Very nice place. Clean and tidy. 6 adults used as our base for a weekend of hiking in Snowdonia. Only one bathroom and toilet. Lots of stairs to get to the bedrooms over the 3 floors. Short walk to car park, pubs and shops.

Positive: The location, it was clean and comfortable. Negative: The only negative is that it needed another bathroom, or at least another toilet because one bathroom isn’t enough for 6 people.

Perfect accommodation for a family weekend break. Positive: Great location, lots of space, including a well thought about outside space. Was a very clean and well equipped apartment with all you need and more. Host was very responsive answering all questions asked and was really helpful. Loved the little added touches like the basket of snacks, drinks and toiletries. The children loved having their own space on the top floor. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again in the near future. Perfect stay for a family trip. Negative: The noise from the pigeons nesting in the adjacent building, just because I am not a fan but this cannot be helped by the property and did not spoil our trip in anyway. I only mention this in case anyone has a fear.

A very comfortable and spacious place to visit Caernarfon in family. Just small things to improve. Positive: Very well placed: in the center of Caernarfon old town. Tip: for 24h parking: use Balaclafa Road Car Park 5-10 min away. Very well equipped and clean, cosy, comfortable, and spacious. Negative: Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 nights for 5 people, no paper toilet, no sponge to clean kitchen and table. And the hoven had not been cleaned and was still full of cooking fat. We asked the host for more toilet paper but answer was that we should buy some ourselves. Not nice vs the price for the night. So small details to improve and be perfect.

Outstanding property that spoiled our family for three nights; we would definitely stay again! Positive: Outstanding location inside of the city walls. House nearly perfectly set up for guests with water bottles, snacks, ideas on things to do. Negative: There was not enough toilet paper provided for our family of five for three nights.

This stay was amazing! Absolutely gorgeous location, so easy to get to, and so much is walkable! Because of being an upstairs apartment it also felt very private while also being very cosy! An absolutely amazing spontaneous stay, so happy we found this location as so much was walkable and other locations were so easy to drive to! We parked our entire stay in the long stay car park by the castle and it was an amazingly cheap price and an only a 1 min walk! Thank you so much for an amazing stay for our anniversary

We had a gorgeous stay here. The place was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The location is also great, the town is set within a castle and there’s lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. It’s also half hour drive from snowdon which we climbed. Overall great experience would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!!

Comfortable spacious 3 bed property in a great location Positive: Self catering, but the host left some bottled water, crisps and Bara Brith (local fruit bread), plus tea, coffee and sugar. Great location, close to Castle, steam railway, and lots of restaurants and bars. Several supermarkets nearby too. Negative: Parking options could be better explained. The free on-street parking was rarely available, but anyway is limited to 45 minutes. However there are a number of public car parks nearby, but some a short term and the ones that allow 24 hour parking vary widely in price.

Nice apartment, pretty much as advertised aside from not having parking, and good value for money Positive: Nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Good central location. Negative: The parking. This apartment was advertised as having parking but there was none and we were not able to park on street nearby. There were local car parks we used but had to pay for these and had a few mins walk with bags.

Where to begin. This apartment is a gem. Very easy to find. Easy to get in. Regarding location, it's located on a charming little street within the medieval walled city, literally steps from a number of excellent pubs and restaurants... not to mention the castle itself is a four minute walk away. The apartment is gorgeous and felt larger than the photos suggest. It's bright, clean, and updated with high quality furniture and appliances throughout. We were able to unload bags at the front door (since there are next to no cars on the street at any given time,) meaning we didn't feel rushed at all moving in and out — which was great for us traveling with 2 toddlers. Furthermore, we were provided with nearby parking pass for the main lot (again, a five minute walk away) and our host was in touch on a daily basis asking us if we required any assistance or support. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay in this charming town.

Good. Positive: Location is excellent. Space is excellent. Negative: Having to use a key on a wire from a lock box each time you come and go.

