The place was pristine, tastefully furnished, and stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The host was exceptionally kind and quick to respond. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-speed Wi-Fi made it perfect for both leisure and work. I will be staying again!
Great place to stay and lovely area. Very modern and spacious
We had a terrible experience at this property. We arrived to find the bed unmade and clearly slept in, despite being told the place had been cleaned. No one ever came to fix this after we reported it. The bins hadn’t been emptied, the shower leaked, the sofa leg collapsed when we sat on it, and the bed broke in the middle when we sat on it, making it extremely uncomfortable and basically impossible to sleep on. What’s worse, since it’s a self check-in with a lockbox, we were very concerned that someone may have accessed the property while we were delayed arriving. As the host said they cleaned before we arrived, but the bed had clearly been slept in. This raised serious safety concerns and made us feel incredibly uneasy during our stay. The host was responsive to some messages but did nothing to resolve these issues. Absolutely unacceptable, we do not recommend this property to anyone.
it was close to the transportation for Silverstone, which was great.
Positive: La casa è esteticamente bella e nuova, il parcheggio esterno è comodo anche se non è chiaro se è un parcheggio libero o meno. La via dove si trova la casa è molto carina. Negative: La casa era fredda e i riscaldamenti non funzionavano, siamo rimasti al freddo per 5 notti. All'arrivo il bagno era completamente sprovvisto di carta igienica e il letto aveva capelli dappertutto, tanto che abbiamo comprato dei teli per poterci dormire. Inoltre sia il bagno che la cucina aveva il sapone liquido delle mani quasi del tutto vuoto. Insomma il servizio andrebbe migliorato perchè la casa è veramente molto carina e merita.
Upon arrival at the apartment at 4pm for check in and gaining access (the key was available to anyone with the code as it was on a string next to the door) I found someone else staying in the apartment. After contacting the host they sent me to another apartment, which also had someone else staying there. Then, after struggling for 2 hours trying to contact the host and resolve the situation I found myself a new apartment with another provider. This was a hugely stressful situation on a Friday evening, and the host was appalling at resolving the matter on the night. I would not recommend booking with this host, the apartments looked very unsafe and on reflection I am glad I never got to stay there. Steer well clear.
