneath and it was noisey until about 5 in the morning wore tally the Friday night. They were emptying bottles which were smashing into their bottle bank right underneath our bedroom window. So basically smashing of bottles at 4.30 was not my ideal night sleep with children. The apartment was very central, but I would recommend for adults not children. Good location for a night out! The reasons 3 star was simply main door was open and very noisey!

Great location for a tivities in the centre of Liverpool. Clean and not overly noisey. Initial access was very frustrating. A video would help immensely. Others new guests were having the same problem

Access and check in all easy. Location was perfect for Cavern Quarter, docks and Liverpool One. Amenities were all good. Linen and towel all clean. Hot water was scolding and judging the shower temp was an art form.! Beds comfy. Plenty of pillows. Some of the crockery was not overly clean. Didn’t cook in the property but a couple extra larger glasses would have been good. A mirror near a plug socket (for drying hair etc) would be good. Minor irritants really. For our weekend it gave the perfect base overall and we would stay again for sure. (Despite the stairs .!) Thanks ☺️

We had an extremely dangerous and unacceptable stay. Within five minutes of arrival, the fire alarm began sounding. With no response from the host, we were forced to contact emergency services, who confirmed there was no fire and advised us to reset the system and contact the host. The alarm then sounded seven more times. When the host finally sent a maintenance worker, it became clear he had only silenced or disabled the alarm rather than repaired it. This left the entire building without a functioning fire alarm, putting every guest at serious risk if a real fire had occurred. Neighbours confirmed this is a recurring issue, suggesting the host is fully aware and chooses to manage it by turning the system off. This is extremely dangerous, misleading, and potentially illegal, especially as the listing claims a working fire alarm is provided. The apartment was also below basic hygiene standards, with stained bedding, a dirty bathroom, and a shower that was either scalding hot or freezi

Great location if you want to stay central. Lots to do around that area.