We stayed in Apartment 2 of the property and my daughter and family occupied Apartment 1 so it was lovely having the place to ourselves, especially as we were there for a family celebration.We had excellent communication from the host, which included a map and meant we found the property easily. Location was excellent, being in town, so were were able to walk everywhere. The property was clean, tidy and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were of a good quality too and all of us had a good night's sleep. We did have some trouble opening the key box and would have liked bath mats at the property, but those are very minor matters. Other reviewers have mentioned some noise at night but we had no problems.All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would certainly return again.

Nice, clean and functional apartment with nice details. Didn’t need to contact the hosts and check in straightforward. There are really a lot of stairs and they’re quite steep so not ideal for people with any mobility issues and driving/parking nearby is a bit a of a faff. Not the fault of the host but worth being aware of!

Good accommodation to explore local area with family but not very peaceful. Positive: A good base to explore Caernarfon and surrounding areas, comfy beds and nice bedrooms with clean linen and towels, wifi worked pretty well, plenty of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided (so no need to bring your own), all necessary kitchen facilities available. Very responsive and clear and friendly comms from the host organisation. We parked for free on a resident road about 10 mins away, not far from Morrisons - public parking costs for a few days' stay would have been a significant cost. Negative: A lot of noise from squawking seagulls and other birds moving on flat rooves disrupting sleep so I was woken up by this every morning and sometimes during the night - this was the from the main bedroom at the top rear, but could also be heard from the smallest bedroom at the back. The street the property is on was a bit scruffy and street noise at night woke up another member of our party who was in the room at the front. Flat roof visible from main bedroom very unattractive to look at due to bird droppings and windows really need a clean throughout the property. Property had been cleaned, but could have been cleaner (inside kitchen cupboards, skirting in bathroom and grout and sealant in shower). Most of these are factors outside of the property's control but the noise in particular did affect our stay.

A ‘Premier Inn’ experience - comfy beds but bland Positive: Location . Comfortable beds Negative: Although the apartment was functional it lacked any kind of character. Just white, grey and blue - no pictures or finishing touches. With no welcome pack (just a few teabags) it rather set the scene for an underwhelming stay. The property has a number of poor features The windows were filthy. The outside seating area was just unusable really with plastic everywhere and enclosed. The paper thin walls enabled us to hear the conversations nextdoor. And one toilet(in the bathroom) for an apartment that sleeps six is inadequate. Next time we will stay at a similar property further down the High Street which gets hospitality right!

Convenient place to stay, parking 5 mins walk away but there is a pigeon issue. Positive: It was central to Caernarfon Negative: The pigeon problem at the back! Pigeons kept hitting the window and it was pretty disgusting at the rear of the property (but the problem was on someone else’s property)

A lovely place to stay, well looked after. We booked a parking place at Morrisons, hand for shopping for tea. It’s such a shame that so many of the surrounding properties have fallen into disrepair

An enjoyable stay to visit areas around North Wales Positive: Good location. The house was clean and comfortable. We were left some goodies which is a nice thing. We would go back again if you decide to stay in Caernarfon again. Negative: Nothing. We knew we would have to find a long stay car park which was only at 10 minutes walk from the house so that was fine (£7.75 for 24 hours). A little nosy on the Friday night (drunk people) but that was expected as it's near a pub.

Great Positive: The property was very clean. It was really specious for a family of 5. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Very central and you could just walk to the Caernarfon castle. We loved our stay in the apartment.

Positive: 3 bedrooms is rare in Wales. It was super clean and nice. The location was great! Easy to walk to anything! Negative: It’s spread across 3 floors with narrow stairs so if you have limited mobility it would be very challenging. It was challenging with getting luggage up the stairs.

This property was outstanding and we would definitely recommend if staying in Caernarfon. Seems to be recently decorated and felt like new with quality bathroom and kitchen. Very well presented for holiday stay, and welcoming cake!

