This is a lovely property, tucked away in a quiet spot just at the edge of the town centre within very easy walking distance of everything in Norwich. It's away from the main road so is quiet and we had no disturbances even on a Friday and Saturday night. The hosts were responsive in the run up, were accommodating to our slightly earlier check in time, and were really helpful and quick to recommend sensible local car parks. We had a bit of difficulty opening the front door as the wood was a bit sticky and the hosts answered the phone straight away to help. It's beautifully decorated inside and very comfortable - we were there on a family trip and it felt accommodating for three with comfortable beds and en suites. The kitchen is also well equipped and the dining table means you have meals at home or bring in takeaway - although Norwich has a lot of great restaurants so spilt for choice Would certainly recommend and would stay here again.

Loved our stay in the property, it was very clean and had all the things we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The double bed was great but the sofa bed was a bit short for our son. Perfect location to see all the highlights of Norwich and coast, would stay again

Not welcoming First, the appearance of the place seemed nice, but it was dusty and had cob webs. The old windows leaked cold air, and when we arrived, none of the radiators were on. Once we turned one on, it said the house was 10 degree Celsius- in the middle of winter - brrrr. The Cottage is also two stories, with very steep stairs. We had to leave and find another place to stay because my elderly mother couldn’t do the stairs to her bedroom and my small children couldn’t spend the night in a freezing house.

Positive: The place was very well appointed and very well located. We enjoyed the little patio along with the neighbours that were very friendly. Negative: When we book the apartment, there was no mention that it was on two floors. We are an elderly couple and we had to haul our luggage to the second floor.

We (2 couples) had a great 3 night stay. Decent location just a few minutes walk from Norwich centre. Two en-suite double bedrooms and a big open plan living space downstairs. Definitely recommend 💯

Gorgeous stylish apartment let down by the sleeping accommodations. Positive: Very spacious, chic and elegant. The kitchen and living area were well equipped and all the appliances were of excellent quality. Everything super clean, light and airy. Negative: The beds are awful. One is a hard futon, way too short even for a person of average stature. The other is a small double, again too small for a couple to comfortably sleep in. What a shame.

Just back from a 3-night stay with some friends. The townhouse was beautiful and very tastefully furnished and decorated. It's ideally situated, a short walk from the city centre and all that it has to offer. The facilities were great, with everything we needed to make our stay pretty much perfect. Whilst we had an absolutely fabulous time, I will say that the smaller bedroom has a futon-style bed, which is rather hard and something to be aware of if booking for more than two people. (There is also a pull-out, single bed in the larger room.) Two ensuite bathrooms were a big plus. All in all, a superb Airbnb for a short break in beautiful Norwich. Would highly recommend.

Great central accomodation Positive: The cottage was bright & spacious. Tasteful furnishings & Decor. Very comfortable beds. Both bedrooms had en suite..large walk in showers with 'Rain Shower' Heads & powerful. Kitchen was large and well equiped. Lovely sitting room with large French windows overlooking the patio, neighbouring garden & small cottages opposite. Great location...a few minutes walk from large sainsburys, John Lewis & centre of town. Heating worked well. No complaints. Highly reccomend the cottage. Negative: There is no parking available. So some research before arrival for a place to park locally.

A beautiful, well appointed, spacious apartment in the centre of Norwich. Positive: The property is located quite centrally within Norwich and was absolutely beautiful. It is large and spacious and has all the equipment you need. Kitchen is lovely and you can really relax in the living area. Bedrooms are lovely with each on having an ensuite. Negative: It was really nice so this is super nit picky. It was quite cold which is just because of the high ceiling and blankets were supplied and all radiators worked etc so nothing more can be done. The wardrobe in oneo fthe bedroom is blocked by the bed so hard to use but these are just picky it was amazing.

Neighbors to John Lewis, steps to city centre, yet quiet. Appreciated the coffee and tea available. Household amenities needs refreshing. Washing machine door lock faulty plus missing an attachment inside, iron missing, non stick frying pan all scratched, peeler faulty. Pot cover almost falling off handle…Painting was going on outside for 2 days whilst there so we couldn’t open windows. Cleaning could be better, found spider webs in a corner of living room attached to a floor cushion seat. Shampoo and conditioner of poor quality from 4 ladies staying. Small Smart tv (for a big living room) didn’t really work well with Netflix. Very slow to download to own login. Came to a different hotel after and it was instant download. No tvs or music in bedroom available. Toilets only available in en-suite rooms upstairs. Stayed a total of 9 nights, would have appreciated an offer of fresh towels midway given that the washing machine wasn’t working. Towels were really hard.

This is a beautiful apartment in the center of Norwich. It was so close to all shops, restaurants and local amenities. But it was quiet and peaceful too. A wonderful combination. The apartment was clean and well appointed with most everything you could need. Thank you for this wonderful weekend stay in Norwich.

A very good property, close to the city centre and yet in a small group of houses that were quiet. It is very well equipped and a lovely relaxing open plan space on the ground floor. The two bedrooms have nicely appointed en-suites. Would stay again.

My daughter and myself stayed at the property for 11 days, great central location in Norwich, lovely furnishings,patio area was very welcome in the hot weather. Couple of minor niggles, washing machine was not useable, could also have used a fan due to the weather and a mirror in the bedroom would be good Overall I'd highly recommend the property as a base for visiting Norwich.

Lovely apartment, close to everything, but not noisy at night.

A great place to stay for a weekend break in Norwich. Perfect location for walking and exploring the city. Great communication from the host company. Only complaint is that the sofa bed in the second bedroom is very hard - not too much of a problem for a few nights, but worth considering if you're staying for longer or suffer with your back. Everything else was great. Thank you.

Positive: Lots of space and good kitchen facilities in a quiet, central location. Negative: The property is hard to keep warm in cold winter months.

Excellent location close to lots of good places to eat and within walking distance. Was very quiet given how central. Had a good sleep and cosy beds.

Elegant, spacious and well located - but needs a new TV and the door fixing Positive: Spacious, interestingly and nicely decorated, well equipped and incredibly well located, just yards from John Lewis and Norwich city centre. Negative: Extremely small, old and slow TV which had limited options and difficult to see across a spacious living area. Needs upgrading given the high standard of the rest of the property. The external door and kitchen door were both extremely sticky and required considerable force to open and close - a few seconds to plane down would solve this. And finally, whilst very central it’s tricky to find and the locations in booking.com are inaccurate (both the link to directions and the separate coordinates). Combined with lack of guidance in the joining instructions and no photos showing the front (entrance) of the property, it was a stressful start - and easily avoidable.

Perfect location in the centre of norwich, the house was lovely and perfect for 4 people. However, when we arrived the smoke alarm was very loudly beeping,; we asked for help to get it turned off but we were just advised to buy new batteries, which should not be our responsibility. Therefore, we had to stand on a chair to remove the batteries, which was very dangerous as it was right at the top of the stairs. One of the beds also had orange stains all over the bedsheets, and our toilet flush barely worked as the buttons werent properly attached to the wall. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay.

Second visit this year to this lovely house in central Norwich. Ideally located in the City. We will be back again next year for the next Norwich visit. Thanks for hosting us.
