Everything was perfect, except that the wifi wasn’t working during my whole stay which was quiet frustrating and i was trying to get it fixed with the airbnb host but they weren’t able to give a proper fix in time. Other than that issue the stay was phenomenal and i couldn’t ask for better.

From day 1 the heating didn’t work - took 4 days to sort it. According to policy bed linen change should be once every week for long stay (mine 2 months) - I only had bed linen change 3 times in 8 weeks - absolutely terrible. Last 8 days - leak coming through light fixture in the bathroom caused by a craft in the roof directly above - major safety issue and I could not turn on the light - but despite retiring it - Host & Stay did not respond to messages/on calls they just made excuses and a couple of times I was out on hold for over 10 mins and disconnected. I was so frustrated that I escalated it to the council. It was only then 8 days later when I reported them to the West Northampton Environmental Health & safety department that Host & Stay put pressure on the owner to resolve it. But I had to put up with the leak for 8 days. I would never recommend or book them shin

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely place in Northampton! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and provided plenty of information. The bed was wonderfully cozy, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, ideal for both unwinding and working remotely. I highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Northampton and can’t wait to return!

Great location and fab flat. Would be helpful to know the parking by the flat is paid 12 hours at a time (difficult if you arrive at 4pm for example)

Avoid Positive: - Location is good, easy access to the town centre. - kitchen was nice and clean and good facilities such as fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, oven. Negative: Where do I start: - I arrived to find an unchanged bed, the sheets were clearly not changed from the previous guests. Dirts and hairs all in the bed. Horrible stains all over the throw at the bottom of the bed. Called customer service team as soon as I discovered this but was told that house keeping had finished for the day and there was no access to any clean sheets until the following day. Was told to leave the key while we went to an event and this would be sorted for us. This in-fact was not sorted and again we came home to a dirty bed which had not been changed or no clean bedding had been left. Multiple phone calls and multiple false promises made but the issue was never resolved. - condom wrapper found at the side of the bed. - only one bath sheet and hand towel for 2 guests to share for 3 days. - Public areas such as hallway, stairs are dirty and need a hoover running over them. - Only able to pay for 12 hours parking at one time rather than being able to pay for the duration of your stay or at-least 24 hours. So having to set alarms on your phone and worry about renewing the parking via the app whilst you are out. - living room window does not open - Very warm and stuffy. Customer service staff are friendly and will apologise for all the issues but not great at correcting the issues and getting these resolved.

An excellent experience. The apartment is very well located, easy to find, and close to the city center. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, as the building has only two floors. Check-in was very easy, and the host was always available, responding quickly to messages and providing impeccable service. Furthermore, the apartment is affordable and offers great value for money. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and convenience.💕
