Great location which is close to everything in Liverpool and in a really vibrant part of the city, but the apartment was quiet with no disturbance. Bit of a climb up the stairs, but a lovely airy and clean apartment at the top! Great for our family visit to Liverpool.

Great, clean spot in the centre of Liverpool. Definitely worth the money

The place was in a very ideal spot for us we managed to walk to all the places we needed to get too, very clean and tidy. The beds were super comfortable and generally the place was very spacious and modern. The only thing that let it down was the water pressure and the temperature of the water otherwise a great place to stay and would definitely come back!

A great location but a killer set of stairs to get up to the apartment, intermittent, often non-existent WiFi and an issue with hot water which either gushed out of the tap or stopped flowing. The apartment is also very tired inside.

Extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. The apartment has very old and uncomfort Positive: Location Negative: The stairs are a nightmare — more than 66 exhausting steps, completely unsuitable for children, elderly guests, or anyone with luggage. The hot water is either scalding hot or completely cold, with no reasonable temperature. The TV is just a screen with no channels or programs, and the Wi-Fi is so weak that there is virtually no usable internet connection. Overall, a very poor experience with too many basic facilities not functioning properly. We would definitely not recommend this apartment and would never stay here again.

Was disappointed. A week or so before the stay, the hosting company informed us that we would have no WiFi due to a router/system problem. I asked if we would get a partial refund, multiple times, each time received a response that did not answer my query. When we arrived, we were presented with a kitchen that had no paper towels, which may seem minor, but was disappointing. Also, no television — apparently due to the WiFi outage. Also, pictures oddly missing from the walls, with screw holes showing. In itself, not major, but quite odd. In my bedroom, the ceiling light was a wire with a lightbulb hanging down from it. And my bedroom door did not latch shut. And, our upstairs shower didn’t work right — scalding hot water, no matter how we adjusted things. When I reached out to the host, he recommended some light plumbing advice including taking the handle apart. Sorry, but I am not a plumber. He could have sent someone to have looked into the problem, but didn’t.

Loved it had a great weekend

The apartment was perfect for the 2 night stay in Liverpool City Centre we needed as a group. Really close by to the main streets with bars and restaurants as well as the apartment being an ideal size for our group of 6 staying in it. Would definitely book this place again whenever I am next in Liverpool with a group of friends.

Everything as described! Great location, everything you’ll need is within a 10 minute walking distance, host was very accommodating with early check in aswell! Highly recommend for any large groups visiting Liverpool! 5 stars 🌟

Great apartment in a great location, hosts very responsive and friendly.

The location was great and the photos of the place looked nice. No maintenance has been done, shabby, it’s been left to ruin. It’s unchecked. 1) Blood on spare bedding. 2) light bulb / lamps not working 3) 7 flights of stairs to climb with suitcases we were not aware of this before booking. 4) plastering / painting shabby - every room. 5) bathroom tap broken. 6) two wine glasses for an apt that sleeps 10 Very expensive for what we got. Disappointed. When i complained of the bedding, it was denied by the house keepers. I wasn’t lying! We reported it within 30 mins of arrival.