Very spacious apartment in a good location as a base to explore Snowdon. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean but the management was truly a let down. They were generally responsive but seemed to be unwilling to offer any real help. We found the fridge to be not functional and it was mouldy with a bad smell inside. And the terrace was dirty and clearly not been cleaned. We reported these issues to the host and we were just told to use the wine fridge (which was tiny) and they didn't clean the terrace either. Before arrival I inquired after how to get a taxi from Bangor, and instead of giving me some numbers to call, I was just told to find taxis outside the station even after 10.30pm (and of course there were none). We weren't able to leave our luggage after check-out either. The building itself was also quite old and poorly insulated. The top-floor room was quite cold and noisy and the pigeons would wake you up at 5am! Overall, not worth how much we paid.

The flat was well appointed, bright and spacious and Dale kept us well informed. The sheets and beds were clean and comfortable. The property is excellently placed in the heart of Caernarfon and was a perfect location for our break. It was pity it was rather let down on this occasion by a few simple property management issues.

Great place, clean and had all amenities required for a comfy stay. Very central to town centre.

Positive: In great location Negative: The toilet was blocked from the start of our stay sent emails and all I got back was put boiling water down it. There was only one bathroom so had to use public toilets

Great location. A tad awkward getting luggage in but a great place to stay. Roomy, well decorated and clean.

Positive: Apartment 2 (for 6 people) was exceptional. Light, airy and big bedrooms. Great all round! Apartment 1 was quite dark and garden area was not usable as it was damp and everything covered in pigeon poo... The twin room also had evidence of damp in the corner near the window.

Nous n'avons pas fait le choix 1: payer 250livres de caution,( ne connaissant pas le propriétaire et venant de France. ..) Nous aurions alors récupéré notre caution moins 10 livres de frais de service. Nous avons donc pris l'autre otion et payé les 25 livres.pour l'assurance. Le loyer étant déjà élevé, nous avons été très surpris !

The apartment is very clean and tidy. It is conveniently located for reaching out to nearby restaurants on foot and for driving to some scenic spots within a reasonable distance. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset with sea view within two minutes' walk from the apartment. However, as we have six persons living in this apartment, it will be good if two parking permits could be arranged for tenants upon request. Although we could still find free parking spaces nearby during 4:00pm to 10:00am, it would be less convenient and flexible for us.

Positive: Clean and tidy and great location for the town. Short walk away to the bus station so easy to access routes to local areas without having to drive.

A lovely apartment in a great town-centre location. The interior is very well-equipped with high quality furniture and appliances. Very comfortable stay, with everything we needed laid on, and more, a generous gift basket on arrival and a well-stocked kitchen. Professionally cleaned, with nothing looking tired or worn out. Good communication too, with quick and clear responses to our questions. The only trouble with this stay was the admin costs were quite high for a short stay. £90 for cleaning, £250 deposit and £10 deposit admin fee (or alternatively £30 for insurance) would probably seem reasonable for a week or two-week stay, but for a few days, it adds up to a large amount relative to the accommodation fee. I guess this is due to being part of a larger company rather than a private host.

It is a great place to stay in the heart of the town. Very close to the castle and town center. Parking close is a bit of a pain but they do offer parking a 10 minute walk away! Overall great experience.

Lovely break in a trendy apartment Bedrooms and living spaces were lovely, modern and comfy. It was nice to have fancy shampoo and conditioner provided, as well as tea and coffee and ideal having a bath and a shower. Having a TV and sofa in the bedroom as well as downstairs was great. Unfortunately we didn't use the outdoor terrace as it must not have been checked since the previous guests and was covered with cigarette ends. We were unsure about parking at first as there was no information as to where it was, being in a town, it was all double yellow lines. Once we had spoken to the company they told us it was in the town car park down the road, but this could've done with being in the handy information folder. We would definitely stay here again.

I’m the middle of a small town with restaurants very close with plenty of attractions. I’m shocked the stay isn’t higher Positive: Extremely clean and well kept. Negative: Windows are thin with the noise of seagulls all night and morning can be a distraction, download a white noise app and that should help.
