Host & Stay - Apartment 4, Upton House — Guest Reviews

我們打掃房間非常乾淨交給房東，但有點失望，無法彈性處理退房，失敗。因為退房前突然有個網上會議，只有按時完成退房去星巴客咖啡廳。體驗不好

Mixed experience Positive: On the positive side, the location is quite central and convenient. The house was quiet during our stay, and we did not have any issues with noise from other guests or tenants, which was pleasant. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, and overall the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. With better cleaning and attention to the cigarette smell, this could be a much better place to stay. Negative: My first impression when I entered the apartment was the very strong smell of cigarette smoke. Even after leaving the windows open for an entire day, the smell unfortunately did not disappear. The apartment also did not feel particularly clean. After only a few minutes of walking around in socks, the soles of my socks had become black, which suggests that the floors could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The mattress was also much too soft for my personal preference.

No key in the lockbox and was on the phone for over an hour with no ideal of when someone was going to come with a new key

It was a disappointing stay especially arriving and finding the bed broken. We had to wait for an hour for maintenance to arrive. This was only managed to be fixed by 1am after having a long day and looking forward to resting.

The apartment was in excellent condition. The only downside was that the parking wasnt free, but overall it was easy to pay using the app. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. Planning to come back in the future

Positive: Very good

Nice and clean apartment, we enjoyed our time. Parking wasn't free so that was a little pity.

We had a lovely stay, thank you.

Beautiful set up and great host, very informative and understanding. Will be looking at staying again next year for MotoGP again

Great location. Parking was expensive

This place was lovely to stay at , it had everything we needed, couldnt ask for anything better, host was responsive and everything was clean .
