The place was pristine, tastefully furnished, and stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The host was exceptionally kind and quick to respond. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-speed Wi-Fi made it perfect for both leisure and work. I will be staying again!
Soggiorno rovinato a causa della casa sporca . Positive: Solo la posizione. Negative: Appartamento sporco, lenzuola macchiate e presumo non cambiate , Solo due teli come set da bagno trovati bagnati e sporchi. Pavimento sporco e divano pieno di macchie. Ho contattato la struttura ma in 3 giorni mi hanno sempre risposto con delle e-mail nelle quali si scusavano e che il loro team stava cercando di provvedere, nella realtà non si è mai palesato nessuno e siamo stati costretti a dormire vestiti su di un letto sporco .
Disappointed Positive: The location was good 👍 Negative: When we booked it stated no parking on site so we paid to park elsewhere. Then the morning of arrival had a message to say parking is available at a first come first serve which cost more as my husband has mobility issues so was easier to park at the property. Also on arrival my husband put the tv on to find it was unwatchable. I called to speak to someone and was on the phone for nearly an hour to be told they will contact the host and they will get back to us which hasn't happened a week later. Overall the property was very clean the legs had been removed from the sofa so was hard for my husband to stand after sitting, also we couldn't sit and eat dinner at the table as the legs on the chairs were very unstable.
Negative: The mattress needs to be replaced because the springs are very visible on our backs, and even though it's summer, the apartment is very cold, and the heaters aren't enough to warm it up.

Great place to stay and lovely area. Very modern and spacious
We had a terrible experience at this property. We arrived to find the bed unmade and clearly slept in, despite being told the place had been cleaned. No one ever came to fix this after we reported it. The bins hadn’t been emptied, the shower leaked, the sofa leg collapsed when we sat on it, and the bed broke in the middle when we sat on it, making it extremely uncomfortable and basically impossible to sleep on. What’s worse, since it’s a self check-in with a lockbox, we were very concerned that someone may have accessed the property while we were delayed arriving. As the host said they cleaned before we arrived, but the bed had clearly been slept in. This raised serious safety concerns and made us feel incredibly uneasy during our stay. The host was responsive to some messages but did nothing to resolve these issues. Absolutely unacceptable, we do not recommend this property to anyone.
it was close to the transportation for Silverstone, which was great.
Positive: La casa è esteticamente bella e nuova, il parcheggio esterno è comodo anche se non è chiaro se è un parcheggio libero o meno. La via dove si trova la casa è molto carina. Negative: La casa era fredda e i riscaldamenti non funzionavano, siamo rimasti al freddo per 5 notti. All'arrivo il bagno era completamente sprovvisto di carta igienica e il letto aveva capelli dappertutto, tanto che abbiamo comprato dei teli per poterci dormire. Inoltre sia il bagno che la cucina aveva il sapone liquido delle mani quasi del tutto vuoto. Insomma il servizio andrebbe migliorato perchè la casa è veramente molto carina e merita.
Upon arrival at the apartment at 4pm for check in and gaining access (the key was available to anyone with the code as it was on a string next to the door) I found someone else staying in the apartment. After contacting the host they sent me to another apartment, which also had someone else staying there. Then, after struggling for 2 hours trying to contact the host and resolve the situation I found myself a new apartment with another provider. This was a hugely stressful situation on a Friday evening, and the host was appalling at resolving the matter on the night. I would not recommend booking with this host, the apartments looked very unsafe and on reflection I am glad I never got to stay there. Steer well clear.
