Positive: I absolutely love this apartment it is so comfortable very clean like the fact living room is in with kitchen all in one and very ideal for town centre shops transport beach arcades my only wish is that it's a shame I couldn't rent it monthly as a permanent home for myself and family that's how much we love this aartment Negative: Everything

The apartment is great and all was very clean. We had some issues with the boiler that was promptly sort out by the grea Positive: Was very central and really near the beach. The house is great with noise concealed doors so the kids could have time to play in the spacious living room, and the adults peace and quite in the room. Negative: Nothing.

Great apartment, close to all we need for a weekend family catch up Positive: Communication with Host and stay from booking was great. Easy instructions for lock box at main door and then apartment door. Great location, very clean & spacious apartment. Have previously stayed here and would definitely book again. Negative: Just one thing sadly, inside one of the wardrobes there was a spare duvet & sheet, but this appeared dirty & didn't smell very nice. Immediately contacted Host and stay to inform them of this to make them aware. I put it in the washing machine out of our way, as no need for the washing machine during our stay. I tried to call host and stay to let them know and left a message, they did call me back, but I missed it due to meeting my family. I called back but it was a Friday late afternoon & the office was then closed. Wouldn't put us off booking again.

Positive: Apartament very clean, well equipped kitchen with a spacious living room. Bedroms with very large comfortable beds. We recommend it for families with children as well for everyone. Close to the beach and plenty of shops around. We recommend and Thank you Negative: Everything was ok

The place was tidy but I wouldn’t say it was clean. Stains on the sofa, some of the bedding and the general cleanliness off the place was average at best. It had a very musty smell which wouldn’t go away and wasn’t particularly pleasant. The apartment was well presented and the beds were comfy. The front door kept being left unlocked which didn’t feel safe and the door itself felt like the frame was going to break when you opened the door. The windows weren’t child safe, and neither were the blind pulley cords. If you have kids, avoid staying here on a weekend! It felt like the bar downstairs was in every room of the house with how loud the music was pumping… no warning was given about that even though we listed a child on the booking. The location would have been great if it wasn’t for the noise at night and there is a lack of free parking but that was mentioned. The fire system panel showed multiple faults, no idea if it was working or not.

Pack some ear defenders!!! Positive: Spacious apartment and bedding good (not that I slept much!) Negative: Whilst the owner can’t do anything about the location it was terrible. I regularly stay away from home and I have never experienced such noise, foul language and shouting from outside. I did not feel safe staying at the apartment. I stayed for 3 nights (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). Both Thursday and Saturday night were especially awful. The noise and shouting on Thursday night was dreadful, followed by the Friday market being set up from 4am. The close proximity of bars meant that on Saturday night in particular thumping, loud music carried on until 1.10 am closely followed by shouting on the street. At 4am a group of people were screaming at each other and threatening violence. The bus stop beneath the apartment meant that the windows couldn’t be opened without fumes entering the living room and buildings. The door from the street into the building needs attention and should be made more secure. Heavier duty glazing might help reduce the noise from outside.

Great stay - Had everything an apartment needed. Very spacious and local to everything.

Positive: Good location for supermarket and shops. Enough space. Negative: Terrible ventilation, range hood did literally nothing. Set the 2 smoke alarms that were right next to each other off at least once a day while trying to cook and one night someone in the next apartment set the entire buildings smoke alarms off. Impossible to contact the property management to get them off. When finally contacted I was asked to reset them, I had left the property at that point, considering it wasn’t my fault, should have been handled better. Cooking utensils were lacking. Floors were uneven. Bedding could have been cleaner. Overall just not great

Positive: It was like home from home Negative: One of the apartments the toilet gave out a nasty sewer smell in the en suite

Apartment was as described, only issue was the noise from the buses literally right outside the windows and they seemed to start at 5am and it would go on till 12 at night

Flat is next to pubs and bus stops which are quite noisy during the weekend. Flat lools like on the pics

Don't stay here Positive: Nothing Negative: Situated up two flights of stairs nextdoor to a very rough pub, owner has no customer service skills just a con artist, left after one night

Little things that count Positive: Place was lovely and clean ,well stocked with dishes cutlery etc nice and warm spacious and bright Negative: . Very noisy at night with shouting from the street also busses early morning would have liked to have been left a note saying chair was wobbly and fridge had small dents as I kept wondering if yous knew also vinyl had been cut at bottom of fridge it would have made me feel happier to enjoy all the good things in your place .

Great flat to stay in but company need to change the payment system Positive: Great location. Clean and tidy. Home from home. Negative: They take they payment straight from your account when you book. You are also requested to put a large deposit down or pay a £25 up front cost for damages. Which I don’t think is fair. As there is nothing on the site which tells you this before booking

Read the terms first before reserving as host accepts your reservation before you would accept terms. Also the deposit will be only be sent back after 5 days. Clean & Pleasant Positive: Self catering apt. Clean with comfy beds.Easy to get keys as in a coded box. Negative: Be aware no parking without having to pay. Bus stop right outside which was quite noisy.

I won’t be staying again Positive: The location was central and easy to get to. Negative: There was no parking close by and it’s difficult to even pull over and unload your stuff. The apartment itself was not great and there was very limited utensils in the kitchen area. My apartment (number 2) was on a busy main high street with a bus stop outside meaning it was very loud on the evenings and throughout the day. They left me a pint of milk in the fridge that was out of date and when I emailed to asked for local parking they were abrupt in their response.

The apartment is clean with lots of room but the lighting is very dim in the kitchen/living room area making it hard to use the kitchen to its full potential. The location is not great if you want to get a good nights sleep. The street is very noisy from mid evening until the early hours with revellers and then the buses start very early on a morning. The windows do not open to let any fresh air in as they are all locked. The entrance is not distinguishable enough from the outside so a sign on the door would be helpful.

The apartment was dreadful - a terrible combination of other people’s dirt (smeared sheets, marked towels, bins, crumbs) and also not yet being finished (no plates, no tv, next door’s wifi, sofa for only two in flat for 4, broken front door, no bulbs in lamps etc etc). Stay, the management company, dealt effectively with the complete refund, but this property had clearly not been vetted before they took it on and it was a horrible experience.
