Leuk verblijf in het centrum van Liverpool kort bij het uitgaand gebied hier, mede daardoor was de kamer wel wat luidruchtig en zeker niet heel warm. Dit door het enkel glas wat in de kozijnen zitten. Verder prima kamer voor het gene wat je er voor betaald.

Good for what you pay, very basic amenities (there was pepper but no salt). Definitely a lively area and clubs were pretty loud well into the night, so keep that in mind if you're hoping to have early nights during your stay. Otherwise Charlie was very helpful with recommendations and responsive!

Hope you like noise and nightclubs Positive: It was in the city centre, located closely to restaurants and stores. Easy to get around and see the attractions in Liverpool. Negative: I didn't realise when booking the apartment that it was located in the gay quarter of Liverpool. I have no problem with LGBTQ+ people and have several as friends. But the apartment was directly over the area where all the nightclubs are located. Both Friday and Saturday night was a nightmare, unable to get a decent night's sleep due to all the noise from music, people gathering in the street and constant police sirens. We were a party of 5 people 2 of which were over 70's. The windows that looked over Stanley Street weren't sound insulated enough to block out the racket. None of this is mentioned in your description of the property and it's location. Another annoying thing was how much the price had dropped for the property since we booked. We paid £507 this dropped to £370 a week after booking. We chose to use Host & Stay as we had booked an apartment the same time last year with you and it was so much better in every way and situated slightly further from the City centre but easily accessible to get there. Somewhat disappointed with the whole experience this time around.

Awful Positive: Location was close to Liverpool City Centre. Negative: It was a very disappointing experience. We booked for 4 nights and on arrival were concerned that the front door lock to the building was missing and anyone can gain access to the building. Our apartment was on a higher floor and the stairs are very steep and narrow - difficult if hauling up a couple of suitcases. My wife has mobility issues and it was exhausting getting up and down the stairs. When we got into the apartment it was well equipped and clean. However we noticed some damage around an electrical socket in the bedroom and a hole in the wall beside the bath along with what looked like mould around it. The apartment is very close to bars and nightclubs. When we tried to get to sleep later, the noise was horrendous made worse by the apartment only having old style single pane glass in all the windows which did not dampen the sound. The noise did not die down until after 3.00am. It was exhausting - there is also no air conditioning so with the recent hot weather (July 2026), it was stifling. This noise issue was repeated on the second night and by the following morning we had enough and decided to leave. We messaged Host and Stay raising the issues and included photos of the damage in the apartment. While they said that they would address the issue about damage in the apartment and no building front door lock, we noted reviews from a couple of months before about no front door lock. The WiFi also didn’t work in the apartment which again seems to be a recurring issue in reviews. We were delighted to leave and had to pay for alternative accommodation for the rest of our stay in Liverpool, but it was worth it for a decent nights sleep and peace of mind. We could not recommend anyone stays here based on our experience.

Brilliant Positive: Location , size , and the facilities Negative: The only niggle was we didn’t realise the keypad was on the actual door as it’s blacked out, took us ages to get in. Maybe a small suggestion when sending the code is to let people know , you have to tap the keypad on the door
